We had a villa for 5 people (3 adults and2 children). Villa did not have a bed for one adult and smallest villa was given (6011). I had to sleep 3 nights on a reclining chair. We saw a cockroach and our two children were afraid. Entertainment is zero, no activities, although it was bayram/festival in Turkey. Kids playhouse was very limited, 2 people tried to do what they could, there was no written entertainmet program for kids. Pools were OK. Food was good but servicing people did not understand Turkish or English and not enough in number. Hard to explain and ask something for them, they did not understand Turkish or English although they are hardworking. Shopping store workers not professional. Buildings are made good once upon a time but overall it was like 3 star hotel. Will I come back again ? No. I hope this information help you to improve Orange country at Kemer. It gave me an expression that it is going downwards.

First of all, one of the employees of the mill restaurant who cleans the tables was treating me badly because when he saw that my table had a little bit of corn and olives on it, he came to me and said, “What is this? What is this?” As if he was making me feel that I should clean the table and not him. I have never seen a restaurant in my entire life where the waiter or the table cleaner holds customers accountable if they dirty a little bit of the table. It was Thursday afternoon and I did not know the name of the employee because he was the only one who did not put his name on his shirt. The second thing that I did not like was the food in the restaurants. There were not many options and many of the dishes did not taste good. The third annoying thing was that at the first party, which starts at 10 o’clock, the bar next to it sells drinks and tables for money. I was the one who booked the hotel. Everything was supposed to be free, and this is not good. I advise the hotel management to focus on the first point, which is the bad treatment of the employees. They make me feel as if I am staying in a hotel at their own expense.

Best hotel for young travelers looking for parties and fun. Not for those travelers looking for quiet and relaxed vacation. Lots of DJ music, foam parties, great evening shows. Food is great too, beach is amazing and the area overall is very tourist friendly. Lots of shopping in the hotel and in the nearby Kemer city area. Overall, great experience, highly recommend!

Terrible resort. FIRST time leaving a resort a day early! The place is full of drunk Iranians scouting women (our group called them hunters). If you're a woman, be prepared to get objectified in front of your spouse (or partner).

The food was absolutely aweful (does not reflect Turkish cusine at all)

The night life disco on the beach dock was enjoyable.

I would highly suggest looking at other options if you want an enjoyable vacation!

It's basically a party place. there are plenty of lovely ladies and eager guys, and the atmosphere is pretty constant party if you want. The pools are cool and the beach is fine. The hotel reception is ok and the spa is adequate. The service sucks. This cannot be over emphasized. The rooms are also very hot with an A/C system that is temperamental (doesn't always work)... oh yes... and the pillows will give you a neck pain (at least 2 or our 4 people got it). So... decide what you need ;-)

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was really nice. But a couple of dislikes; when there is an event, they do it in the main stage of the hotel and since the hotel's outdoor sitting area isn't really big, you have to join to that event passively. You cannot hold a conversation with a friend in the Hotel's outdoors. It's insanely loud and it lasts until midnight. We had to wait the entire night, from 21:00 to midnight so we could have a couple of drinks and a conversation with a friend.

After midnight, there is only one bar you can use for free, beach bar. Beach bar is located in the very end of the hotel so you have to walk there. Even if you do, they don't have that many options, only a couple of alcoholic and soft drinks. So the Ultra Inclusive concept is a bit of delusion. If you sleep right after midnight, it's not a big of a deal but for many of us, this is extremely annoying.

Orange county hotel was lower than I expected. Everything is self service. No service at the poolside. Pool bar is giving stale snacks. hygiene zero. The waiters are not smiling in the main restaurant. drinks self service. at least I'd like the waiters to bring the drinks. staff courteous but unhappy. The pool area was inadequate. They're trapped in a small space. alacart restaurant None. pastry shop is going to alacart in the evening. The bakery is not hygienic. The cake came out in the hair I bought. the animation didn't work as we expected. have expected more fun. You didn't see any guest relations. No guessing guest relations. Because the table is always empty. there is only guest table. The rooms are beautiful. The room was clean. the room was large. Elevator is inadequate. they have old type elevators. The stairs are low ceiling and we can break our heads. Protection for ceiling No. The hotel is Iranian and Chechnya people. all bearded men. there are people who are rude and don't speak. rope I'm not satisfied. I told the people around me that the hotel sucks. I will never go to orange county again. it was a bad experience.

