This hotel was great. Booked a suite and they upgraded us no extra charge. We asked to stay another night - to which they happily let us and we stayed in our upgraded suite. Amazing pool.. amazing hot tub. If we are ever back in Chile we will come here again. 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. Great hotel!

Great views from the hot tub!

Everything was nice. Clean rooms and helpful staff.
The spa is one of the reasons i stay at this property- although the steam was was not operational. I stayed there again a week afyer and it still was not functional.

Our assigned room 210 had a problem with the spa pipes and made it unbearably hot. In addition the window was sealed so it could not be opened. This should have been fixed before assigning this room to any guest. In general it somehow represents a certain malaise in maintenance throughout the hotel. It seems a bit tired and needs upkeep. However, the location is wonderful and service is very good.

Very nice place, amazing view, people very helpful. We loved the room, the fact that it had two bathrooms was cool, And the bath was looking through the window. Because of covid the mini bar didn’t had supplies, just one little bottle of water, and the breakfast was a menu breakfast with not many options. That one was the bad thing of our stay.

This modern hotel shares its location with a Casino which upon arrival can be quite daunting but although connected, the hotel is to the rear of the building and causes no disturbance.
The room was large and spacious with an amazing view of the estuary.
Our bed was large and comfy but room design probably not to our taste being lots of exposed concrete.
There are two restaurants on site, one catering for breakfast and everyday type food such as pizza etc whilst the other seemed more up market international food.
Breakfast was excellent, and dinner menus good but no sadly no English translation.
Wine by the glass menu was equally confusing.
The car park easily handles the number of guests.
Three feature hot tubs on the outside deck, of varying temperatures very popular for those guests using the indoors dip pools.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We are Spanish speaking and really enjoyed the stay but more English translations of menus and info would have been helpful.
Chiloe is a beautiful island- hire a car and explore. It is within a short distance of the colourful houses on stilts, Palafitos. Everywhere on the island are wooden churches. The penguins in Punihuil were amazing, just a two hours drive away. Here you take a boat from the beach for the equivalent price of £7 each.
Overall a good standard of hotel, well located at a reasonable price.

Aptly named “Enjoy” Resort

The Enjoy Chiloe Hotel is a property adjacent to a casino, but nestled on a hillside with sweeping bay and town views, the hotel does not suffer a casino vibe.
Common areas and guest rooms sport floor to ceiling windows that take full advantage of this view. The room is compact, but creatively designed to capitalize on space, and with those window views...even from your soaking tub, it’s quite comfortable.
A car or cab is necessary to get to the action of the city of Castro, but you are walking distance to the Gamboa barrio with great dining options.
The facility offered an extensive free breakfast, a nice spa, and three outdoor hot tubs to enjoy. Team that with a friendly and helpful staff, and it made for a nice base while exploring the island.

Luxury in Chiloe

Very positively surprised. Chiloe is a somewhat secluded place but this hotel has great food, stylish for what you expect to see and find in this area.

Room was quite spacious and with a great view of the bay.
Breakfast was simple but good and that view is fantastic.

First night we got recommended a restaurant
(not at the hotel or casino) that was walking distance and very good.
Even though it is co-located with the casino it did not impact in any way and the 2 venues are separate.

Spa was good to relax after a day of hiking and exploration, but some of the equipment at the SPA was not working very well, the outdoor tubs were a bit cold for us, so there is room for improvement but at the same time you have to consider where you are.

If you like to pamper yourself and you are travelling to Chiloe, I would recommend this place.

Nice hotel in Chiloé

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly in all areas of the hotel. The room we stayed in had the unfinished concrete look with wood finishes on parts of the wall. It took us a little time to get used to but it was cozy. One complete side of the room was made up of windows that gave a great view of the river (which was mostly mud at the time). We used the hot tubs in the spa which worked great and the water was nice and warm. There was also an indoor pool which looked well maintained but we didn’t use it. The breakfast area was nice and clean, offering eggs, bacon, various cereals, nuts, breads, meats, and cheeses in addition to coffee, tea, and various juices. Overall, not a bad place to spend time while in Chiloé.

