Room has poor ventilation, mold was in the bathroom, the air feel stuffed moist or damp. It feels dusty and it isn't fresh. The reception when I checked out was not listening to me, I was going to tell him something but he decided to ignore me and answer his phone instead. I was in a rush, so I couldn't wait. If he doesn't want to hear what I'm saying, he will hear it here. He is rude and has not respect or paying attention to the customer needs. I normally don't write comments, but I had enough with this. The elevator is not clear the dust is every where in the elevator. When I step in the hall way going to the room, it feels like the dust is in the air and does not feel clean or fresh, the light in the hall way is low lightings, I couldn't see well.

Our room was significantly smaller than advertised and very outdated and the hallways smelled like smoke. The pictures showed a 4 star hotel room and hallways and we got a 1 star room.

Asia Airport has an extremely pleasant, hard working staff, who will make you feel right at home. They clean your room everyday, and offer fresh towels and coffee. It is a short Grab ride to Future Park Mall, which is new and a really nice shopping mall, and has an excellent “all you can order” Pappar Buffett.

A really convenient aspect of staying there is the excellent Market out front everynight that has a wide variety of BBQ, Curry, Duck,
and fruit. There is also Authentic Thai food on U level which is very tasty for about 40-60 Baht. The Shopping mall underneath the hotel also has a great Sushi Restaurant, BBQ, MK, and good seafood and pastries as well as a Starbucks, Clothing, and electronics.

Theres is also a nice gym and swimming pool at Asia Airport. The rooms are a little dated and the shower water could be warmer, but all in all it is a great place to stay for the price and the convenience to so much good food and shopping, everything you need, including a Tops Grocery and 7-11, is very close.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This is by no means a four-star property. Two star at best. There’s a 2 1/2 inch lip at the bathroom door that I stepped my foot on three times. Left over from a renovation before they had a tub. I’m sure it was just a shower in the corner. Water was never warm enough, place smelled musty and dank. Carpet was there in several places, and buckled in others. Badly need a renovation. But four star, not even close. Price is OK, treat it like a two star hotel, and it’ll be just fine. But definitely not getting a 4* property.

Отель рядом с аэропортом Дон Маунг, расположен на верхних этажах с 10 по 18 большого комплекса с кучей залов для конференций и соревнований, внизу торговый центр старого образца, нижние два этажа - кафешки и супермаркет, соседнее здание - макдональдс и 7/11, поэтому завтраки в отеле за 350 бат считаю дороговато, тем более, что выбор на них для европейцев слабоват. Бронировали номер экзекьютив, так как в нем нет ковра на полу, ребенок аллергик. Несмотря на полное заполнение отеля участниками соревнований и конференций, поселили нас четко, как просили, за что большое спасибо! Кондиционер охлаждал отлично, но не регулировался по обдуву, ну обошлось. Подушки на любителя, жестковаты, матрасы пружинят, не деревянные. Ванна. Есть зубные счетки/пасты, шампунь/гель и большой чайник, который как термос, чай Липтон и кофе растворимый тоже есть, за такую цену шикарно.

The hotel room was nice for the price but there were some issues with the water pressure and temp. There was also a leak in the bathroom faucet. The small ref-ridge did not work either but the staff was kind enough to move us to another room. It was also located nicely near the airport and there was shopping and dining options close by.

Personally I really liked it, if you're near DMK, which you should know is a lot different area than BKK this is in my opinion one of the better options. I've stayed at places where you couldn't go many places and just grab food and hang out in alleys. This place is big, lot of business going on, the gym is nice, pool is nice. It's older looking, been around a while but they keep everything in good shape. The perk is the Mall is just an elevator ride from your room. All sorts of restaurants, vendors, massage, electronics and more. The mall was impacted by covid so some shops closed but still has plenty of stuff. There is also once a week or so a night market below. It's the best on the lower cost options and this is probably the 5th places I've stayed near DMK. Unless you want to spend $55 a night then for sure this is a better deal than many others in the area.

Access to the hotel was tricky, had to drive up and around and around the parking structure until we reached the fourth level, then had to walk through the parking structure to find the entrance of the hotel and then take the elevator up to the 10th floor while hauling all of our luggage. The room was dirty and the bed was hard as a rock and I ended up with neck, shoulder and back pain. The TV didn't work so I assumed it was the batteries in the remote, so when we called the front desk, they sent someone up who took the remote without even checking the TV. When they returned with the remote the TV still didn't work, so I checked to see if it was plugged in and found that the TV was unplugged! Good thing our stay was just for the night as we had a flight out the next day. Staff was courteous and polite and had no problem given me extra pillows when I requested, but that didn't help considering the bed was like sleeping on a box spring.