The hotel was exclusively devoted to iranian people without any diversity. A very crowded hotel with high volume musics and voices resulted no relaxation and refreshmwnt we anticipated. The field of outside yard was also small related to the population. The positive point was food only.

My holiday in The Orange County Resort was lovely, the place was very clean and tidy the hotel staff were always pleasant and helpful,the room was comfy and bright. Food was lovely and well presented and the drinks were all nice. My only upset was that there was no kettle/tea/coffee in the room as I like a nice cuppa to start the morning while overlooking the sea on my balcony. On a night at the end of the pier is a disco and then after that you move onto the nightclub under the stage all very nice and good music.The area itself was nice, little shopping malls outside the hotel but it was more geared up towards the Russian /German /American market as most prices displayed in dollars or euros not turkish lira but I still found lots to buy (happy girl) nice little adventure and would hope to visit again next time I'm in the area. Thank you Orange County Resort for your hospitality, you and your staff made me feel very welcome.

A super place

An amazing and unusual hotel. It really is a mini Amsterdam in Turkey! The service was fantastic and the staff work unbelievably hard. It is a lively place but if you do want a break from it you can easily walk up the beach to a quieter area.
If you want to go to sleep before 12am then ask for an inland/mountain view room as the sea/pool rooms face the entertainment area.
I don’t really like entertainment that hotels put on but this place does it really well with some surprisingly good quality acts.
I really liked the food and as a vegan it is usually hard to find something to eat but not here - plate easily piled high!

These are my only concerns
- staff at the bar would only do what they think it is correct to them and won’t listen and sometimes argue
- liquor quality is the worst at the all inclusive. You can by a decent liquor brands from a shop inside the hotel but it is expensive
- we stayed for 4 nights and the sheets were not replaced
- turkish hamam and massage services are below average and they never do the promised times

Excellent stay - perfect - amazing place for family with children or / couples.
Chech-in and check-out was super quick and smooth, guest relation are so helpful and friendly, most of staff speak speak english not like other hotels in Turkey.
All inclusive: BF, lunch & dinner: big variety of food, everything was tasty, clean and fresh, plenty of spaces and fast service.
Drinks and beverage are available all day long on pool and hotel from 7am to 12am.
Staff are professional, friendly, active and extremely helpful.
Entertainments all day long.
Hotel location: at the centre of Kemer, close to many shopping area's just 10 minutes walk.

Housekeeping was not that good, room was not being cleaned on daily basis neither changing of towels.

Hotel prices / service are reasonable and worth the money.

Why?
1)The lobby area is very poor for 5 star hotel
2)Room wasn’t clean properly – dirty windowsills
3)Waitress would never bring you a drink if you ask them , basically self service
4)No one speaks English (99% Russians)
5) Nightlife after 12 pm in hotel is dead as everyone going to nightclubs around area. We found local hotel nightclub just couple days after by mistake as no one even told as that there is one ,no signs ,no one mentioned.. people think that is does not exists.. so when we went inside it was just couple people inside..
6) Day time no fruits..Like watermelon ,mostly in evening time..
7)Animation team could be better (they only asked us once if we like to do some activities..in my opinion they need to be a bit more active and interact with people more often)
Good things:
1)Nice food
2)Good shows in evening time
3)Good party at pier from 10pm to 12pm (only)

In general it was OK hotel, but i wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend friends. If you dont understand Russian , DO NOT go there :)

I have reserved this hotel with a free bottle of sparkling wine that they did not offer it for me even after talking with guest relation every day and they try telling me excuses!!! they promised me each time that they will deliver it to my room on the second day but they did not!!! they gave me a room with one double bed and sofa bed!! my reservation was 1 double bed and 2 single beds!!

We stayed there from 3rd to 10th august 2017. Overall it was good, cleaning everyday. Have been many times in turkish such all inclusive hotels but in this one i saw too much extra paid services. Most of which can be somehow understanded. The one i cant understand is that everywhere a loja is put for extra payment. In front pf scene, on the pier during disco at night, around the pool and etc. meals are generally same everyday but colorful enough, entertaining team could be better. For that value they should be definitely better. Last year and previous years it was the best hotel for its value. But this year it got much more expensive which I think doesnt worth for that money. Because entertainment is same as in other hotels same programs with other hotels which are cheaper. Not suitable for families with children but for couples or alone travellers looking for adventures. Only that character allows it to be selected by younger tourists

Stay away in the summer season!