What an amazing place! Just outside Castro, the hotel offers room with beautiful view to the water and the city. The reflection of the moon from the bedroom is a fond memory. The hotel also have good spa and sauna facilities.The restaurant prepares succulent dishes. As you can read we loved this hotel; the highlight of our trip! Thanks to the staff for all the help and comfort.

Great views

The hotel is behind the casino, so just enter casino off of 5 highway. The room had a large window that gave us a great view of the water. Included jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. (you need a head cap.) It also included free access to casino. (The tributes are just a kind of karaoke.) Overall, great experience.

A great hotel slightly out of town.

The hotel was first rate and our clean rooms had a wonderful view of the bay. Excellent showers, decent breakfasts and a useful pool and gym - also ample parking. However, the location is a short way out of town, so unless using the casino's good restaurant, a 30 minute walk or 10 minute car drive is needed to reach the nearest eateries in Castro. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Great modern hotel in a sleepy fishing town.

We had room 214 for two nights(fri/sat). It's the furthest room from the casino, though we didn't request it. All amenities in the room were great and functioning properly. We had a rental car and the parking lot was safe. The included breakfast buffet was on par with the other great ones on our Chilean travels. The hot tubs located outside provided a good recharge before dinner on sat night. Would definitely stay there again if ever back.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Pros: Superior room with view of the water was amazing. The room is well-equipped with amenities and set up in a convenient way. Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail by housekeepers.
Hotel has spa services and restaurant on-site with very good food at reasonable prices. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many options and good food.
Lots of parking spaces available.

Cons: The walls are not sound-proof and we could hear our neighbors clearly.
Restaurant and cafe were short staffed and waits were sometimes long (in december, just before high season).
Spa staff seemed somewhat disorganized (changed pricing variously, forgot drink order, didn't open on schedule in morning).

overall: Highly recommended, especially if you have a car to get around Castro. The view of the water, with backdrop of city center, from our top-floor room was mesmerizing--if you are looking to relax, this is the place to go.

The staff could not have been nicer. Great breakfast buffet but spoiled by children running wild. I had the feeling that the staff was not allowed to say anything to them. If that is true, they certainly should be allowed to require the parents to control there children. The worst children I have ever seen, playing with toys and putting puzzles together in the main traffic pattern, pushing bar stools up to get into the food that they could not reach. Kids running and shouting in the hall after midnight and allowing no peace and quiet in spa or hot tub areas. The room was excellent and so was the restaurant in the attached casino where we managed to avoid spoiled children.

Wow what a find

We were tired it was wet and we just wanted to sleep. We rolled into enjoy chiloe and wow. It's a modern hotel with views over the water. The bed was huge, pleanty of pillows, clean and a spectacular view. It is a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price. It cost a few dollars more but you will not be disappointed it was the best hotel we stayed at in South America. We were unhappy to leave because we knew the next hotel was not going to be as good. It's a modern hotel made of wood, cement and glass but it all works so well.

Great view of the bay

We chose Hotel Enjoy because of the advertised price and all in all I am glad we did. The accommodations were very comfortable and we had a great view of some of the palafitos and the church near the Plaza de Armas. Unfortunately there is not a lot super close to the hotel, so if you are looking for some place that you have options for dining and entertainment outside of the hotel, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Les couloirs d'accès aux chambres sont peints en gris anthracite, trés sombre et le sol peinture noire laquée, donnent l'aspect d'un parking.
chambre confortable avec des rideaux noires petite fenêtre pour la notre ( chambre standard) au niveau zéro. restaurant avec vue sur le canal, au plein mer. Piscine agréable. Cause de pluie , nous n'avons pas profité des Jaccuzzi . Avec le soleil, cela doit être encore plus agréable. Salons trés séduisants.

Nos quedamos una noche junto a nuestro hijo de un año… disfruto de las piscinas, jacuzzi y tinajas. Desayuno muy variado. La calefacción o aire acondicionado sonaba extraño y pasamos frío. Mejoraría la limpieza más profunda, pudimos encontrar algunas telarañas en rincones. Las tinajas deben ser reservadas y las personas no respetan el horario y el personal tampoco se preocupa de que las personas se retiren cuando ya es la hora. Además, personas se metian sin reservar. El segundo día quedamos sin tinaja a pesar de haber reservado y no había nadie en recepción.

