The people at the front desk weren't particularly friendly and their english was poor. The room hardly had any outlets and no USB ports. They haven't seemed to update their property in 30 years. I was very unsure about the potability of the water and even though the room was spacious, it was just very outdated

Not a good room this time

This was my second stay in Ramada hotel. The first one was good that's why I decided to stay here again. Unfortunately, this time I was placed in a room next to the staff room. I guess this is where they store all the toiletries and towels for the guest rooms. During my stay, especially at night and early morning, I could hear noises from the staff room. I was very much disappointed with the room that was given to me.

Convenient shuttle bus to High Tech Park

The hotel has shuttle bus service to CaoHeJing High Tech Park every morning. The reason I chose this hotel.
In the hotel lobby it needs more couch/sofa/seat in the lobby for guests. There are only 5 seats available. While I was there for 3 days I could not find a seat every day.
Going into the room, it's too dark in the hall way. In the room, the door latch is broken. The room is not spacious. There is no convenient stores nearby. I had to walk several blocks away 10+ minutes to eat and shop. The price is reasonable.

No mall within walking distance. A 5~10min walk to Sunway station. Food in restaurant is typical hotel food. Room is abit old fashion and dark.

Good Business Hotel

The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The surrounding is quite inconvenient if not because it's business travel. There is one subway station nearby that can take you to more crowded area quickly, but no stores or restaurants nearby. Other than that, it's all good.

RECOMMENDED

Was there for business and the condition of the room are acceptable and staff services are great. Wifi connection are acceptable. Nothing much to complain other than check-in/out have to be done in Building A which you have to walk over if the room is in Building B.

Business hotel with excellent wifi and ok location

If you are travelling around by the metro, this hotel is good value for money. About 20mins walk to Caohejing station with easy ride to Xujahui for food and shopping.

Very nice review

The hotel and staff was very nice. Everyone was accommodating during the reservation process as our days kept changing. The room was a little outdated, but comfortable. The carpet was in need of replacing!

The hotel was perfect for business if you need to stay in/around the tech park area. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, they didn't have any non-smoking rooms in my room class or the one above it left. The check in assistant went to speak to the manager and, in the end, the hotel upgraded me to a suite so that I could have a non-smoking room. It took a bit of time upon arrival but they made it work and were really considerate about it. I'd stay here again as my company's office is in the area and it's a nice hotel.

I lke the hotel it was very nice. It was close to the freeway. Not much to see walking around the area of the hotel. I did have one problem. They told me when I check in that my rate did not include breakfast each day. It took some work calling Expedia but they handled it. The breakfast was a great way to start each day. Good hotel for the price. I would recomend it. Just make sure youi have proff of breakfast each day. I liked getting 2 bottels of water in my room each day.

Poor management ruins an adequate hotel

This is a perfect example of how poor management can ruin an adequate hotel. I requested an early check-in at 07:30 and they warned the room wouldn't be ready so I'd have to have a temporary double. Fine, but neither the internet or phone in the room worked, there were dirty tissues under the table and the hot water was being turned off at 10:00. The manager explained they'd recently been refurbished but it seemed like it was still underway. I was offered another temporary room, but asked instead to be given my room even though it hadn't been cleaned yet. I was given room 537 but it took me a while to find it because the signs only showed rooms up to 530. The room stank of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, and the bedside light didn't work because the wiring was hanging out of the wall. All of these issues were reported but nobody seemed organised enough to do anything about them.

駅から程近くの大型ホテル

朝食のレパートリーはなかなかです。中華、エッグスペース、ソーセージ、ベーコン、サラダ、点心等、偏食の私も好きな食事を好きなだけ楽しめました。
wi-fiもそこそこ館内全域で使用可能です。
喫煙者には申し訳ないですが、たばこは外のみというのも快適です。
館内には和食レストランも有り、日本食が恋しくなった際は如何でしょうか？

Hotel provides excellent customer experience !

I stay in this hotel for most of my business trips in SH over last 2 years.
The location is not so good (10 mins walk to Metro) and is with very few shops/resturants nearby.
However this hotel is with a great team and could provide an excellent customer experience to me.
Most of their staff are friendly, nice and with strong customer care mind-set. They cover the staff from the reception lobby, the bar, the resturant on the 2/F and also the Chinese resturant.
Following these two years on-and-off stays in the hotel, most of them have become my friends.
Would use this platform to express my sincere apppreciation to those I know their name (and also those I had not asked their name). They are Mandy, Martin, Zan, Penny, Danny, Eric, Rex and Ivy in the Lobby; Peter (the Chief), Larry, Eva and Michelle in the 2/F resturant. What a great team !

起初不是抱很大的期望入住，可喜的是周邊環境尚算平靜，服務周到，房間整潔寬敞。離地鐵站頗近，酒店門口已是公交站。總言之，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次會優先考慮入住。

Room facility is just at acceptable level

1. There is no power socket for charging mobile phone and laptop on table.
2. The room lighting is too dim and you need to manually switch on each light so that you have more light.
3. There is a small appliance outside washroom but it's nearly dropping off from the power socket.
4. The air-con is set at 26'C and it's quite stuffy. You need to adjust to 16'C to feel more comfortable.
5. The TV is too small and far away from the bed. You can't watch TV clearly while you're on bed.

Winziges Zimmer im Nebentrakt mit schimmligen Fuge

Ich war im Nebentrakt untergebracht, der wohl ursprünglich nicht zum Hotel gehört hat.

Das Zimmer war winzig, es gab nichtmal ausreichend Platz, um den Koffer zu öffnen. Das Zimmer niedrigster Kategorie hat somit nichts mit dem dort abgebildeten Foto zu tun!!

It is an okay hotel for the price. The rooms are clean but aged. The bathrooms are dark and can benefit from a refresh. The 2nd building of the hotel is very strange. It is disconnected from the main building and has no security what so ever. Anyone can just walk in and get onto guest floors.

Excellent Customer Cared Hotel

The staff in this hotel are great, friendly, customer cared and helpful.
i have come across serveral staffs in this hotels and most of them can provide excellent customer experience to me.
They include Christ, Mandy, Zan, Panny, Danny and Ivy in the reception lobby.
On topy the staff in the western restaurant are also great including Mark (the manager), Tenna, Peter (The Chef) and Ronnie.
I highly recommend this hotel

Wrong management poor reception
