Pictures online did NOT match reality. Dirty room with dust that had been present a very long time. Broken glass pieces on floor. Yellow stained sheets. Shower curtain stunk of marijuana. Daylight exposed through exterior door. Room smelled of mildew. Bugs in the bathroom. Waste of money. Yes it’s a cheap motel but they can afford to actually clean…Also sat at the front desk nearly 10 minutes and called before anyone came to check us in. Would’ve rather slept in our car.

Couldn’t get anyone to open the door to check in, wouldn’t answer the phone, outside was trashy, stink bugs in the room, in the lights, outlets were broken, wouldn’t work, kid was riding electric scooter in and out of the lobby, landscaping was horrible and it just looked ran down.
Will never stay here again, nor would I ever recommend this place.
Health inspectors need to be aware of this place ASAP!!!😡

Not enough parking for hotel guest, room was not clean, staff was not stocked for the amount of people on reservations and when we requested staff was rude. Room was never cleaned and when I went to the office to request clean towels lady was rude. When she brought the towels she was more worried about looking into the room instead of handing the items to me. The following morning we stopped in to see what was in the lobby for breakfast and had the ice bucket with us. She proceeded to try to take the bucket as if we were taking it when we only came down for breakfast and to grab ice on the way back up. Not friendly at all.

I had reserved the room and paid for it days in advance. When we went to check in, I was told my room had been canceled because the hotel was overbooked. I said I had already paid for the room, had received no notice of cancellation and we had driven a long way to get there. All of a sudden a room opened up because he had a cancellation. Got general scammy vibes from the person checking me in. This property was not up to Days Inn by Wyndham standards. It was dirty, had a lot of people conglomerated around that were very sketchy looking and just felt unsafe. Would never stay here again.

I felt like this property was misrepresented especially in the photos listed. I didnt feel safe staying there with my teenaged daughter. The room entrance was exterior and I had anticipated interior rooms. The road traffic was extremely loud and there were several trains that went by in the few hours we stayed. I felt like we were in an abandoned area of town. We ended up leaving because we just didnt feel safe.

It was clean on arrival, easy check in. The property could use some repair, I had to slam the door to get it to latch, the heater could have worked better, it would stay on blowing heat all night and get the room hot or not work at all. The last night we were there it worked better than the rest. The toilet handle come off I had to fix. The tub is cracked, and you stood in water while showering, drain needs cleaning. Had to go ask for towels and washcloths and toilet paper. They could have cleaned to floors everyday also. Room 114.

But..... Wyndham/ Days Inn needs to really really be Way More Paticular when grading this Facility. The room appeared clean when walking in except it Smelled bad! The bedding was Filthy with unsightly stains on the mattress pad, hair on the sheets, the towels were stained black and the toilet had urine on the back behind the seat, the shower curtain was dirty, the microwave had dust ( lots ) on top of it along with food exploded top, bottom and on the glass tray. inside. Perhaos this facility usually deals with folks who are Not too paticular about cleanliness.I say this based on what I witnessed in and around the prooerty.I have to give a thumbs up for very hot water but you need it to feel even the least bit sanitary! You could do a Heck of Alot Better Wyndham in atleast being clean!

I walked into the lobby for check-in and the door is stuck on the tile. With a forceful push, im able to open it. It sticks again. The gentleman behind the counter stands up then answers the phone without greeting me or even giving me the apologetic, \"One moment,\" mouthing that comes with the territory. He seemed aloof, hardly interacting at all.
The room was very clean and all amenities were as they should be. It was a bit noisy because the building sits right beside a restaurant. That's not the fault of the motel, however. The adults that were staying in the motel had no decency while being outside of the rooms, either. Again, not the fault of the motel.

We did not stay at this property. When we checked in, we were given a dirty and used room key holder. When we got in the room, we had to turn on the A/C. The A/C vent was caked with dust. The linens had some sort of clear, gel-like flakes on them that I could not identify, There were small dark stains on the sheets.

Maybe it was just an off day, but the key cards they gave us didn’t work and it took an hour and a half for them to get us working key cards. And shortly after that the maintenance guy showed up to calk the leaky toilet.

It was reasonably clean and we checked the beds and found no sign of bedbugs in our room, thankfully.

Horribly run down, bedding and room
Was filthy, urine stains on the floor and toilet not cleaned. Sheets were stained and the whole place smelled. There was no breakfast except for watered down coffee and a few cellophane wrapped muffins that were left out every morning. It appeared that they were working on some part of the building and there were always strange people just roaming around. We didn’t feel safe and moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip

Staff at check in and check out very rude and very Dishonest. The man at the desk kept a deposit saying we smoked in the room... which we did not. Our room had not been cleaned, dirt on the floor, toilet wasn’t flushed, food in the fridge, stains and CIGARETTE burns in the bed sheets/blankets in a non-smoking room. How would you even claim to clean something with those obvious defects? Front desk moved us to another room, did look more clean but still a very run down and dingy place. Holes all in walls, paint cracking. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

Worst Hotel EVER!

This hotel was terrible! It was under construction and they put us in a room right outside the dumpster. The room was partially redone, but there was no place to put our luggage or clothing, and no place to hang our coats. We asked for a luggage rack, but they said what you see is what you get. There were no tissues or hairdryer. The TV didn’t work, but at least they came to fix it The Toilet paper holder was busted. The only thing available for breakfast were some packaged muffins and coffee. What is Hotels.com putting a hotel like this on their website? Never again!!

