We had an excellent stay at the Argonauta in the Agora Suite. The unit was stylish, elegant and cozy, with an amazing balcony facing east, directly over the Main Street. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable stay! The hotel breakfast was excellent as was the service. We recommend the Argonauta!

This hotel is absolutely immaculate! The décor is gorgeous—truly stunning—and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and very thoughtfully appointed. One detail we especially loved was all the pegs around the room. Such a simple idea, but so practical for hanging bags, towels, or anything else you have.
Breakfast was a real highlight and honestly the best we’ve had in Greece so far. The local Parian sausage was delicious, and the homemade marmalades were outstanding—one day apricot, the next strawberry, both unforgettable. Add to that fresh cheeses, fruits, yogurt, and so much more, and you’ve got a perfect start to the day. A big thank you as well to the two servers at breakfast—a gentleman and a lady—who were both fantastic, always welcoming us with a smile and suggesting what to try.

it was a beautiful accomodation and extremely clean. it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very hospitable, we couldnt ask for more in the breakfast options. The location is absolutely perfect, with the bus stop and ferry around the corner despite being in the heart of parikia. I wish the shower's had a door or cover to avoid the bathroom from becoming wet.

The staff especially the Irish lady (sorry never got your name) was amazing and a credit to the hotel. The breakfast and staff was also amazing. We are staying at 6 different islands and this was one of the more expensive hotels. Due to location was noisy but that’s because in the main square, towels on both days were stained although replaces when asked but was more grey looking then white. Not a bottle of water in the room which I thought for a late arrival was not great.

Beautiful hotel with renovated facilities and super helpful staff. The location is great, right in the main town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast is incredible and the value for the price is excellent. Just note it’s in a pedestrian area, so you’ll need to leave your car in a free lot nearby and walk; not ideal if you have heavy luggage and parking can be tricky.

If you come to Parikia, capital of Paros, this si the place to stay. An18 room boutique hotel, family owned, beautifully renovated in a quiet street. Everything you need is at short walk distance: beach, fancy promenade with restaurants by the sea, bus station, ferry port, shops, main square of town. A very nice greek pastry coffee shop in front of the hotel with a lively terrace in the evening.

What fantastic hotel in Paros right in town. All the beautiful churches which are walking distance. The best time I had for Good Friday and Easter orthodox weekend. It was an honor to be there. The Argonaut hotel is fantastic. Thank you Tasso for making my vacation a dream come true. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the best is having your cappuccino in the balcony and hearing the birds chirping. I recommend this hotel 100 percent and I cant wait to return next year !

The hotel is very close to the Port of Parikia and the bus terminal. There is a passage by the Restaurant Albatross, if you go through there, you will get to the hotel very quickly. The hotel has no elevator but I am not sure if many properties there have elevators given the structures in Paros. The hotel’s breakfast is more like a brunch - it was the best breakfast for me. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It can get noisy at nights but it is because the people are out there enjoying life, the noise stops at around 10 pm. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Hotel Argonauta was quite pleasant. The location is great! You’re in walking distance to the port, bus stop, and restaurants/cafes. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves breakfast, which we wish we took advantage of. The concierge was very helpful, allowing us to settle in a few minutes early and directing us to rent a car. There is no elevator, as it is a boutique hotel, so he even helped my husband carry the bags upstairs. If you are bringing larger suitcases, it is a little tight. But we made due. The room was very clean, fresh towels & sheets were left each day. Would recommend to others staying in Parikia.

This was a good hotel for the cost. It it centrally located in Paros and a very quick walk from the port.
The fridge didn’t work in the room. Breakfast was nice, however because it doesn’t start until 8am meant we missed out on the morning we checked out.

