If you stay at the hotel, you have to go outside and walk around the building to go to the bar and it is not safe, guests should be able to go through the hotel as before. No restaurant except for breakfast, poor management.

I reserved a jacuzzi room and it was so loud while running it was uneasy to have it on but worse was whatever caused the brown scum released into the water while we were bathing in it.

The staff were very helpful when we had issue with the shower no hot water but was quickly looked after, the only think I find is that when paying for room with credit card thru Expedia we had to pay $400 cash damage deposit this time around as the previous times I paid with credit card I had paid $250 cash maybe I didn’t understand the deposit situation very well but I thought that was high for damage other then that I enjoy my stay

Biggest issue was even when paying with a major cc they still insisted on a $250 deposit and no one around at checkout early in the morning. Rang bell on desk for about 5 minutes and no one came so I had to leave

The room was really nice except the toilet we had, had a tough time flushing. We ate supper in the resaurant in the lobby. The food was good and really reasonably priced. Just a couple turnoffs about the restaurant though.
1. We asked for water expecting free tap water like any normal restaurant would do, but they automatically just brought us bottled water that we had to pay $2.50/ea for. Yes I know, I'm a little cheap, but I don't need to have pop so why not get water that's free?
2. Their oven was broken so I couldn't order anything baked. I understand that things like this happen, but the whole place kind of gave me vibes that they were too cheap to fix it.

It was ok. Just a stop and go. Breakfast was meh, not replenished or garbage taken out. No juice left by 8:30. Bagel too hard and stale to eat, we left and went to Starbucks. Place old and doors don’t reach the floor so hallway noise. Floors incredibly crooked and big ledge in floor by bathroom. Hallway stunk of old stale dingy carpet. Room only had hot or hotter water. Had to wash hands quickly because even on straight cold it just got hotter. Couldn’t risk a shower because we were afraid of getting scorched.

The guy checking us in seemed bothered that we had made him have to get up amd go to the desk to work and was not friendly or warm. Had to walk a ling ways with no elevator to our room. Heat and thermostat was broken in our room and was cold all night. Relatively clean. Pros: great continental breakfast bags. The girl at the desk in the morning was pleasant and helpful.

Arrival to hotel, it was raining inside the lobby, we couldn't get refund so we look at the room....smell bad, carpet was dirty. The price of this room is over rated, if we had know the shape of this Day Inn we would of stay in a small motel way better for less. Seriously this is not meeting in any way DAys Inn standard. Worst 165$ spend during my trip around CAnada. Days Inn usually have good hotel we trusted the name but we now have doubt on DAys Inn quality.

There was dark pink stains and browns stains all over the rug by the bathroom,the trim around the bathroom door was all busted and the was a hole in the bathroom door that was filled with spray foam and the spray foam was left protruding out of the door. The fireplace glass was full of fingers marks and have no clue how to use it. The thermostats didnt work we had them all the way up to 25 and the room was freezing.