First and foremost I would like to say that this property is an awesome property the customer service the room service every services that you can think of this place have it down right pat. The only concern though is the noisy AC or air condition and the bed springs are vivid and it make’s sleeping uncomfortable if you are on the side where the springs can be felt. Ana their wifi is not stable.

Super helpful staff!

I had a little difficulty finding the appropriate parking entrance. The property is part of a big shopping complex with its' own parking area, but using the same entrance as the hotel. All signs were in Thai, so I had trouble finding how to get to the hotel entrance and parking, but very helpful hotel staff directed me and even let me park directly in front of the lobby to make it more convenient for me. Super nice service!

Stay off the 18th floor! Bugs!

We arrived late in the evening, and were put on the top floor. Upon exiting the elevator, we were disgusted by the condition of the hall carpet. Filthy. We entered our room - bravely - only to find more filth on the floor that one can safely imagine in a hotel! So, while my wife looked the other way, I tore away the bedsheets to look for bugs. Found bed bugs crawling on a pillow, took pics, and went to the front desk to demand another room. They moved us to the 17th floor. Hall carpet was cleaner but noticeably patched for repairs with dissimilar patterns. The room was much better - clean carpet with a few cigarette burns near the window. The next morning, the shower valve on the tub faucet was broken - came right out of its anchoring. So...no shower! Called housekeeping and had to track down the housekeeping manager to get a plumber to fix it. Took a little over an hour, but we got our shower fixed. Stayed 2 more nights uneventfully and enjoyed the tech expo mall on the lower floors. Good location but hard to get to. Don’t let them put you on the 18th floor. You’ll want to leave!!

I would not pay for facial services here again. We paid for two people, one hour each, one person worked on both of us a the same time. I had a 'mask' on for 40 minutes of it wondering what was going on. It was an extreme rip off.

Nice hotel, with a gym and great breakfast

We got hung up in Bangkok for a week...we switched rooms every night. Therefore we saw 5 rooms, each in different quality. We had a range of rooms from, very nice clean room to a dingy room. All the beds were comfortable and clean, and had balconies, coffee makers, and refrigerators. The views are great and we loved the breakfasts. The gym is very large and we used it daily. Staff was very helpful. This is a great place to stay near the airport and some malls. This is NOT the location to see, if you want to be a tourist and visit Bangkok. Its much too far away. I would stay here again. The manager was exceptional and very helpful, she always made sure everything was okay with out checkins!

However, I could wait for them to proceed their process at the hotel lounge that is really comfortable and relax. And I could early check in at 8:00 am. All hotel staff are service-minded and helpful. So impressive!!!!

Close to DMK, far from BKK. Hard bed, noisy old airconditioner, in-wardrobe lights which wouldn't go out because the sliding doors wouldn't stay shut. This is an old hotel which needs refurbishing. I was pleased enough the first time to come again, mainly because it's clean and quiet, with comfortable armchairs to use @ night when my back hurts too much to lie down any longer. But the small room, shower over bath, air-pot instead of kettle (the plug didn't match the wall socket; have to unplug the tv to boil water)...all contributed to persuade me that I probably won't stay again. Good effort to keep an older hotel serviceable, but it's fading...

I and my husband arrived Bangkok very early.

Luckily, a lady who was a Duty Manager on the day I checked- in is very nice and flexible.

She even allowed us to check in early as 6.30 AM.

Thumps up to the service beyond our expectation.

Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone to travel to Bangkok as the hotel located very near to

Don Mueng Airport and very convenient place as the building is connected to the shopping mall.

The hotel is aged. The room I booked is the higher tier with pool facing so the room condition is acceptable. Wood flooring so do'nt need to deal with dirty carpet. Room is small and aircon quite noisy. Restaurant and supermarket at the basement.

we choose this hotel as had to catch an early flight, its abt 5-10 mins drive from Don Mueang International Airport...
TV is new but only local channels

Cons:
very outdated hotel, badly need a refurbishment (room deco and toilet)...
caught 2 baby cockroaches... 1 in toilet 1 near the bed.. OMG!

Our stay was for our dad in the hospital, which is very a 10 minute walk and very convenient.

They did a pest spraying. You will see a few cockroaches here and there, but bareable.

They do not mop or vacuum the floor so do not walk around barefooted.

Hot water container is convenient. We bought 3-in-1 Nescafé coffee and pastry at Top Market downstairs for breakfast. The local coffee shop downstairs do not open until 10:30, which is very inconvenient for early risers.

The shower was not built ergonomically. water will hit the floor outside the tub if you don't angle the shower head correctly and place the curtain a certain way.

The cost will be almost twice as much if you went to the front desk. Best to buy online.
