To update your date of birth, please visit our Contact Us page and send us your correct date of birth in the format: Day, Month, Year (e.g., 15 Sept 1982).
We’ll update it on our system. In some cases, the airline may require you to contact them directly—we’ll let you know if that’s needed.
An eTicket is your digital flight ticket. Once your booking is confirmed, Crypto Traveler will email it to you with all flight and passenger details.
Please check your eTicket carefully to make sure everything is correct. This helps avoid issues at the airport.
If there’s a name error on your booking, contact us right away by phone or email.
If the airline allows name corrections, we’ll ask you for a copy of the passenger’s passport or ID showing the correct name. Some airlines may charge a correction fee, which we’ll pass on to you.
Please note: Most airlines only allow minor changes (up to 3 characters) and name corrections are not guaranteed.
Not all airlines require passport info when booking. If the airline you choose does need it, we’ll let you know and guide you on how to provide it—usually on the airline’s website.
If passport details are needed, you’ll be informed during the booking process.
You can add bags or choose seats during booking or later via “Manage My Booking” (if check-in isn’t done yet).
Some airlines let you add them on their website or during check-in. Seats are usually assigned for free at check-in if you don’t choose them earlier.
For Delta, United, American, Alaska, and Hawaiian Airlines, bags may only be added at check-in depending on your fare.
It depends on your airline and ticket type. Some fares include free checked bags; others don’t.
You can check your baggage allowance on your eTicket or the airline’s website. If needed, you can buy extra baggage before your flight.
You can see your seat and baggage info in “Manage My Booking” or on your eTicket.
You can also check it on the airline’s website using your booking reference.
To maintain privacy, we cannot share booking info with someone not named on the ticket unless we have the passenger’s consent (via phone or email).
You must book two separate one-way tickets: one as an infant, and one as a child — this follows the airline’s age rules.
Cancellations and changes depend on the fare rules in your ticket. Use "Manage My Booking" to get a quote or contact us. Airline rules apply and fees may apply.
After booking, you'll get a confirmation page and email with your airline reference numbers (PNR) and full flight itinerary. You can also check your booking in your Dashboard.
It’s at the top of your booking confirmation and eTicket. Please include it when contacting support.
The airline locator (PNR) is in the top of your eTticket and allows you to check in via the airline’s official site. All information of your bookings are also accessible in your Dashboard.
To view your reservation on the airline's website, go to the “Manage My Booking” section and enter the airline reference (you’ll find this on your eTicket).
Don’t use your Crypto Traveler booking ID—it won’t work there.

A boarding pass is your ticket to board the plane. You'll receive it after checking in—either as a printable document or a digital version on your phone.
Keep it ready at the airport, as you'll need to show it to staff before boarding.
Yes, you can. Just provide your airline booking reference and surname, and they should be able to assist you directly.
Airlines sometimes adjust their flight times—even after booking. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email with the new flight details and your options.
Please note: If the airline hasn’t informed us yet, we may not have the update on our side. You can always check directly with the airline using your reference number.
No worries—your booking might still be processing. We aim to issue eTickets within 24 hours after payment.
If there’s any delay, we’ll email you. So be sure to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for updates.
Refund Protect is a service that lets you add Cancellation Protection to your booking.
If you need to cancel your flight due to unforeseen events (like illness or emergencies), you may be eligible for a refund through this service.
Fare rules are the terms and conditions set by the airline for your ticket. They vary depending on the fare type you choose when booking.
For example, cheaper fares often come with more restrictions—such as being non-refundable or not allowing changes.
You’ll see these rules during the booking process and on your eTicket once the booking is confirmed.
Please note: These rules are set by the airline, not Crypto Traveler, and we’re unable to change them. We recommend reviewing the fare rules carefully before booking.
