We were extremely disappointed with our selection of hotel. First, the rates we paid booking 5 weeks in advance were double what rooms cost once we got there. We were the few customers staying before closing for the season and everything was removed from the premises, from cushions, to the ability to sleep on a room not on the main street. Super loud, car racing on the main road outside our room. I expected much more curtesy for the price we paid. Overrated place for sure.

Traveled with 75 year old mother who doesn't do stairs well so this was an obvious concern traveling to Santorini. This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room. View is amazing! Large breakfast which is included. Lunch/dinner from the restaurant also very good. The hotel is away from the center of fira which was great. Very quiet. Free shuttle to Fira for shopping and restaurants. Five minute walk to pharmacy and bank ATM. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were in Santorini on the week of the 12 of august and had the private Pool Room 504 and it was amazing, very private no trafic going by our room since it was the last one down the stairs,( No elevator in this hotel so be aware of this if you have dificulty whit stairs but it is very manageable it is not to steep) , the food was excellent the included breakfast was a Buffet and had a lot of choices including fresh squeeze orange juice evey morning, the lunch and Diner menu were also good ,whit lots of choices, we had lunch and diner a couple of time during our 6 day stay, and the food was always excellent, the view of the caldera is amazing,the staff were very eager to help whit everyting we would need including finding things to do in Santorini and helping for the booking for a transport, we whent to the beach and they arrange the reservation of a lounge chair and unbrela at the Black Beach ,and the private transport that we paid was arranged by them as well, the hotel as a MiniVan that can bring us to and from Fira at no cost, which we used twice, and it was excelent service. There is also a market across the road for anything you may need, We also Whent for Diner to Oia and asked them to rebook the private transport we had when we went to the beach, and it was all handled by them, so if you are looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy Fira or Oia with excellent service, I would recommend the Lilium hotel

Property was based just 7 minutes from Fira square where the heart of the island is. Parking is great and available for free. Clean and safe hotel. We had a private hot tub which could be cleaned and looked after better. Food for vegetarians is poor, however, pretty common amongst the island - including breakfast. Happy stay otherwise, very luxurious stay otherwise.

What can I even say about this hotel? The most amazing 5 nights here made all the more perfect by the staff, so much so I had to find out their names to thank them individually. Demitra and Katerina who were so friendly and helpful at reception. Anna who always made sure our room was spotless every day. Vegolis who was the most attentive waiter on our first evening having dinner at the hotel. But special thank you to Eliza who was there every morning for breakfast and lunch, always walked around with a big smile on her face and is just the most pleasant person to be around.
You won’t regret booking this hotel, very clean, great food and drink options, breakfast buffet, lots of information at reception with everything you need to know about the island, but most importantly the views are absolutely incredible, especially for sunset.

I can't say enough about the Lilium! I would definitely stay there again. It is right on the Caldera and the pictures on the website are spot on! Breathtaking views with privacy. Our room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. We had a sea view balcony and the balcony had a place to lay down and a table and chair. The resort isn't large, so it doesn't feel crowded. The breakfast buffet is incredible! The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and had plenty of options for lunch and dinner. Prices were in line with restaurants in the area. The lunch menu ended at 6, so we would have an earlier dinner if we wanted a burger or anything off the pool snacks menu. The resort offers a shuttle to Fira which is a 5 minute drive. The shuttle stop is right by a grocery store. We picked up water and drinks for our mini fridge. There is a mini market across the street, but prices are higher. After walking around Fira and Oia, I was really glad we stayed a little away from the hustle and bustle. Again, our view was private! Just the water and the volcano. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat the views and the entire stay was amazing. Would gladly recommend Lillium for a relaxing stay. It’s close enough to Fira for the action but far enough for some peace and quiet as well.

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights. Although we didn’t love the breakfast, the service and evening food at the restaurant was excellent. Mr V was a pleasure to get to know and made sure we were always taken care of. The spot is nice and quiet and the views are amazing. With amazing views and very comfortable rooms, this hotel is a very good choice. They offer a free shuttle to the centre of Fira, where the main bus station is in order to go and visit the island. The hotel can also arrange day trips with pick up from the hotel. Breakfast offers a wide range of hot and cold food and the restaurant has very nice dishes too. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing experience I would strongly recommend.

The staff is amazing! From the check-in to check out everybody was very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the restaurant staff: Elisa, Nicole Maria, and several others I unfortunately forgot the names. They were so attentive and friendly! Maria, the cook heard was my birthday she made this amazing dessert with candles and everybody sang happy birthday in Greek. I was so touched. The room was beautiful and with an amazing view. The only thing we did not like was the fact that to go to our room we had to go thru another room's patio which had a jacuzzi so not very private for them. Other than that, everything was great!

Amazing Hotel, Staff and Views
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Lillium Hotel and could not have been happier with all aspects of our stay. The room and hotel was clean and well appointed and tended by a tremendous staff from the front desk to the restaurant servers to the maintenance staff who were all friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and they all went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel sits on the upper rim of the caldera and the views (and sunsets) were amazing from the room and all over the hotel. Breakfasts overlooking the cladera and the Aegean were excellent with a variety of choices including greek specialties. The location just outside of Fira was perfect and the staff had many suggestions for things to do and see on Santorini which just added to the enjoyment of our stay. The perfect place to stay if you're visiting Santorini!

We were traveling with my 84 yr old mom so we decided to stay at the hotel for 2 weeks and I was initially concerned we may get bored but I was pleasantly surprised.
