Spacious room. Quiet. Nice view of pool/garden area. For a smaller town it’s a nice hotel. The gym was spacious for a smaller hotel. Breakfast was good for the size of the hotel. They are a little slow with service on the patio but overall it was a nice two night stay.

I travel internationally ,and whenever I am in Eldoret, I like to stay at the Boma. It’s moderately priced but the staff is top notch. They are friendly and helpful. The restaurant features great breakfast and dinner buffets and there’s usually a grill-out one evening during the week. The wait staff is excellent and accommodating.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff is a 9. Common facilities have had much effort and expense put into them and are an 8. The rooms themselves are a 7 and underwhelming compared to the common areas. An overall higher quality hotel for the area but can be pricey. Food was very good overall and a decent value. Hot breakfast buffet at 1500 kes a good value if hungry. Good gym included with steam, sauna, and hot tub. Good security and in room safes

Issues: Internet connection was unstable and wifi coverage was weak in certain areas of hotel. The beds could be more comfortable. There are some minor finish and maintenance issues in the rooms. Be aware clothes cleaning service is extremely high priced.

The staff was excellent.
Couldn't be better.

Comfortable bed and room.
Food was good in the restaurant.

Only complaint i would make was the inconsistencies in water pressure. But i found this is the case throughout Kenya, and may not be the hotel's to control.

This is a perfectly good hotel. Unfortunately, I was scammed out of something over £50. I had booked for the wrong date, while rushing. So I called the hotel and was told it was fine to come on the actual intended date. However, the suite I had booked was not available, so I was offered and accepted a Deluxe room. I said I assumed we would sort out out the more than £50 room rate difference. However, when I checked out in the morning there was a very Kenyan story about the Duty Manager not being available. So what is the point of a Duty Manager? After 30-40 minutes I had to leave for work. The hotel kept the £50 and I got a lame email of 'apology' with no offer to credit me what I had overpaid.

The property is centrally located for my travels. The room is spacious and the hotel is quiet. The staff is very kind, helpful, and professional as they serve the patrons. The meals are exceptionally prepared and the presentations keep you wondering how they will present the next meal. Finally, the price points the this type hotel/Inn are very reasonable. I came to stay for two nights almost a week ago...very pleased.
