Charming hidden gem around Chautla. One of the best Mision Hotel that I've stayed. The property is beautifully kept. The staff is always there whenever you need something. We felt very cared.
Food is delicious at the restaurant.
The access from the hotel to the castillo is very convenient.
A big applause to the staff doing the leyendas tour, it was excellent!!
Definitely a place I would stay again without doubt.

Beautiful historical place

Beautiful place. Good service. Towels should be changed, they looks like rags and you should offer more towels for the hands, not just one tiny washcloth. Beds were comfy. Tv has no english channels or ability to seitch the audiu. In such touristic place you should have something for turists to do at night time. Beautiful, well kept grounds. Rooms smell musty and pipes smell too. But over all I would stay there again. If you can bring your own coffee- do it. The only coffee you can get in the office in the morning and in the restaurant- both literally horrible.

One of the best places for a quick escape from city traffic and stress. Staff are friendly and courteous, ready to help anytime! Breakfast is good, but better if you upgrade to the buffet ;)

If you plan to visit the adjacent park, be advised they respond to different management and business rules and sometimes there are frictions among them and the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault at all.

Based on my experience on my different hotels I have ever been, this place is not only unique...the staff is amazing, the service in all areas keep us super happy until the last minute. Ms. Xóchitl the Manager, take care of us making sure we were happy enough.

The front desk service was very polite and kind, and they put always an special attention to us.

The food!!!!! Simply amazing!!!

Terrible… run from this hotel..

Such a wasted potential… the place is beautiful BUT It was a terrible stay to be honest, room was disgusting, bugs everywhere… the furniture was very bad taken care of. Bed was very hard.. room was super hot and there was no air conditioning. The restaurant took forever to get our food. Pool water was literally white disgusting

Excellent for chilling out, bad for breakfast

The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly and the hitel in general is well-cared. Nevertheless, the breakfast is not good, the price doesn't match with quality: only few dishes in buffet service, too much carbs and so expesive (15 USD pp), anyhow, there's no other option in this place for breakfast

This was a very nice surprise the hotel was very nice and clean, fully renovated maintaining the history and the park next the hotel was great for the kids, they fished, use the boats, enjoy the zip line and ran around the park. I totally recommend this, my only complain is that they should include the cost of the park and the and the activities in the hotel, you have to pay that with cash, its not expensive around 100usd in cash, they a accept only pesos.

Beautiful historic property in a magical setting. However, they seem understaffed and we were unable to get pool towels, didn't have enough bathroom towels for the number of our party, and never brought us ones they kept saying were om their way. At the restaurant for breakfast they didn't tell us that they had an omelet and quesadilla station outside after I asked if they had any non-meat options at the buffet and made me order a la carte. Not huge things but for a luxury hotel, they need to improve on their service.

Good experience.

Very nice hotel and stay. The weather was quite cold and we got sick but it wasn't the hotel fault. But if you go in winter consider that they don't have heating and the buildings are not well prepared for cold weather. We'll be back, though.

GREAT find!

We just needed an overnight place between Puebla and Mexico City... what a great discovery this Hacienda was for us! We were supposed to leave early but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the gorgeous gardens and the breakfast buffet! We will go back, looking forward to it!

Lovely place, still a new hotel that can improve.

Nice hotel overall, but it is lacking things like coffee and mini bar in the rooms, as well as air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and they looked beautiful, but the bed posts were blocking our view of the tv, so we couldn't watch it at all. We stayed there on a Wednesday, so there were no outdoor activities an there is no gym or anything else to do. It's a great place to rest, especially for couples or working teams.

En general muy muy bien. Excelente atención. Muy rica la comida, servicio inmejorable, el personal super atento.

En nuestra habitación (124) se escucha la maquinaria del aire acondicionado, y el AC de nuestro cuarto cuando estaba en stand by, zumbaba fuertemente.

Salvo este pequeño inconveniente del AC, todo lo demás muy bien. Muy recomendable y SÍ, sí me voy a volver a hospedar aquí.

El acceso al Castillo de Chautla no es cuidado y estuvimos esperando a que abrirán por casi 40’ a pesar que les habíamos avisado…porque? El vigilante se fue a comer.
La alberca y SPA no son funcionales todavía.
Lástima, porque el resto del personal se esfuerza en ofrecer una buena experiencia

La habitación muy bien, el restaurante también, en general muy bien, es un hotel nuevo y le faltan amenidades, pero el hotel es espectacular, la comida bien (nada fuera de lo normal) y los jardines y de más, esta espectacular. La hacienda a cargo del hotel mision era bellisima. Ahorita con wyndham pero, le falta muchísimo trabajo, ojala recuperen los jardines y las fuentes. Ls urge unos buenos jardineros, ni las plantas de adentro del hotel estan bien cuidados.

