The staffs are friendly. Clean.
We don’t like the coldness of the food. The warm and eatable food only omelette. The hotel serves cold food. Not warm enough

Good Staycation

The property was beautiful. Our rooms were great, as expected from Santika. The entire property was very clean and neat. They did have a protocal for Covid,and, they were very clear in the restrictions and enforcement. The breakfast buffet was \"amazing\" according to my daughters. All Indonesian food, but well made. Highly recommend

Not a very impressive hotel

Given the name with a status Premiere, it does not reflect the excellence service they should have. Check-in was very slow, the alley in the floor had a bad odor of some kind of formaldehyde emission which is bothering as I stayed with my 6-month son. Bellboy was only 1 person so moving things around is really really slow when you checked-in with a lot of baggage.

Very bad isolation in rooms. Staff fixed something outside in corridor from 20pm until 3am ! It was impossible to sleep, especially for small baby, always noisy and load talking people. Even after complaints to management they still not stop ! The most terrible experience in this hotel. No respect to their customers.

Overall experience was good as it was near to the places I needed to visit.
However due to the fasting season, we were unable to dine at the only restaurant at the hotel as it was fully booked to host a dinner event, leaving tourist like me stranded.

Like- bfast spread.
Dislike- corner of bed very likely to cause shin injury when walking past it.
Dislike- head position on bed is under an overhead building beam which is \"pantang\" for many Asians.

Pleasant stay

The stay was comfortable, staff is very courteous and helpful, the location is near to many Malls and restaurants so no issues in getting more food options, it is next to the expressway and so easier to commute to the airport.
I will recommend to my friends and colleagues to stay here

Overall it was a wonderful stay & great experience

Everything frôm the doorman to the reception were perfect frôm the moment of my arrival to my departure. Perfection. The food was excellent with local delicacies and varieties. Amazing Mrs Mutia was very patient and had rendered me the most efficient customer service. Special thanks to her.

Mind blowing customer service

Customer service exceeded expectation! From front desk, restaurant to security guards! Absolutely excellent service and comfy bed, the smiles they put on were priceless, and you feel that they genuinely want to serve you well. The restaurant took notice of the special diets well. This is a hotel that is a role model in hospitality! Special thanks to the F.O. manager!

During staying at santika hotel bintaro I had wonderful experience with all the staff hotel they are all amazing .greetings to customer every time you in and out , and the breakfast they’re preparing a lot different kinds and taste so phenomenal. Hotel santika it’s the best my experience .

Good location, friendly people,the restaurant is good. The room is clean but very small and basic. There are supermarkets around so good for shopping. Recommended.

There's was a checkin for kids. This was awesome and the first time I saw such a thing.

Disappointing with room allocation

My guest was allocated a room next to utility room on high floor. Very noisy, can't rest at night. After notifying the reception, I was subsequently shifted to few floors below next to utility room again. I suspect the reception couldn't understand English due to language barrier.

Hotel should learn what constitutes a suite

I requested a suite. However, the room appeared to me to be a simple room. Although there was a sofa and a chair, there was no area with room to sit. A hallway in the room added to the dimensions specified, but not the useable area of the room. Could have kept an earlier $60 room. Paid $100 to get a suite as an additional upgrade. Disappointing, but didn't have enough time to haggle over proper room.

Nice but not very proactive/helpful staff

Hotel is nice, staff are nice, but not very pro-active. I had coffee orders taken at breakfast but the coffee never arrived so I went and got my own. When asking for an extra key, staff politely refused, but later another staff member allowed it. Also, bad smell from drain in bathroom. Was fixed after a phone call.

Location close to big hospital and supermarkets, strong shower, clean and comfort bedroom, delicious breakfast and good facility including mail order;
Only the carpet in the corridor need to be steamed...

Stayed here a couple of times now on business, only drawback being a westerner is lack of bar facility's. Hard day at work all you want to do is have a beer and a good nights sleep. No problems with the hotel or service other than that.

Not too bad but not too great either

The hotel was okay, however there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room. I normally do not get bitten by mosquitoes but had quite an annoying time of killing them every day.

The rooms are relatively clean, but there are signs of age. Some walls have black marks on the walls, and slight dings to the paint work.

The breakfast is about the best part as there are many options to choose from. However, we only ate room service and breakfast in the morning, and my partner got a medium case of the runs. It took a few days to clear up, we were a little confused as to how this was even possible as we only ate hotel food. I seemed to be fine but perhaps her meal wasnt prepared that well.

Location wise, its not too bad but not the best either. A lot of the big malls are quite far away, taking me about 2.5 hours to get to Plaza Senayan (one of the big luxury malls in Jakarta).

It wasnt too bad of a stay butI think we will choose elsewhere next time.
