The room was cleanish. The sheets were fresh on the bed. That was a plus. The bathroom was the part that was sort of dirty. The shower was old and grimy. It looked like it could use a good deep cleaning. There was mold on the outside of the door at the bottom. I had wished I had brought shower slippers. The plus was that it was cheap.

The room was on decent condition. The continental breakfast was ok, but it is nice to see one. The pool was out of service, acting as a catch basin for a leaky roof. The hot tub was operational. I never found the gym. Check in after 3pm and checkout at 11am is kind of dumb but we made it work. Staff was friendly. I want to give 3.5 stars but that isn't an option.

Checked in immediately noticed one of the locks was broken and when we told the front desk staff they said just let us know when u check out so we don’t charge u on damage deposit. Through out the night we noticed more and more. Bathroom was not cleaned and the soup and shampoo provided were covered with brown substance. Cordered electric heater on top of a wooden dresser. Mold on the ceiling. Kitchen stove and sink dirty with crumbs. Advertised pool has no water in it. Bed sinking in. Old water pipes going off loudly all night. The staff unhelpful sis not even offer a partial refund and they didn’t even want to see the pictures because they knew how bad it was and chose to put a guest in a moldy room.

We did not smoke inside. See cameras and will see we smoked outside.
But because they walked in right after we left. Said room smelled of weed.
Sorry. My canister was not sealing it well.
As we just rolled a smoke
There was no damage other than air needed to clear.
Told them we smoked outside and they were quiet on the other end.
Was not getting anywhere talking on phone
So room and hotel was fine.

Seemed like they were not willing to give back deposit no matter what.

I put my coffee in the microwave and the tray wasn’t in right and the coffee spilled, I used the washcloth to clean it up, so housekeeping wouldn’t have to the next day. They charged me without notice for the washcloth. I’ve called multiple times to speak to the manager about it, but nobody will respond. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous. There was no paper towel or anything for me to clean it up with I will never ever stay there again and because there was no response from them, I will be telling people about this situation.

Breaker blew at 130am so had no lights and phone nobody answers at front desk so could not get the breaker back on till 7am.when finally somebody came to the desk.wouldnt recommend.Bathtub faucet dripping,toilet not secured to the floor,cobwebs in the corners and no offer of reimbursement

The 1st room was so dirty and things were falling apart!! You can hear people snoring in the next room beside you. There was black mold in the room from the were the baseboards were coming off. Went and asked to be moved and the 2nd room was ok. Still kinda dirty but doable. The pool area is so unsave and needs big time upgrades. Would not recommend this one place to anyone

It was the most unpleasant experience ever! (I have several pictures. ) Very poor replies from management/ owner. Offered half my money back but didn't answered any of my questions. The room was very dirty along with mouse feces, spiders, dirty rugs.Not wheelchair accessible like I confirmed by telephone directly with Inn.Not one grab bar in bathroom that was not wheelchair accessible. The employee knew when she gave us the room. We didn't stay long after check-in due to a commitment there for it was after midnight and early am when most problems were discovered! Yes I used both beds as the first one is where I met a spider I then moved to the other bed using only the sheet, as the other blankets looked old and had a very sticky surface. This is why management doesn’t want to refund full amount as we used the room! Coffee pot and serving tray was dusty and extremely dirty. Broken pavement near entrance to room made it non accessible for myself confined to a wheelchair. Every hotel manger should be aware of the Disabilities Act. Yes I booked with Expedia but being my first time I phoned the Inn directly a few days prior to our stay( another reason for not refunding full amount). I would love to share pictures with you. Very poor first impression of a beautiful city Moose Jaw

Check in was a breeze. Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. I didnt use the swimming pool but DIRECT access from my room was awesome. They also have hot tub/pool (not sure what they're called) on site liquor sales. Room was good size comfortable as well.

This property is located near the highway. It is older and some improvements have been made. The room was small and full of furniture making it feel claustrophobic. The bed mattress was comfortable but I used my own comforter because the blanket did not feel cozy. The room allowed for a good sleep but the prairie wind whistled under the door. Had it been winter, there may have been a snowdrift in my room when I woke up.