Es un muy bonito hotel, esta en construcción algunas áreas pero para desconectarte de la ciudad esta super bien y no es caro.

Lo que más me gusto fue el sabor de la comida del restaurante. Es comida fresca hecha al momento y no percibí nada de comida congelada o empaquetada.

Con razón va mucha gente al buffet de fin de semana aunque no se hospede.

No me hicieron válido el pago a través de hoteles.com/expedia y no pudimos quedarnos en el hotel hechando esto a perder todos nuestros planes. El gerente dijo que ellos no pueden cobrar de expedia/hoteles.com y que yo lo tenía que solucionar. ¿Entonces no tienen convenio con expedia? ¿No se promocionan a través de esa plataforma?
Además nadie en hoteles.com/expedia ha podido ayudarme con el reembolso, es imposible comunicarse con ellos, los supuestos agentes apenas hablan español y cuelgan a propósito, etc. Terrible experiencia sin apoyo de ninguna de las partes.

Áreas de oportunidad:
-La alberca no hay servicio ni bebidas ni una sola persona al pendiente y estaba llenísimo.
-La comida a la carta es súper lenta y el servicio es deficiente no te toman la orden en el lugar y el whatsapp tardan en responder.
-En recepción no te informan de las actividades, me enteré de casualidad por otros huéspedes.
- cambiar el horario de la búsqueda del tesoro, ya que I es a las 12 y solo se hospedan 1 día no se puede tomar la actividad.

Ningún hotel es perfecto, la diferencia es la disposición del equipo a cargo de resolver alguna situación que se presente. En Chautal el equipo es muy bueno.
Algunos detalles como caja fuerte no funcionando fueron resueltos con buena actitud y efectividad.

Tienen un buen servicio de leyendas y recorridos pero cuando llegue las habitación no estaba lista (no había toallas, ni botellas de agua) tuve que pedir agua caliente porque la ducha estaba fría , no hay secadora de cabello (hay que pedirla a recepción ). Nadie te explica horarios para acceder al parque Chautla. Todo lo demás está aceptable

El hotel es hermoso, la gente súper amable, la comida es muy sabrosa, solo que si deben mejorar su tiempo de atención para los alimentos, son tardadisimos, tuvimos que esperar 1:30 para recibir uno de los desayunos de un grupo de 10 personas. También subir un poco la temperatura del agua de la alberca y tener la opciones de snacks en el bar.

Hermoso lugar y mucho que mejorar en el hotel

Esperaba más por ser un hotel de la cadena Misión, el lugar es hermoso, pero la limpieza en la alberca puede mejorar mucho, la temperatura de la alberca no es adecuada, ya que estaba muy fría, a pesar de ser techada y mencionar que es templada.

El personal de mantenimiento no quería subir la temperatura porque el letrero decia 28° y la verdad no estaba a esa temperatura o subirla un poco más y habiamos muchos huéspedes el jueves 28 de marzo que comentamos lo mismo.

Tienen un maravilloso espacio dentro de la misma área de la alberca para servir bebidas y snacks y no lo utilizan, tuvimos que ir a buscar a alguien para que nos atendiera.

Y los colchones de la habitación, la verdad nada cómodos, las toallas de baño muy desgastadas

Esta super bonito el hotel y con mucha historia sus instalaciones. Muy amplios jardines y muy bien cuidado.
Las habitaciones muy cuidadas tambíen. Lo unico es q le faltarían ventiladores. No hay reléfonos, más con los celulares personales eso queda cubierto. En la madrugada refresca y no se siente calor, pero en el día y parte de la noche hace falta ventilador o aire acondicionado. Por todo lo demás, todo está muy bien, además, está a unos pasos del Castillo de Chautla q junto con su entorno es hermoso !!