Muy mala experiencia en Enjoy castro.
Primero llegué a una habitación extremadamente oscura ( ni con todas las lámparas encendidas subía la luz )
Pedí cambio de habitación( pagando la diferencia que no era menor )
Al lllegar a la segunda habitación, me doy cuenta que el frigobar no funciona, el teléfono para llamar a la recepción tampoco. En la pieza hacía mucho calor, cuando intento abrir la ventana, me doy cuenta que está bloqueada.
Yo fui con mi mamá de 71 años para que descansara.
Habían puesto una máquina de aire acondicionado, que sonaba muchísimo y era imposible dormir con ella encendida por el ruido.
A la mañana siguiente el termómetro de la habitación, marcaba 29.6.
Pedí retirarme una noche antes y no me autorizaron la devolución de mi dinero ( por haber hecho la transacción por acá ) lo único q me daban era un nuevo cambio de pieza ( mi mamá haciendo maletas una vez más. Y acarreando cosas por los pasillos )
Una muy mala experiencia, cero descanso.

La atención es buena. Me acomodaron en otra habitación, porque la que había reservado no estaba en buen estado. Pasillo frío, no funcionaba equipo de calefacción central, sólo aire acondicionado, el frío se colaba por la puerta.
La nueva habitación tenía la temperatura ideal y muy buena vista. Pero se puede observar que no hay una buena mantención, ducha con sellos rotos y de diferentes tipos, con hongos y un sector cerca de la ventana con gotera.
Las habitaciones no están aisladas y se escuchan los ruidos de los vecinos.

Pésima experiencia, impresentable todo lo que nos ocurrió para pagar más de 300 US por 1 habitación de 18 m2 en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Muy por debajo de las expectativas. La pieza muy chica para el alto valor. tv mala. me cambiaron a una pieza igual de pequeña y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. De 3 tinajas solo 1 funcionaba, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para que se desocupara. El desayuno pésimo, no había ninguna bollería o pastelería a la altura, solo galletas de champaña ordinarias y duras, por lo que no comi nada ya que no como nada salado al desayuno. Los baños del hotel sucios y con papel toilette en wc. Las paredes de los pasillos con baldes por las goteras.

Bien, pero esperaba algo mejor

Tenía mayores expectativas con este hotel por los buenos comentarios que leí, pero me decepcionó los detalles, como que el WC tiene una puerta ligera de vidrio con ninguna privacidad, y hay un mueble que no es ni cama ni sofá justo frente al ventanal que interrumpe el tránsito y la vista, nunca supe cual era la función de ese mueble. Hay dos equipos enormes de calefacción dentro de la habitación, que ocupan mucho espacio. No había batas ni pantuflas en la habitación a la llegada, que tuve que ir a pedir al spa, sólo una botella pequeña de agua para dos personas en la habitación que nunca repusieron.
Lo positivo fue la gran vista, lo lindo del entorno, la vista desde el restaurante, las agradables tinajas calientes en el exterior. Personal muy atento en rececpión, Spa y en sevicios, aunque faltaba personal en el restaurante, desayuno Ok.

Veníamos de un viaje muy largo, con dos menores de edad, sin almorzar, a las 16 hrs aún no nos tenían lista la habitación tuvimos que esperar mucho rato. Jamás nos llevaron la atención que dice en la descripción de la reserva insumos para el frigo bar que está en la habitación !
Hice mi reserva en abril, éramos dos adultos y dos niños , cuando llegamos al hotel solo tenían contabilizados a un adulto y dos niños por lo que me quisieron cobrar otra cama aparte (a lo que no acepte, ya que fue error de ellos) , En general nos pareció una administración muy mala .
Mi amigo había reservado por el fin de semana (es minusválido) , cuando llego al hotel , le habían arrendado su reserva a otra persona , no le dieron solución y se tuvo que ir a otro hotel. Recepcionista muy mal preparados.

Buena experiencia en el Hotel… lo único que podría señalar que puede mejorar es en el SPA, tenían los jacuzzi funcionando solo como si fueran piscinas ya que los chorros que diferencian a estos no estaban en condiciones y parece llevan bastante tiempo sin una buena mantención que corrija ello.

