Amazing hotel! Big, clean, excellent service from all the staff members. The spa is pampering at a reasonable price. Exactly what we were looking for, to relax and play in the (very luxurious) casino. There are also good restaurants in the nearby town and the hotel has a free shuttle service. Highly recommended!!! The only \"downside\" we found is that the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi in the spa is not heated

Amazing hotel but improvements needed

We use this hotel every year on our way to/from Greece and we love it. Great rooms, excellent food, SPA, kind staff.
However, we must point out some unexpected drawbacks which we saw for the first time which mustnt appear at hotel of this range:
-sharp nails comming out of wooden floor and bent in the sauna
-ants on the room floor
-waiters not knowing to differ types of coffe hence not being able to properly make them and tossing ammounts of cinnamon in every coffee they make without asking customer
We hope this will be improved as soon as possible cause this is a 5* hotel.

Good for travellers

A very comfortable hotel. Great value for money. Large room with everything you need, although I do like to have a kettle.
Only negative was that our room and the other friends we knew who were staying there, all found the rooms smelling of smoke, especially in the evenings. Don't know if this is related to the casino.

Indeed not animal friendly

Nice hotel but indeed not animal friendly.
The hotel states it's animal friendly and it is possible to bring your dog for a stay. As long as the animal is not in public areas and stays in the room. We can therefore only stay in our room or go separately to the lobby bar etc. Thats not good enough. Either no animals or no restrictions!!

Ancak Casino restoranı kaldığımız 5 günde her gün aynı yemek ve salataları servis etti.Casinodaki hizmet çok kötü Eleman yok akşam üzeri casino bufesine gidip tost ve çay istediğimde bufedeki eleman buranın büfe olduğunu sadece içecek verdiklerini ve tost için restorana gitmem gerektiğini söyledi Çayı da beni bekletip başka işler yaparak lütfen verdi Doğru restorana gittim ve durumu anlattım Tostu bufenin verdiğini restoranda böyle hizmet olmadığını söylediler Casino müdürü Kıvanç beye gidin dediler ama müdürü bulamadım. neticede 1 tane dahi tost yiyemedim .
Ben ve eşim ilk geldiğimiz gün casinoya girişte kartlarımızı aldık ve oda numaralarımızı söyleyip içeri girdik .sonraki 3 gün hiç kimse bizden kart sormadı Oda numaramızı söylediğimizde herkes buyrun diyordu. sin 2 gün casino girişine adını malesef alamadığım bir eleman koymuşlar benden her gün 2 defa kart sormaya başladı çok sinirlendim ve bağırdım alay eder gibi güldü.Kivanc beye ulasamadigim için buradan anlatıyorum Hizmet yok denecek kadar az O kadar sevdiğimiz otele bir daha gitmeyi eşim ve ben düşünmüyoruz Otelde bazı kısıtlamalara da gidildiği anlaşılıyor

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό αν και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό για την κατηγορία του. Το πρωινό είχε τα πάντα αλλά όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις σπα ήταν αρκετά καθαρές και οι τιμές του φαγητού πολύ οικονομικές. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Είναι ιδανικό για ένα ξεκούραστο διήμερο!

Πολύ ΚΑΛΟ ξενοδοχείο,όντως πέντε αστέρων.Υπεροχο σπα,χαμαμ,εσωτερική πισίνα και πολύ ΚΑΛΟ πρωινό.Το δωματιο μεγάλο με πολύ ωραίο ΜΠΑΝΙΟ.Στα αρνητικά η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού κυρίως εντός του χώρου του καζίνο.

Everythig was OK, but hard to get the hotel. From Montenegro you have to go to the border and than back. From the hotel to the Greek border you have to go 3-4 km back to Macedonia and than turn back to the border.

ramada gevgelija dicht bij de griekse grens

Zeer vriendelijke bediening,heel mooi hotel,hotel is mooier in het echt dan op foto.het is een 5 sterren hotel en geen 3 sterren zoals op de site voorgesteld.
Het ontbijt was ook top!
