How do I know if my hotel booking is confirmed?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. You can also view it anytime under “My Bookings” on our site.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

It depends on the hotel's policy. Some bookings are refundable or flexible, others are not. Check the cancellation terms on your confirmation or during checkout before booking.

Do I need to show ID at check-in?

Yes, most hotels will ask for a government-issued photo ID and your booking confirmation when you check in.

Can I pay for hotels with crypto?

Yes! Crypto Traveler lets you pay for hotel stays using Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies. You’ll see the option during checkout.

What if I arrive late at the hotel?

No problem — but let the hotel know in advance if you’ll arrive after the usual check-in time. Some hotels may cancel no-shows unless notified.

Are taxes and fees included in the price?

Usually, yes — but in some regions local taxes or resort fees are collected directly by the hotel at check-in. We’ll let you know during booking if that applies.

Can I book a hotel for someone else?

Yes, just make sure to enter the guest’s full name when booking. Some hotels may require the guest to show the payment method used, so check in advance if unsure.

The hotel can’t find my booking. What should I do?

Double-check your confirmation email for the hotel name and booking reference. If it’s correct, ask the front desk to search by guest name or email. Still no luck? Contact our support and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Can I check in early or check out late?

It depends on the hotel. Some offer it for free, others charge a fee. We recommend contacting the hotel directly before arrival to request early check-in or late check-out.

Do I need to pay anything at the hotel?

Most bookings are prepaid, but some hotels may charge a local tax, resort fee, or ask for a refundable security deposit at check-in. This will be mentioned in your booking details if it applies.

Can I request a specific room type or bed?

You can request things like a double bed, high floor, or quiet room by contacting the hotel directly after booking. Special requests are subject to availability but most hotels try to accommodate them.

What happens if I don’t show up?

If your booking is non-refundable or prepaid, you won’t get a refund. If it’s a flexible booking, the hotel may waive the fee if notified early. Always check the cancellation policy before booking.

Can I bring a pet?

Some hotels allow pets, others don’t. Check the hotel’s pet policy before booking or contact them directly to confirm. Extra fees may apply.

I booked the wrong dates. Can I change them?

It depends on the hotel’s policy. Contact us as soon as possible — if your booking is flexible, we’ll help you change the dates. If it’s non-refundable, changes may not be allowed.