The room was not cleaned properly… Cat litter left on the carpet from previous guests I assume. There was flies all in my room. The air conditioner was not on. The shower was clean however the shower head was small and angled in a weird direction and I was unable to move it so I was showering up against the wall.
they also charge per pet for their pet fee whereas other hotels and motels do not, it is usually one singular fee. Their deposit is high for the cost of the of the room, even though it is refunded is still very high $200 a best Western plus charges $100. It seems odd to me.
The room smelled really bad. The bed is not very comfortable. The headboard was falling off, and the bedding was old.
I’m a single female on my own. I’m actually feeling quite uncomfortable and unsafe here as the surrounding area is very remote, and there are some less than favourable characters that seem to be living in this motel.

I would not come back

We booked a King Room (website said 2 rooms available) on the day of,l at 4 pm (well after checkout) and an hour before we were to arrive at 9pm we received a call from Suvinker (she at first refused to give me her name). At first she said the King room we booked had a leaking toilet and would put us in a double bed at no extra cost (which was cheaper online?!). Then when I asked her when they discovered that issue, she said her management told her to call us. Then advised us that someone else had checked in and they noticed the toilet running. None of the stories made any sense and I asked to speak to management. She noted they were not there and I couldn't speak to them, when I asked how they just told her to call us when they were let there, she pretended not to understand. It was bizarre. I asked for a call back (it's now been well over 24 hours and no call).

I then said we wanted a refund and she said she wasn't authorized to provide one, to which I advised her that the property was in breach of contract as I paid for a King Suite which was not going to be provided. She then said if I called Expedia she wouldn't refute the charge. I told her I was driving to Moosejaw and I wanted her to call Expedia herself and have our money refunded. She advised that was against their policy and wouldn't do it.

We called and Expedia was amazing and refunded.

This whole experience reeked of an overbooking to which they decided to lie about. Worst customer service ever.

There isn't much to say about this property. The room I got was dirty, looked like someone had a food fight.
I asked to be moved, they said a couple hours & they would have a room ready.
Every time I went past the office it was closed & locked. I never did get moved, or was offered a discount or anything to make up for how dirty the room was.

Bathroom door wouldn't close and was falling apart. If this had been our first stay I would never have booked a second.

Comfy respite on a long road trip.

We were contacted by the staff to see if we would be checking in after 10 pm. We had estimated between 10 & 11 and they assured us that if we called back then someone would be available at the desk to check us in. This process was quick. Good value for the price. Rustic decor but clean. Bed was very comfortable, room temperature was perfect and lots of hot water for showers.

Property shows very heavy signs of wear and tear everywhere marked up walls, plaster broke away on lots of corners, carpet heavy wear, vinyl in washroom stained made it look dirty, shower head half plugged, pool area lots of tile pieces missing partial patching and hot tub missing drain cover with clear plex glass cover over 6 inch hole looked like you could step into the hole, by bottom step in hot tub was a bunch of litter? Grote and tile crud, wood hand rail by tub real wobbly.
On good note bed was comfortable and room was quiet from outside noise.

The bed was comfortable and clean. But the room was very dated. Bathtub needed to be replaced, sink was partially clogged, cigarettes all over outside the door. Smelled like old cigarettes inside the room until aired out. Pool was very old and smelled very very strong of chlorine. Definitely needs to be updated.
But I only needed it for a quick one night stay on my way home so good for a cheap stay. But next time I’ll pay a few extra dollars to go somewhere else.

The only thing good about this hotel was it except pets.
The showerhead came off, there was a child’s toilet, thin cheap toilet paper, you had to slam the door to lock it. The bolt didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t work, ice, frozen to the bottom of the freezer., The sink tap leaked all over the counter, the office phone wasn’t the right number, hard to find anyone from the office, the AC units weren’t putting out enough,, the restaurant was closed, carpets were dirty, and so much more. Don’t stay here.

This stay was a stop on our family vacation. The Inn is very outdated with very basic amenities. The pool area was probably the most outdated, but it was great for the kids, with the kiddie pool. The breakfast was very minimal and there was no where to sit as a family to eat breakfast.
The beds were soft and clean and the bathroom was the only area that had looked to be somewhat renovated.
