YOU MIGHT ROBBED HERE!
Unfortunately, my current stay, a several-day family stay at the Warsaw hotel, from November 25 to 29, 2024, turned into a real nightmare. Someone from the hotel staff - the person cleaning the rooms (room no. 103) plundered my secured luggage and stole a large amount of cash from me. After reporting this to the hotel managers, the hotel didn't really care about it and did nothing to properly explain the matter. Personally, I warn against staying at this hotel. Nobody would want their privacy violated or their personal belongings rummaged through. Fortunately, in the increasingly dangerous Warsaw, there are other good hotels, with much more responsible and professional staff, concerned about the well-being of hotel guests.

Our recent stay at this so-called “5-star” hotel was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this place was not what we expected. Despite the luxurious branding, the experience was closer to a noisy budget hotel than a premium hotel.
The most disturbing issue was the incessant, uncomfortable atmosphere that took over the hotel at night. The lobby, hallways, and even elevators seemed to become a gathering place for a very questionable crowd, with numerous encounters and transactions happening openly. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, doing little to control the activity or ensure a family-friendly environment. The constant noise and disruptive behavior continued through the night, making sleep nearly impossible.
The only bright spot was the food. Breakfast was excellent, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious with a solid wine selection. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the experience that lived up to the five-star promise.
The room itself was another letdown. While spacious, it was poorly maintained, with dust in corners, a stale smell, and subpar amenities that definitely didn’t live up to five-star standards.
Overall, this was an uncomfortable, frustrating experience in a supposed luxury hotel that fell embarrassingly short. We would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay.

The hotel was great - very spacious and modern. Our room was huge! Could use another pillow on the bed though because they’re super soft so they become super thin. The hotel bar is also not that much of a vibe and cocktails are just ok. The spa was amazing though and open into the late evening.

Love Hotel Warszawa... the design is amazing, the property is beautiful and the showers are the best anywhere in Warsaw. Just be careful as some rooms have this very wierd layout, they might have huge windows to the inside of the building and the elevator, which made me feel a bit trapped as curtains had to be shut.

It was great overall, but they need to hire more staff for the downstairs lounge. There were multiple times where there was no staff at the lounge/bar and no service for 20-30 mins in the evening

Very nice property in the center of Warsaw. The building was transformed into one of the nicest hotels while still preserving an authentic look and feel especially in the ground floor where the restaurant is located. I got a room upgrade and they put me in the room at 9 am due to my early arrival. Staff is great, room had a very nice view. Very comfortable stay!

Such a beautiful property. However there’s a few strange things.. the first is that staff come into the room a lot, sometimes inappropriately. I was in the bathroom and someone came into my room and didn’t explain themselves. I guess I didn’t hear them knock because I was in the bathroom… it wasn’t a cleaner. As a female traveling solo, it was scary to have a strange man walk in and not immediately leave. When I said I am there, what are you doing, he said sorry, can I get you anything? I said what, no I’m in the bathroom get out! And he did. Also, they want to clean all the time. Like. There is a door hanger for asking to have the room serviced. They don’t care if it’s not there, they will clean anyways.
The other issue is that the longest side of the building faces a nightclub that is ridiculously loud because they play the music outside. Past 11pm, I had to sleep and the music was still going. I had to ask to be moved to a different room on another side of the building.

This place is so lovely ! There’s two really good restaurants here, a great bar , pool and spa, and it’s in a great area. Would love to stay here again. The lobby has a florist and hair salon. You really feel like you are taken care of! The staff is super friendly and helpful and each evening you get chocolates and restocks on water. Love this place !

Exceptional hotel
Absolutely wonderful stay. Hotel is modern, exceptionally clean and relaxing. Our twin room was huge, with extensive balcony and free standing bath/rainforest shower, high quality bedding/pillows and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. 24hr pool was a bonus, and again very clean and relaxing. 5 star luxury and fantastic location with restaurants opposite (we opted for breakfast outside the hotel). Would definitely stay again, superb.