Un hotel Grand donde te cobran el estacionamiento... no te entregan el cuarto a las 3.. ni lo intentes solo vas a hacer corages. los cuartos tienen un ventanal que da la calle de entrada, y este no cierra asi que tus cosas y tu al dormir estas a \"la buena de Dios\" .. hable 4 veces para reservar y nunca pudieron .. termine reservando en linea. no habia agua caliente grand mision .. sin agua caliente.. el cuarto no tiene telefono para avisar a recepción.. de verdad solo el joven que baja las maletas da un buen servicio.. todos los demas como si fueran nuevos

Por principio de cuentas no me dieron las habitaciones que reservé y su respuesta fue un simple “lo sentimos es lo que hay”. Nos dieron dos camas individuales en ves de recámaras con camas queen size. Éramos puros matrimonios y eso fue bastante incómodo. Todas y cada una de las noches tuvieron eventos de grupos y empresas con banda a todo volumen y karaoke incluso fiestas a todo volumen. Literalmente a lado de las recámaras hasta las 4 de la mañana. Por más que nos quejábamos en recepción nomás nos decían que una disculpa y no hacían nada al respecto. IMPOSIBLE dormir. Las camas tenían pelos, el lavamanos de una recámara tenía roto el grifo y toda la recámaras se inundaba de agua. Por más que se les dijo nunca lo arreglaron en los 5 días que nos hospedamos. Nunca nos daban toallas ni jabón. Teníamos que literalmente hostigar a la recepción para conseguir unas toallas en la recámara. El restaurante traía mal todas las órdenes y se les olvidaba todo lo que ordenábamos teníamos que conformarnos con lo que nos trajeran y la mayoría de las cosas en el menú no tenían en existencia. La verdad una pésima operación y atención al cliente. El lugar es hermoso pero le hecha a perder tan mal servicio. No regresaríamos jamás.

El personal es muy amable, el hotel está muy bien cuidado y limpio, el restaurante sirve comida rica y la vista es muy bonita.
En la alberca, desafortunadamente unos huéspedes habían dejado basura y fruta mordida alrededor, no es culpa del hotel ya que tienen botes de basura, pero se te quitan las ganas de usarla.
Todo lo demás fue un excelente, el hotel tiene acceso directo a la zona de Chautla y es muy cómodo, definitivamente lo recomiendo.

La hacienda es un lugar acogedor, pero nos tocó por ser puente dos eventos en el lugar y al darnos habitación cerca de la alberca pues sonada el ruido de niños y la gente y también a cada rato se equivocaban de habitación y nos tocaban la puerta. Posteriormente en la noche se metieron a festejar a la zona de alberca y nos despertaron a las 3 am por el ruido de los festejados; salimos a reclamar y lo arreglaron en recepción; sin embargo pedí que si nos podían cambiar de habitación y no se pudo porque tenían todas las habitaciones ocupadas. Sin embargo al día siguiente se les olvidó limpiar la habitacion y bueno al comentarlo en recepción, la verdad nos la limpiaron casi de inmediato. En conclusión no me volvería a hospedar por esa experiencia y más por la habitación que nos ofrecieron, en lo demás en atención y resolución de problemas estuvo bien.

Necesitan mejorar la atención!! Bajó en calidad

La hacienda es maravillosa y sus jardines y espacios para caminar la convierten en un lugar especial para disfrutar en familia. La encontramos un poco descuidada en cuanto al servicio porque lo único que les importaba era la cena del 15 de septiembre y a los huéspedes que no querían participar inmediatamente pasaban a no interesarles. No rellenaron los botes de jabón y acondicionador del baño de la recámara. No había opciones para cenar, solo la cena de gala y la hacienda se encuentra lejos de cualquier lugar. La atención del mostrador no fue agradable, fue fría.

Lo bueno y lo malo bastante claro

Lo Malo :
1) No recomiendo desayunar en el hotel.
Pagué por el desayuno junto con la reserva, pero en el momento del desayuno buffet me cobró $ 200 pesos extra, explicándonos que el desayuno incluído era solo desayuno americano. Al final, lo que pagué junto con la reserva más la extra, encuentro caro para esa calidad del desayuno.
2) No Recomiendo Suite Junior
La habitacipon Suite Junior está ubicado aladísimo de la recepción y la entrada de los personales de cocina. Se escuchó las conversaciones de la recepción y además movimiento y conversaciones de personales de cocina hasta medianoche.

Lo Bueno :
1) Es Lindo
El hotel bastante lindo y tranquilo en general. Tiene acceso directo a la hacienda de chautla, lo que hace muy agradable visitar por un fin de semana.
2) Ubicación
el hotel está ubicado en medio del camino de CDMX a Puebla. Para los que visitan por un fin de semana a Puebla, podrán regresar tranquilamente el dia de check out a CDMX
