Very nice staff, perfect room (we have been upgraded as we requested 2 simple beds) and it was way better than excepted.
The room was very clean, nice set up with a good bathroom.

The only issue was on the breakfast ast there was not a lot of choice and on the second day at 9.30 it was empty we had to wait for them to refill everything (which is not ideal when you are in a urge).

But everything else was perfect, the location near the train station was ideal, the neighbourhood is very quiet and we don't hear cars.

Reasonable quality aparthotel but expensive parkin

Plenty of room plus plenty of items supplied in the kitchen. The only issue is the parking. There are a few spaces (about6) which are free but it is first come first served so the only option is to then pay for parking under the hotel (small narrow spaces) at €15 per night, but this is still cheaper than on the street. Unless you need to be near the station or very central I would stay a little further out of Aux le Bains if you are there with a car.

Pour le prix payé (165€ la nuit) la qualité n’est pas totalement au rdv.
L’établissement est vieillot et mériterait une rénovation. Peintures écaillées à certains endroits, joints à refaire.
L’absence de lave vaisselle est à noter.
Une machine à café à capsule serait plus appréciable qu’une ancienne machine café filtre.
Pas la meilleure isolation du siècle mais pas hyper bruyant non plus.
L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder à la ville.
L’accueil est de qualité.
Un effort de rénovation nécessaire et ce sera parfait.

It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified.

C'était pratique car c'était proche de la gare. Les chambres sont propres et équipées d'une mini-cuisine, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un micro-ondes, ce qui les rend idéales pour les séjours de longue durée. Il y avait des restaurants et des supermarchés à proximité, ce qui était pratique. C'était super d'être proche du jardin japonais.

Votre site était répertorié comme un hôtel et nous pensions bénéficier des services et prestations qui en découlaient.
Or ni ménage , ni serviettes ou consommables n ont été rechargés ou l aurait été fait moyennant des suppléments .

Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money

The perfect place for us to start our trip to France. An easy walk from the train station and a good location for finding food and local culture. Mouna was extremely helpful with all of our questions at the front desk. Having the kitchenette and balcony made it easy to eat some meals in our room but the breakfast buffet helped get us started on a couple of mornings.

i have never stayed any where that did not use mattress protectors. The pillow s were covered in sweat. 5 hangers for an apartment sleeping 4. Staff helpful but took 24 hours to produce clean pillows and only 4, same with the hangers.

Perfect location to take the train

We stayed two nights as we took the train to Geneva Auto Show and back. This worked perfect for us. The train station is supper close. The area was quiet we had a great nights sleep. Ideal spot to visit around this area.

Brilliantly located, excellent value for money. Totally self-catering, which we didn't expect - was a nice surprise, as we did think the additional cost for continental breakfast was a bit steep (only had one and it wasn't too bad). Wish we stayed at this hotel for our whole France adventure, the other places we ended up at was horrible. Though hotel doesn't have their own restaurant, it doesn't matter, they give you a discount voucher to use at the next door hotel restaurant which have good value for money food and very tasty, and you're located so well in Aix-les-bains, you're surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and food shops. One draw back, not enough parking. Also, despite being a non-smoking hotel, we could smell smoke coming in from somewhere, which filled the hallway and came into the room (not nice if you have allergies to smoke) - we ended up putting a towel down by the door to filter it a bit. Otherwise, we'd stay there again.

An apt.-hotel so had to check in next door as we arrived at night. There were no towels but again got them from the hotel next door. The location was perfect and free parking on the street in front and all in all I would stay here again.C

Really enjoyed staying in the appartment
Location is ideal for the centre of Aix, lots of great restaurants a few minutes walk away. It is a distance away from the lake (30 minute walk) but we had bicycles and the whole town and surrounding area is set up for biking. The appartment has everything you need for a family stay and was clean and good condition. I don't think there is anything negative about our stay and we would definitely come back

Arrived 23.00 as was attending an event in Lyon. Not as prominent as The Golden Tulip next door so went to enquire there for its whereabouts. Luckily, I did because no one at reception in this hotel, who had passed my accommodation details onto The Golden Tulip. The room itself is very pleasant and good value.

Comfortable and adequate apartment. Shops, cafes, buses and railway and cinema within 5 minutes walk. 30minute walk to lake but free buses available. We appreciated having room with terrace which had table and chairs - worth the extra. Would stay again if we went back.

Barebones, no frills place: good for winter/fall

Spacious room, with fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooking range. No a/c, no x-ventilation, no fans of any kind (ceiling, pedestal, table), so gets uncomfortably warm when outside temp exceeds 68F/20C. Good coffee vending machine in lobby. Sign saying leave room, dishes in clean condition or be charged two nights rent as cleaning fee.

The hotel was clean however very dated and tired. The rooms were ventilated via the opening of the sliding door (on to a balcony) which was fine until neighbouring occupants went out onto their balcony to smoke or make lots of noise at gone midnight! The smoke just came in through the open doors - not pleasant. The shower hose would not stay upright in the holder and the water system made a real noise - it just needs updating!

Hotel was well positioned for walking into town though.

Gem in Aix Les Bains

We stayed in the Loges du Parc for 2 weeks in a studio room and had a very good experience. The hotel was quiet, the staff were friendly and the premises were very clean and well kept. Our studio contained a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave and coffee maker - ideal for our needs. Maid service was only provided once a week, but that was not a problem for us. The location was handy to the train station, post office, restaurants and was a ten minute walk from the main shopping area and the casino. However, it was on a quiet street so there was no traffic noise.

Loges du Park - nice to have a kitchenette

If you don't want to eat out all the time, this is a great place to use as a home base. The lake is a short walk from the train station and the lake with a beautiful path to walk or ride bikes. Staff hours are limited and you don't have daily servicing of your room, but the Radisson Hotel next door is available to assist any time you need help and the staff are very helpful. Laundry facilities are also available.

Loges du Park - Close to train station

Hotel was clean and had adequate room for 4 people. Was surprised when we checked in that no one was at the desk. Had to ask around and found out keys were at the hotel next door. Room does not have air conditioning and in July, Aix les Bains can be very hot. Air did not seem to move. There is no maid service in this hotel and you do not get fresh towels and they expected you to clean your dishes before you left but did not leave any cleanser or towels to clean with. The sign said that they would charge 15 euro if you did not clean. On the good side, room was clean and 1 block to the train station and very, very, good restaurants and patisieries. Would recommend just for the location.

L'équipement de la cuisine et de l appartement est minimaliste (pas de produits de nettoyage, de toaster, de condiments) mais propre (casseroles en téflon endommagé à remplacer cependant). Pour des longs séjours (3 semaines) la vue au RDC face a un mur est déprimante, mais correcte si on n'y passe qu'une nuit. Heureusement l'accueil est agréable. Pas d'incident majeur sauf une nuit sans eau chaude.