This place is gross

Noone at front desk and it was only 8pm. Could not even get into the lobby, had to speak to front desk through a window outside. Pended ove $100 as a deposit! Got to room and door to it would not lock. Room was small and had major damage to some of the walls. The guy at front desk was rude and not even polite. The breakfast they serve is not breakfast but just snacks. The pillows were not even regular size pillows. Would not recommend a stay here even at the price we paid.

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in, the floors were nasty, my socks were be black on the bottom just walking to the bathroom. The plaster on the walls was falling off ,all the lamp shades were nasty and stained, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, one of the lamps by the bed was leaning over like it was going to fall and didn't have a light bulb, There were multiple stains on the chairs and the ice machine didn't work. I would be embarrassed to let anyone stay in such a nasty place.

No words to describe how bad this room was. I did not want to walk on the floor without shoes on. Paint peeling off walls, bathroom smelled strongly of urine, lampshade on desk cracked, chair in room was filthy. Only stayed because we had payed for room through Hotel's.Com. Was only given 2 towels for 4 people, I asked for 2 more towels. I was given them. We stayed for 3 days, I asked for more towels before I left. I was told they would charge me. I told them to keep them. The top of the stairs was uneven, and unsafe. 4 towels for the entire 3 day stay!! Make sure to bring your own towels! Breakfast consisted of two mini muffins they had coffee and orange juice but I didn’t have any, it didn’t look like it worked!

Don't Get Killed At This Place!

Read this careful. Don’t be killed here. When this Days Inn burn down, & scores of people are killed, I hope the deceased lawyers read this, & sue the city of Greenville.

We checked in late, Room 123, & there was water all over the place in front of the refrigerator. I checked with the inn keeper who said it was the maid's fault, & the refrigerator was now working.

He left, & it was not working, so I plugged it in. It began to spark.

I went back to the front desk, as we noticed the towels were dirty.

He inspected the towels, as if I was lying, & returned with just two towels. I explained the refrigerator was not working, & he said wait till morning.

We had some food to microwave, & sure enough, there was food in the microwave.

Next the toilet broke down, & when I went back to the front desk, he would not answer the front desk.

Plus, the Days Inn was clearly violating TN laws. There was no sign about rates on the back door.

At 8:30 AM I went down to complain. Guess what, there no breakfast. When I asked, she brought out a packaged blueberry muffin. The orange juice & coffee machine was broken.

I complained about everything.

The lady just stared at me.

We were planning to leave when the man from the previous evening, came out to my car, & said he would now fix the refrigerator.

Are u joking? When I complained about everything, he just said nothing.

I asked him did he really think I should pay for all this? He said, \"I don’t care, no refunds!\"

I ASKED FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM AND DESK CLERK ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS AND THE ENTIRE ROOM, BEDDING, AIR CONDITIONING FILTER, AIR -EVERYTHING REEKED OF SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a CIGARETTE BURN HOLE in the top sheet!!!!! There was NO SMOKE DETECTOR - the entire unit had been pulled off of the wall and the wires were hanging out. There were ROACHES crawling on the bathroom floor. The toilet seat had DRIED PEE on the seat and the bathroom smelled like urine. The SHOWER was SO DISGUSTING I wouldn't use it even though I needed one. The TOWELS were STAINED, YELLOW and smelled SOUR. There was STICKY SPOTS and RESIDUE on the nightstand and all of the table surface had dirt on them. I used disinfectant wipes on all surfaces and cleaned the stowaway cabinet under the TV (which yielded black dirt and dead flies) before I put my luggage in it. The handles to it and the entertainment center had STICKY DIRTY FINGERPRINTS on them. I used a paper towel to open it.The window sill had black dirt on it. The inside of the door close to the handle and the wall next to it had BLACK DIRTY MARKS the entire length of the door. JUST BREATHING now that I'm out of the room smells of smoke in my respiratory system. I have been sneezing all morning. I am an ADAMANT NONSMOKER and health conscious individual and am concerned about the health risk of breathing all the particulate matter that I continue to breathe and will be breathing for hours to come as it's TRAPPED in my respiratory system. I AM ANGRY!

This was an okay place to get a good night's sleep. It was quiet and the staff honored my request for a gound level room which was very helpful for me.

Absolutely would not stay at again... it was completely unacceptable. The room was dirty... including half eaten pickles left in the fridge that was broken... the furniture was broken in all sorts of places... The staff had to be searched for just to try to leave. I wish i could have left and just gone somewhere else... but i had arrived late after a long day and was exhausted. 10 outta 10 do NOT recommend!

I would not stay here again. This was a very poorly taken care of facility. only 2 lights worked. Bathroom vent was missing, hole in the wall stuffed with paper. Just needs updating.

We made reservations online to stay for two nights. Online it looked okay. Upon arrival, the building was older and the outside looked unkept. Upon entering our room, which was definitely old and run down, we saw that the curtain for the window was attached at the top only 2/3 of the way across so the curtain did not cover the window. The toilet seat was so old and stained that my husband said that neither of us could sit on it. It may have been cleaned, but did not appear clean. The man at the front desk did offer us the room next to our original one, but we did not feel there would be enough of an improvement. We would not have felt safe there and decided not to stay.

Black mold and disgusting

Black mold in room. Signs of drug use in non smoking room. Burn marks on edge of sink. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Spiders and centipede found in room. Door did not close tightly. Disgusting, frightening, unacceptable. We left immediately and slept in our car with a newborn. Worst experience.
