Só não dou 5 estrelas por que eles tem que melhorar a questão dos forros de cama e toalhas que são de boa qualidade mais muito encardidos com manchas estranhas, tinha uma mancha na cocha de cama que parecia sangue, as toalhas elas trocavam mais parecia que nem tinha trocado por conta do encardido, fora isso o atendimento é muito bom, o café da manhã excelente ( o crepe de nutella feito na hora é divino ), os quartos espaçosos e arejados, a área da piscina uma delícia, sem falar na recepção que é uma graça a decoração é o café da tarde que eles oferecem, modesto, porém muito saboroso, voltaria com certeza, mais fica a dica para melhorar as roupas de cama e banho.

Acomodação muito boa. Boa estrutura. Excelente localização. Mas a nota máxima vai para os funcionários, que são de extrema simpatia, sempre tentando ao máximo proporcionar o melhor atendimento, mesmo com certas limitações. Pessoas que vestem a camisa do Hotel e se dedicam diariamente para manter o hóspedes confortáveis e satisfeitos. E a nota 1000 vai para o Sr. Ícaro e a D. Maria, pessoas maravilhosas que nos tratam como da família. Dica: o \"carrinho\" da Yakissoba em frente ao Hotel é ótimo, a Sra. nos trata com muito carinho e dedicação.

Foi incrivel, hotel perto do centrinho de Jeri, o cafe era otimo com a senhora fazendo tapioca deliciosa, o.ponto alto fica pra decoracao do hotel com pecas belissimas de madeira, a piscina tb é otima. Nota 10 para o recepcionista Junior!

O ar condicionado não desligava, ficava 24hrs funcionando, de dia era ótimo, mas de noite sentíamos frio. O pousada nos deu lençóis extra. O resto estava muito bom. O hotel carece de cuidados de algum gerente ou dono. A cidade é maravilhosa e as oportunidades de turismo fantásticas. Mas falta condições mínimas : um bar na piscina, restaurante do hotel, melhorar muito o café da manhã (mamão e melancia pareciam que vinham da xepa), um computador ou rede de acesso à internet, telefone e cofre no quarto e, o mais importante, a simpatia dos atendentes que destoou da cidade, pois parecem estar insatisfeitos. O prêmio de pior funcionário fica para a Cris, com certeza, que não tem condições nenhuma para tratar com o público.

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, tive que mudar de quarto de madrugada pra tentar amenizar. Piscina suja e área da piscina com mai cheiro. Única coisa razoável foi café da manhã. Sem contar que até agora estamos aguardando ressarcimento pra um casal de amigos que ia ficar, pagaram e desistiram quando viram as condições do hotel. O hotel concordou com o reembolso descontando taxas, e já fazem 10 dias e nada. Nenhum sinal de reembolso. Não recomendo mesmo.

As fotos são muito melhores do que a realidade. Eu me decepcionei com o hotel, infelizmente, pelo menos no nosso caso, em relação à acomodação. O nosso quarto era grande, mas realmente feio, desarrumado, com cheiro desagradável de umidade (possivelmente mofo, mas não posso afirmar). Cheguei a observar outra unidade ao lado e não era tão feia quanto a nossa, mas era bem menor. O banheiro era espaçoso, porém a tv era muito pequena. O café da manhã é satisfatório, mas seria melhor apenas com um pouco mais de simpatia do staff. O ponto forte do hotel é localização: perto de tudo e ao mesmo tempo, sem o barulho das ruas mais movimentadas. Recomendaria? Acho que pelo preço, é melhor procurar uma pousada mais bonitinha ou gastar um pouco mais. Não recomendo.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, o espaço corresponde às fotos postadas. Os funcionários são atenciosos, em especial a funcionária Simone, que nos tratou muitíssimo bem, sempre solícita. Nossa sugestão é com relação ao café da manhã, deveriam optar por manteiga individual porque colocam em uma pote que não é inteiramente consumido, logo, sendo reaproveitado penso que anti-higiênico. O mesmo para as geleias. Por fim, a reclamação maior é com relação ao não fornecimento de toalhas de praia.
