Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet style which was perfect for us, freshly made and tasty. I loved the waffles you get to make yourself, very yummy.The staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Inn. We went in winter time but the property would be lovely to see in summer.

We stayed in the Annapolis Royal for one night as it was handy to an early sailing of the ferry out of Digby. Breakfast was available and included with our room. It was not within walking distance to shops and restaurants but it was great for a one night stopover.

We don’t usually stay at motels, but traveling with our dog our options were limited. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort here - no gross rugs. White cotton sheets and duvet cover. A window that opened (with screen) and very clean.

For the price we paid for the stay, it is more expensive then a hotel, and everything is the room is either broken and dirty. The toilet is loose, the shower is weak, the room smells, and floors are gritty. If i am paying for half it is still too expense for what you get. But on the other hand the self-serve breakfast is the only good think i can say about the stay, but still no hot eggs or sausages or bacon, just a waffle maker which is the only saving grace in the breakfast.

I gave this property a poor rating as we were given a room to which we couldn’t open the door. Next we were given a room that had no heat and had no tv, then we were moved to our final room and we had to slam the door to get it to shut completely and only had one channel on the tv for our first night stay.

DIY waffles were available in the morning for breakfast as well as (sometimes) home baked banana bread and muffins. A very comfortable stay at a 'classic' single storey motel where you park directly outside the door to your room. The room provided everything we needed: two comfortable beds, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. En suite shower over a bath. Quiet - got a good night's sleep. A short drive of about 5 minutes to Annapolis Royal for an evening meal. Basic but perfectly adequate breakfast including a waffle maker, toaster for bread or bagels, cereal and yoghurt or milk, cheese, jams, butter, fresh fruit and muffins . Tea, coffee and fruit juice available. Friendly and helpful staff. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The water pressure was great! Best shower I’ve had on this trip. Had everything we needed and is so quiet. We were so exhausted when we checked in, I accidentally left the key in the door all night. Very few places in this area where you can sleep 3 and get breakfast. The pool is a nice bonus in the current heat wave, too. It’s like a fully refurbished old school motel and it’s a little outside of the main town area, but it had everything we needed and was very clean.

Great motel!

Great motel -- conveniently located, quiet, nice view of surrounding lands, clean, pleasant staff, very good breakfast, free local newspaper/guide of the area. Ive stayed here before and will again!

Well priced compared to most inns in the area, and just a minute drive from downtown. It’s an older motel that has clearly had at least one round of renovations over the years with one piece shower/tub inserts and vinyl plank flooring installed. Still showing age in terms of the actual building. A loose tile on the bathroom floor. And all three fixtures in the bathroom dripped to the point that we had to laugh. Closed the bathroom door to sleep because of the endless dripping. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Staff were super friendly. Continental breakfast always convenient to have a little bite to get moving. Nothing horrible but building as you would expect from an older roadside motel. Frankly thought it was priced a bit high for the quality, but it’s peak season and hard to come by places to stay so I guess the market dictates the price.

The Inn was good andclearly renovated. The breaksfat was good but not excellent. The staff on-site was great though. Dining options in the area were limited, several places closed, we were there on a Thursday. Would advice the Mad Hatter Wine Bar. But avoid Bistro East: had no fish available and pizzas so-so.

The continental breakfast is excellent. The staff very friendly and welcoming.

Did not like the bed ends. Both my husband & I bumped into them. Perhaps pad them?
