Restaurant and lounge not open until later. Therefore next time we stay there coming from out of town would definitely eat before you check in

I had booked this hotel room months in advance and when I had booked it I booked for 2 nights that came to a total of $480 with tax. Once I got there to check in, the receptionist had noted that there's a extra $100 being charged for incidentals. I would've gladly paid it with no fuss if I knew they would charge a extra $100. Online it did not say anything about charging $100 for incidentals right away. Other hotels in the city I had gone too only charged the amount of the room for the nights I was staying onto my credit card. If there were damages after my stay then they would charge the credit card. (I have not damaged anything anywhere, just stating what usually happens.) I understood, but wish there was something online stating this! As I have a set limit and I had to use my debit card to pay for the rest.
Other then that the staff were friendly and helpful the amenities were clean and debris free. I only had to take note of the underground parking as the lower you go the pavement is chipping away and creating pot holes, but there was a cement worker working on that when I was there. Hopefully it gets fixed right away.

The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and is in a great location, with easy access to many nearby attractions and conveniences. However, our experience was mixed. we found items left behind from a previous guest in our room, which suggested that it had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Additionally, the pool facilities were disappointing — there is no actual hot tub, just a warm pool, while the other pool was uncomfortably cold. The environment was also quite loud, as we could hear other guests, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, while the location and amenities are strong positives, the cleanliness, noise level, and pool experience could use improvement.

Went as a family so we had 3 rooms. They forgot to put glasses in our room but that was no big deal, had enough between the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be is that the chairs are getting worn out. The beds are comfortable.

It was a clean room and was well kept. Its just when I woke up in the morning mysheet came off the bed while sleeping there was sme blood stains on the mattress at bottom. I would not have noticed this otherwise. It grossed me out a bit but nothing could be done already slept on bed. Other than that it was fine.

First experience was a couple fist fighting out in the parking lot. Room service guy was ignorant to my daughter. Stayed at the hotel with volleyball team but booked through hotels.com so I had to pay for parking and the team didn’t have to. I stayed in a more expensive room and the cleaning was not good at all. Dirt still on floor, jacuzzi tub had hair in it still, mirrors and glass not clean, hair in bed sheets. Definitely would never stay here again

Unfortunately, this trip was not the best, the hot tub is dirty, bits floating around. I asked for water and the water jug they provide never seemed to be there. But this was the real kicker. Zero hot water in the morning to shower. I called front desk the maintenance came and couldn’t not fix it. So I had to leave and check out with no shower. They said that they would call me which they never did. They offered me nothing, not a single how can we make this up to you.

The young lady at the desk at check-in was awesome as well as the staff at breakfast but the floor we were put on smelled of burning plastic, it was actually nauseating. I understand there are renovations taking place but if they are affecting the quality of air or of the actual comfort of guests than maybe noone should be placed on the affected floors, i also witnessed multiple other guests complaining of the same issue to staff in the lobby. Upon checkout in the morning we were informed of an outstanding fee of roughly $40 when i asked what it was for, the girl at the desk was uninterested or unwilling to take the time to look into it or in explaining it to me and dismissing it as fee for parking or something she said! When i said i was told extra parking was roughly $20, she told me it was probably taxes or something that werent charged previously? As i work hard for the money i earn, i am not in the habit of throwing it away. So when i said to her, well i dont plan on paying for something that you cant tell me what it was for, she ignorantly told me she was printing out the bill which didn't show what it was for just that it wasnt paid? I ended up just just paying the amount she said was owing, but would never stay at this hotel again and have already warned co-workers to look for a different place to stay as our work involves alot of travel between Alberta and Ontario we will not be giving our business to this Ramada location again

We stayed here to attend the Rider game. The pool area was a very nice surprise. The walk is a little long bus there are bus stops we could have taken. Our rooms bathroom door was VERY tight and therefore difficult to close. Very clean and pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and was not told upon arrival that they were not working, so I got all suited up and headed down to find that they were closed. Then, the vending machine ate my money and the staff weren’t able to do anything to help… they said they weren’t sure what to do about it and to maybe look for a number on the machine. Then, our tv remote was missing, the staff came upstairs to check when I called, confirmed it was missing but wasn’t sure where to locate another, so we couldn’t use the tv. All this being said, I cancelled my second night and moved to a different hotel. Not super impressed at all.

We signed in no problem. We were not told about the pool area being close. The two of the three elevators were out of service(we were put on the 14th floor). Evacuees took over the whole hotel, don’t get me wrong it’s a good thing, with all the wild fires having. But we were not told about this. We left five minutes after we checked in.

I recently booked a stay for my friend and would like to provide some feedback regarding their experience. Upon booking, I was informed that the $15 parking fee could be waived at checkout. I relayed this information to my friend, advising them to request the waiver at that time. Despite this assurance, they were still charged the full $20 parking fee at checkout, which was both unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, my friend encountered issues with the room's condition. The room had an unpleasant odor and was not clean upon arrival. They took the initiative to clean the room themselves to make it more comfortable. While I appreciate their resourcefulness, this situation was not ideal.On a positive note, the maintenance team responded promptly to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner, which was appreciated. While the maintenance service was commendable, the discrepancies regarding the parking fee and the room's condition detracted from an otherwise positive experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in enhancing future guest stays, and I appreciate your attention to these matters.

La picina un asco, turboa, con mechones de pelo por todos lados dentro y un protector femenino... el jacuzzi con tierra y poliedrecillas en el fondo. The Wi-Fi and television was terrible. Only worked half my stay and needs an upgrade. There’s three choices for food. They all have the same menu and that was terrible. The bathtub has a very high wall and getting in and out of it to take a shower is unsafe for a fit 55 yr old male No room safe , and my room key constantly needed to be reprogrammed. Two out of three times it needed to be reprogrammed they never even asked for my name just the room number. That’s not very secure.