Pesima experiencia con el hotel

La estadía fué pesima desde un principio y trataré de ser lo más objetivo posible :
1. De partida no se puede ingresar a la habitación hasta las 16:00 lo que es absurdo; en ningún hotel en el mundo se ingresa máximo a las 15:00 hrs. Me toco ver varios clientes que reclamaron agriamente debido a esto.
2. El aseo de la habitación fué poco prolijo y constantemente tuve que reclamar porque no hacían incompleta faltando toallas e incluso vasos que solo ponían dos y los cuales encima eran de carton.
3. La aislación de las piezas era pésima y se escuchaban todos los ruidos, en especial a gente que se bañaba el las piscinas de madera exteriores.
4. Las personas que controlaban el acceso al comedor pedían repetitivamente el certificado de covid, aunque uno lo presentara una vez, ellas insistían cada vez que uno ingresaba , los que es absurdo, ya que siendo uno huesped del hotel , con mostrarlo la primera vez bastaría.
5. Había gran cantidad de personal , pero gente muy joven y con cero experiencia.

Hago todos estos comentarios con afan constructivo pero la verdad es que no volveré nunca más a este hotel; soy persona mayor que he viajado mucho en mi vida , pero para el costo del hotel y el nivel que se muestra en las redes , en general es pésimo. Aun más el último día preferí cambiarme a otro hotel y me tocó ver varios clientes quejándose por la hora de recepcion que es absurda.

Decepcionante. En una noche calurosa la habitación no bajaba de 27 grados y dijeron que no tenían servicio de mantencion. Como solución ofrecieron un ventilador que nunca llegó. Al día siguiente le informe al gerente y mostró absoluta indiferencia. La mejor decisión fue el cambio de hotel.

Como establecimiento me pareció bien.
El servicio muy lento, mucho personal nuevo que no tenía idea de nada.
La comida se debe mejorar, muy básica solo opciones con azucar y carbohidratos. El restaurante, ninguna maravilla la comida.
El Spa super bien.

una pena!!!!

Tuvimos q esperar en el lobby más de 1 hora para q nos entreguen la habitación. El agua caliente de la ducha era tibia...lo mismo que en el Spa, dónde las duchas no tenían shampoo, jabón ni nada...Tampoco habían las clásicas jarras con agua de los Spa Enjoy.
En el bar a la hora de la cena..no había espumante ni nada parecido.
Destaco el esfuerzo del personal por suplir tantas carencias, todos muy amables...y con vergüenza por no poder entregar un buen servicio. Queda en claro que el hotel esta funcionando bastante mal...una pena.

El peor hotel , servicio y experiencia

Pésima experiencia , este es un hotel supuestamente de 4,5 estrellas 🌟 y no da ni para 1, esto no es el estándar de enjoy.

-Hotel en mantencion (están arreglando los pasillos, ruidos y molestias permanente).
-Personal sin experiencia (4 personas en recepción, que no logran solucionar ni atender bien.
-Falta personal en el desayuno (solo 1 persona sirve cada cosa y hay que pedir uno a uno lo que necesites, más de 1 hora y media en la fila. La palta está ácida (mal sabor).
-pedimos hablar con la gerente Claudia y sub gerente Roberto por los diferentes problemas que hemos tenido (Roberto está de vacaciones y Claudia Barrales no contesta, le pedimos que nos llamara y aún no ocurre.

-no contestan los teléfonos cuando uno llama de la habitación.

Este hotel es una estafa.
Reclamamos a Hotels, ellos no pudieron comunicarse con el hotel y quedaron de dar una respuesta que aún no llega.

Pésimo Hotel y valor excesivo

Pesima experiencia, la habitación asignada (215) esta comunicada con otra y en la separación de la habitación no estaba cerrada ya que el pestillo para cerrar la habitación no funcionaba, 3 veces indique la situación indicando que revisarían y nadie iba en mi estadía de 2 noches, además la lampara del velador tenia el enchufe doblado y por ende no encendía la luz y el aire acondicionado estaba con un ruido super fuerte, en las 3 veces que acudí a informar grabe la situación de la habitación, para que fueran y aún así no resolvieron el problema, producto de la espera perdí la hora al SPA que tenia reservado en el mismo hotel y no pude volver a agendar.
super mala la experiencia sin explicaciones y el valor cancelado bastante alto por sobre los 70000 sin incluir el IVA.

