great hotel close to city center and port of Ancona. we had a junior suite and it was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff at the hotel were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It did not have a pool or beach but we had a car and drove to a beach and rented chairs and umbrellas. Great to be so close to many restaurants and shops.

This hotel can be difficult to find but once there it is an oasis. Valet parking is so easy. Staff are amazing. Their restaurant on the 4 th floor is a must do. Easy walking into the town. We had a window over the port and we watched the ferries and cruise ships come in. A great stay

Comfortable stay

The room was large with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was a little dated but had great water pressure and temperature. Our room faced the rear car parking and rubbish bin area, which at times late evening and early morning, was quite noisy. The breakfast was really nice with a great view out to the port. We walked from the train station no problems. It’s about a 7 min walk to the historical centre of Ancona.

Very limited opportunity to eat anything that is quick and good. Limited options. Upscale restaurant not bad but pricy and not for every day. TV and especially interactive Tv never works. Sometimes names of previous guest shows. Or none. During stay nothing gets “remembered” from settings. Depending on room you might be able to get Netflix. Others only Youtube. No chance of mirroring iphone devices. Only Android devices.
Showers in “superior” rooms barely fit a toddler. Breakfast not bad but every day the same. Staff overall very friendly. But even after staying in property for over 30 days nobody knows you. With some exceptions. Even though staff always the same.

Lovely hotel with great staff

Amazing hotel with really friendly staff, handy location for walking into town.
Parking is a bit chaotic however the hotel staff provide a great service and look after you car for you.
Room was very spacious and clean with a view over the working port.
Restaurant on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.

Super elegant hotel, extremely friendly staff made us feel right at home and gave us a free upgrade to the best room with a wrap around balcony overlooking the harbor. Car was safely stowed away in their locked up garage. Breakfast buffet was spectacular. Fantastic hotel!

I know this property since 2013-2014 and it’s very nice. I was happy to return. We had only 2 issues, one of the hotel guest on the other room had the dog and it was little hard to sleep. The staff changed our room to another one because the noise, but the second night we had another issue with a lady guest who was walking the whole night with heels. This is not hotel issues, they always tried to help resolve the problem.

Perfectly located for ferry

Beautiful clean comfortable hotel. The room had a view of the port and we saw the sunset over the sea from our window. We could also see the castle.

It was a beautifully staged hotel, room was clean and had everything expected. Disappointed with our 'sea view' nit as expected. Disappointed that they were unable to fit us iin or just provide a bowl of pasta, went to bed hungry. Too far to walk to eat outside, it was up a steep hill and i had fallen that day on the steps. Will do more research next time.

the rooms - and bathrooms - were wonderful! Large, clean, etc.

What we did not like - the AC would not work - in both rooms and we heard others complaining as well.

If we left the door/window open, it was so LOUD - we happened to be in an area where employees smoked and the smoke would also come into the room.
It was a VERY uncomfortable night for us in both rooms.

POsitive -the BREAKFAST was the best we had seen on our trip!

Beautiful Hotel

SeePort Hotel is an outstanding hotel. Excellent service, staff are all so friendly and helpful, and the views are absolutely amazing. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet and after a few weeks of cappuccino and cornetto for breakfast, the fruit and yogurt was a welcome delight as was the sushi options for dinner. All attractions are within walking distance, just parked the car and hit the pavement. If ever I return to Ancona, I would not hesitate to book here again.

Yacht suite doesn’t disappoint

Hotel was situated up a side street. Sat nav takes you to the wrong place. Take the dead end road off the round about.

Parking is right outside or they have valet. Quite convenient.

I stayed in the yacht suite. With a private spa. Excellent room.

Breakfast is average at best. But staff are 10/10

View is of the actual port. Good to watch the boats.

If you get the chance then stay in the yacht suite

Will become our hotel of choice in Ancona

My son runs at races at the nearby Palaindoor, so this hotel was a great find for us. Well located across from Ancona's port, this hotel has on-site parking and a convenient location for exploring the city. We loved the proximity to the sports complex, the comfort of the rooms and the excellent breakfast. With current COVID rules, on-site dining at the restaurant is another plus. Friendly and efficient service, comfort, great location and excellent food means we'll be making this our base for our future visits to Ancona.

We heard some odd noises in our room but didnt stop us sleeping soundly.

Nice hotel in general

Nice hotel with some improvement areas. The cleaning of the rooms can be improved,for instance our used glasses were not exchanged and we had spider net behind a door for several days. Staff was nice but sometimes not engaged, perhaps a language barrier? Some of the staff was great though.
Otherwise I would say that it is a good hotel with a really nice roof top restaurant, good breakfast and support with parking. I would recommend it if you are going to Ancona.

To be honest I normally stay in reasonably priced hotels. I try to keep the budget in the 100€ range or lower. This hotel was below this and the place was a very nice find. I rarely see a hotel this nice for those prices. From the very start till I left everything looked nice and worked. From the internet to the bathroom soaps. The breakfast was great also. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel.
I was there for the ferry but also went into town to look around. The location is nice for this also. There is a short route into town.

Seeport Hotel has beautiful location overlooking Adriatic Sea serene Blue water and Cruise terminal anchoring Huge passenger vessels especially of MSC lines.
Hotel is located on hillock that makes look much better.
From Train station , taxi wl charge Euro 10-15 depending on time.Though distance is less than 2 kms.
Check in was quick. Room size adequate. Bathroom is very good sized. We have room overlooking sea thro squarish window. Room has minibar.
Hotel has elevator and on the terrace they have lovely terrace roof Restaurant n Bar.
Restaurant staffs very nice n cooperative. They allowed us to seat n drink from our own bottle enjoying the beautiful sea n breeze.
My partner have to eat his special food which they warmed up for us and served in their plates. also during Lunch time the restaurant staff allowed us to eat our own food at their coffee shop. I immensely appreciate their support n cooperation.
Such good experience was marred by reception staff . As we had early morning biz meeting, in our haste we didnt inform the Reception that our Bags are packed n u can bring it down if we are late for check out.
We reached hotel at about 145pm and immediately we checked out and Reception demanded late check out fee of about Euro 30 which was reduced to Euro 15 after much arguments.

Struggled to find the hotel, possibly a sat nav issue. Staff were helpful, agreed to waiver parking fee as new policy is to charge whereas when we booked parking was free. Car was moved to a safe place and back in front of the hotel when we left.

Best hotel for convenience in Ancona

We just stayed one night before getting a ferry from the port. The staff at the hotel are very helpful, polite and friendly. In fact excellent. The hotel extremely comfortable and quite impressive. We had a drink in the rooftop bar and ate in the very good restaurant. Breakfast was more than adequate with a varied choice. The location of this hotel is absolutely great I would stay again without hesitation and look forward to it.

Nice Botique Hotel near Port

Great staff, very friendly and helpful as we toured the city before leaving by train and the helped with baggage an let us freshen up before a late afternoon departure. Rooms were very nice. We had two, however the one with the king bed had a shower so small you had to get out to retrieve the soap if you dropped it.