Those who are traveling to this hotel in the busy summer season, beware - its staff and facilities become so overwhelmed that it rapidly becomes a 2-star hotel. Upon arrival you will be greeted by 200 people camped in the lobby waiting to check in. You will also almost never be able to secure a room type you want or get a drink without enduring a decent wait.
Travelers used to getting western levels of service for the (not inexpensive) price this hotel charges, stay away during the busy season. On the other hand, other guests who hail primarily from the former soviet bloc countries had no problem with the service.

To look at , the hotel is amazing. Like nothing you've seen before. The rude staff spoilt that. From the minute we arrived the girls on the reception were horrible. So much so that if I had enough money I was ready to walk out and find another hotel. But I didn't.. They didn't make me feel welcome at all. Snatching papers from my hands going through my handbag. When we got to the room that was lovely, but the aircon didn't work. So it wasn't pleasant during the night. The maids were okay but only seemed to change the towels, never made the beds like in previous 5star hotels ive stayed in in turkey. None of the staff seemed to like English, we were the only ones there so communication was really poor. My experience was okay, but if I'm honest ive stayed in better 5star hotels and even 4stars that were better than this.

absolutely bad experience , never ever going back to this hotel ever again, service is worse than one star hotel and every night for saving electricity bill they switching off the AC, I did make complain to night manager! Manager said AC is not working ... You don't like it go to another hotel...he refund my money and i did cheack out at 3am and went to hotel next door 100 times better, i do not recommend this hotel to any body.

Some good. A lot of so-so. Some horrible things

I will start with the very negative.

We went to their A la carte restaurant.
Food was okayish but my girlfriend noticed that we have been overcharged. The employee refused to make any change and went as far as to call my girfriend names. I had to intervene and we were fairly close to punch each others up.

Never ever seen anything of the like anywhere in the world.
Management apologized and offered us cashback or free lunch.
We declined both. In a civilized nation, this guy would have been fired and even arrested. Such situation can quickly escalate. Some people get stabbed for much less than that.
Our 15 years old girl as my girlfirend were sexually harrassed by turkish males in this resort.
Then again, I have never seen this. Security seems to be asleep or believe this is a normal behavior.
All inclusive means including young girls in their minds ?

I kindly suggest yoy avoid stting at the lobby unless you want to experience bed bugs bites.

On the positive side Murathan went above and beyond to make our stay good.
Alcoholic drinks were okay and there was plenty of food at the buffet (average quality tho').
Would I return ? Yes if they paid me 50 000 euros.

çıkış yaparken geç çıkış yok. çıkınca sarı bir bileklik takıyorlar ve otel imkanlarından yararlanılabileceği söylüyorlar buna rağmen Öğlen yemeği için bira aldığımda yanıma garson gelip çıkış yapanların alkol alamayacağı söylenerek doldurulmuş birayı masamdan aldılar böyle terbiyesizlik görmedim ben, otel idaresinin bu şekilde bir kuralı varmış!
Otel idaresinin uyguladığı bu kural hakkında çalışanlara birşey demiyorum fakat idarenin bu tutumunu anlamak mümkün değil. Sonuç olarak garson ve barmenlerin müşteriyle tutumları çok can sıkıcı, müşteri hizmetlerinden sınıfta kalır.

Partyhotel ist gut erreichbar, Lage sehr gut. Alle sehr bemüht und freundlich insbesondere Frau Jareh von Gast Service. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, müsste mal saniert werden. Für mich ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Trotzdem komme ich wieder.

Det er alt i alt et dejligt hotel, med god service, varieret mad hver dag. Der er både åbent buffet 4 gange om dagen også er der også mulighed for at få kage og og friskost ved poolen. Der er 5 barer i alt som gør det nemt at få adgang til drikkevarer. Der er show hver aften og fest på hotellet. Hotellet har Amsterdam koncept hvilket gør det ekstra fedt med bjergudsigt, man får noget af Europa og Asien på samme tid

Otelde personel genel olarak çok mutsuz ve bunu size yansıtıyor. Sorumlusu da personel değil otel yönetimi belli ki. Yiyecek içecek kalitesi vasatın biraz üstünde. Kapalı çarşıda halı satmaya çalışır gibi masaj için iknaya çalışan tipler de rahatsız edici… Denizi güzel, animasyon ve eğlenceler başarılı…