Mala, pedi un vaso de carton (de los que dejan en la pieza) para llevarme un cafe y me dijeron que no podia.
Pedi ayuda con el arriendo de un auto, y me dijeron que no sabian.
Se me quedo un cargador de celular y al dia siguiente fui y no estaba, (llamé todo el dia anterior y nadie contesto al telefono que sale publicado)

Enjoy debería bajar a 1 estrella.

Totalmente molesto con la experiencia.
Habitación muy pequeña, era un Depto. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el baño estaba sucio, (literalmente asqueroso).
Para llegar al Depto. Había que transitar por un pasillo oscuro y con la alfombra suelta y despegada del piso en toda su extensión, imposible transitar con maletas con ruedas.
Las ventanas hacía el exterior muy pequeñas.
Solicite cambio de habitación y no fue posible.
La tarifa que me dieron cuando reservé fue distinta a lo que me cobraron.
Pésima decoración y extremadamente oscuro, la luminosidad interior del recinto y habitación pésima.
El citofono no funcionaba.
En resumen nunca más Enjoy, algo similar lo viví en Enjoy Antofagasta.
Ustedes debieran confirmar el tipo de servicio antes de ofrecer un hotel, a veces la comodidad, seguridad y bienestar es más que un menor precio.
La atención del personal, nada que decir... excelente.

La calidad de la atención, salvo contadas excepciones, es lo que más nos sorprendió de nuestra estadía... Esperábamos que un hotel de este rango de precio tuviera personal más calificado o una cultura orientada al cliente. Pero no. Pedidos a la habitación olvidados, respuestas algo groseras, lentitud exaspera te. Se nota que no hay buen trato hacia los empleados.

Además, el estado de las instalaciones, deplorable. Alfombras ajadas, rincones sucios, se nota poca preocupación en general. No volveremos por ningún motivo.

Hotel deteriorándose, ampolletas quemadas, alfombras eztropeadas y sucias. No han mantenido este hotel y se nota por todas partes. Una lástima, pues tiene una espectacular ubicación y hermosa arquitectura.
Le va a pasar lo mismo que al Gran Hotel de Pucón

Horrible experiencia.

El hotel no tenía agua caliente, solicitamos todos los días arreglar ese problema y nunca funcionó, está en muy mal estado, el piso horrible, la calefacción no funciona, la Tv tampoco. El desayuno se demoraba mucho en llegar a la mesa. El personal al parecer no tenía experiencia.
Lo peor de todo cuando me fui pedí mi factura y no me la quisieron dar, horas después me llega una bolera por el total. El
Peor hotel donde me he hospedado.

Muy mala la comida en el Restaurante. Muchísimo ruido desde la habitación contigua y los espacios comunes no se ven en buen estado, sobre todo las alfombras en los pasillos. se ve en muy mal estado. No fue mala mi estadía pero muy por debajo de lo esperado para un Hotel de esta categoría.

La pieza que reservamos no tenía calefacción ni agua caliente. El hotel lo tenía clarísimo y aún así venden noches... Carísimo para el pésimo servicio hotelero que ofrece Enjoy en Castro.

Agradecido del personal que nos ayudó en todo momento, especialmente Wilson.

Muy buen hotel, pero muchos problemas de mantenimiento.
La ventana de la habitación no cerraba, la piscina temperada estaba fría, entro otros.

Comme beaucoup d'autres hôtels chiliens de catégorie supérieure, les tarifs sont excessifs par rapport à la qualité des services.
La seule chose positive : une vue magnifique sur la baie.
La plupart du personnel ne parle pas ou mal l'anglais.Pourquoi l'hôtel ne finance pas des cours pour ses employés ? cela faciliterait la communication et donc l'accueil.
Je voudrais juste mentionner 2 personnes, Norma et Fernando, qui m'ont aidé sans hésiter et malgré l'heure tardive, lorsque je suis rentrée un soir à l'hôtel avec une entorse à la cheville.
