What is an Onward Ticket?

An Onward Ticket is a real flight reservation that shows you’re leaving a country. It’s useful for visa applications and when airlines or immigration ask for proof of onward travel.

Why should I use a flight reservation?

It lets you travel without buying a return ticket upfront. It’s accepted by most immigration officers and gives you peace of mind while traveling.

How does the service work?

Choose your travel date and destination, pay a small fee, and get a valid flight booking sent to your email—usually in minutes.

Can I use this for a visa application?

Yes! Many travelers use these tickets for visa applications that require proof of onward travel. They’re accepted by most embassies and consulates.

How long is the reservation valid?

Most reservations are valid for 48 to 72 hours, depending on the airline.

Can I extend my reservation?

No, we can’t extend reservations. You can place a new order if needed.

Can I choose a specific airline?

You can request a preferred airline, but we can’t guarantee it.

Can I buy the same ticket later?

Yes, you can use the booking details to purchase the ticket later—if it’s still available with the airline.

What do I get after booking?

You’ll get a PDF with your reservation code (PNR) and flight details, usually right after payment.

Do I get an eTicket number?

Yes, but it’s valid for visas but not for check-in or flying.

Can I see a sample ticket before buying?

Yes! You can visit our sample ticket page to preview the document before you order.

How do I check my PNR code?

Your PNR (booking code) is on the PDF. You can verify it directly on the airline’s website.

Can I choose the exact flight?

You can request a flight, but we’ll select one based on what’s available at the time of booking.

Do I need to cancel the flight?

No. The reservation expires automatically and doesn't need to be canceled.

Am I paying for the full flight?

No, you're only paying a small fee for the reservation—not the full cost of the flight.

Can I use the ticket to actually fly?

No, it’s just a reservation for documentation. You can’t use it to board a plane.

When should I place my order?

We suggest placing your order a few hours before your visa appointment or check-in deadline.

I didn’t get my ticket. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there after 20 minutes, contact our support team with your order number.

Can I fix a mistake in my booking?

If you made a mistake (like the wrong name or date), contact us right away. We’ll try to correct it or help you make a new booking.

I paid, but didn’t get a confirmation

If you got a payment receipt but no booking email within 20 minutes, contact us. Email delivery can sometimes be delayed.

I ordered twice by mistake. Can I get a refund?

Yes! Send us both order numbers. If the second one hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll refund the duplicate.

I don’t need the ticket anymore. Can I cancel?

We can’t cancel completed orders, but don’t worry — unused reservations will expire automatically.
