Good enough with amazing breakfast
The lication, staff and breakfast are superb, the room is a but outdated and the windows could definitely need some renovation, but the breakfast is something that outstands anything! Worth the whole stay!

We found ourselves in Vic late at night after a rental car break down and had to find last-minute accommodations. Up Rooms Vic saved our day! The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning.

Place was close to the city center and the plaza. It was walking distance to many dining options and quaint shops. Great location and beautiful architecture. There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM.
Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. You have to arrange it in advance if you need to go farther than you are willing to walk.

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, on the front desk and in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and the hotel close to all amenities. The hotel breakfast was delicious with so many different options, cooked breakfast, meats, cheeses, pastries, amazing fruit juices and also gluten free options, it was the best hotel breakfast i have had in a long time.

Very enjoyable stay
The front desk clerk was helpful, spoken beautiful English and had us quickly checked-in and heading to our room. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They even offer a selection of cell phone chargers for guests to borrow. The recommended Italian restaurant around the corner was delicious.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center but is a bit tricky to find. The directions I printed from Google and MSN maps helped us get to the general area but it was the name on a street sign that got us to the destination. The entrance is on a pedestrian mall and cars parked on the street added to the challenge of an easy arrival and check-in. Fortunately a kind gentleman directed us to the correct parking garage and the desk clerk answered the phone to open the garage door. Once inside the garage you'll need to tote your bags up a flight of stairs and across the plaza to reach the hotel.

Hôtel très bien placé. Parking à proximité par contre 19euros par jour pour un partenariat c’est cher. La chambre est très correcte avec un King size avec le un nécessaire toilettes complet. . Le petit déjeuner assez complet même si les œufs brouilles n’étaient pas bons.
Je le conseille même si c’est plutôt un trois étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Par contre un accueil fantastique, bienveillant et extrêmement gentil de Laura , vraiment professionnelle et très agréable.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Liegt 10min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und in 5 min ist man im Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Boendet passade oss perfekt, centralt i Vic och nära vår dotters boende. Personalen var familjär och mycket service-minded. De hjälpte gärna till när vi hade frågor om sevärdheter och bra restauranger.

Dos detalles, el airre acondicionado solo daba aire caliente y me explicaron que es por que inicia el frio, pero yo tenia un poco de calor.

Hyggeligt lille hotel med god komfort, god service og venligt imødekommende personale, et rigtigt rart sted at være. Vi var dog uheldige at få værelse ud til vejen lige overfor et spillested (pool) hvor der ofte var gæster ude og ryge og snakke. Men ikke mere end et par ørepropper kunne klare. Vi synes dog at plads i parkeringskælderen var dyr, 100 kr pr. døgn.
Hotellet lå tæt på den meget hyggelige by, Vic, er der bl.a. jernbane til at komme rundt i Katalonien.