This hotel was the best we ever stayed at, it far exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, breakfast, service and communication were all fantastic. Transportation options were conveniently located directly down the street, including both the ferry port and bus stop. It was truly a treat to stay here, and we would highly recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family coming to visit in Paros.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel for our honeymoon, as the pictures looked lovely and all the reviews were glowing. However, we were left feeling very underwhelmed by our experience and I wouldn't class it as a 'luxury boutique' hotel which is advertised.
We booked a City View King Suite and when we got the hotel, we found out we were not staying in the actual hotel but at another property which is owned by the hotel approx 2-3mins walk away. We didn't mind this in theory - although this was definitely not noted in the room details when we booked - but unfortunately I think this is what stopped the feel of a 'luxury boutique'. It is undeniable that the reception area is lovely, but if not staying in the hotel and you are in an apartment away from the hotel, you do not see this at all apart from when checking in and out.
The room is also a lot smaller than online with barely any room for storage - we had a tiny wardrobe for the two of us and no drawers/shelves so we were left being unable to properly unpack which left our room feeling very small and cramped.
The room layout is also not designed very well, as there is no proper mirror for getting ready in - just one above the bathroom sink (which the bathroom sink is also in the bedroom, not in the bathroom...) and is too far away to do your make up and another very small mirror in the wardrobe which is too dimly lit/poor angled to see your outfit before going out or do your make up in.

We(me, my husband and adult daughter) stayed 2 nights here and would totally recommend! Service was friendly and prompt, the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated with outdoor patio upstairs, the room was very clean and spacious and quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect…a quick walk to all the shops, restaurants, port, beach, etc. the best part was the breakfast that was included….absolutely fabulous and plentiful! I would return just for the breakfast! I give it 2 thumbs up! 👍👍

This is the perfect place to stay for a trip to Paris. It is close to the ferry port (3 minute all), tons of shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The room is small, but clean and the location can’t be beat. We used the laundry service and came back from shopping and eating to clean laundry, which is amazing on a long trip! I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel not far from the main street in town. Quite quiet at night which is nice for being so central. Would stay again if back in Paros! Parking is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so just be prepared for a walk! Breakfast is nice too, cooked to order out in the restaurant!

The room & bathroom is a little small since I was sharing with a friend but we still had a comfortable stay and there is a nice shared outdoor common space on the second floor. Great location in Paros. Breakfast , as included in the price ( and the two helpful waitresses) was a fantastic start to each day we were there . Paros is a great island to explore ( we used the local bus and hired a car ) .... very chilled compared to Mykonos and Santorini. The Argonauta is close to the shops , restaurants, the port and an amazing bakery. Enjoy

Didn’t like the very old air conditioner which you couldn’t change the swing of so it didn’t hit you in the head while you slept, so we had to turn it off , which was too hot . Hidden Gem in the City Heart
The hotel is right on one of the two large squares and has a restaurant and bar that is part of the amenities along with covered tables with shade. The breakfast was really good. The hotel also borders the shopping district and is 50 yards from the main boulevard. Great location. Tasso (sp.), the owner, is on site and was helpful for all that we needed. I see unkind reviews but I think they are colored by European expectations. The hotel has been renovated but that is in light of the fact that the rooms I saw are overall small, just enough for a bed, small desk and vanity. The building is older and the rooms are just reflections of that construction, we saw the same in New York on remodeled hotels. I peeked in the rooms on checkout and the rooms are clean and cheery and the furnishings appear new. We actually stayed in an adjacent building in a remodel walk up they call the Athena Suites that share a kitchen with a second suite. These rooms are larger and have good air conditioning and new amenities. It appears to have been recently remodeled and has many designer touches from the ceilings to the walls. The price was reasonable and our room overlooked the main shopping alley from the small balcony. It does not purport to be a five star, the staff has done a good job and seems to take pride.

Main gripe was our room had see through curtains meaning the street lights shone into our room each night affecting our sleep. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t bother complaining but i’m surprised this issue hasn’t been resolved before now.

Like staying in a nice private hostel room. Small and cramped with rock hard beds. Dated bathrooms with no blow dryer or conditioner. Floors could use some deep cleaning. The beds were at least very clean and the breakfast excellent. Public spaces were updated and very cute, but the rooms didn’t reflect that.

If your thinking about booking the nicely looking “suites” be aware they are not part of the hotel. The only reason we booked and paid the prices we did is because we were mislead to believe we were booking a hotel suite... with crazy modern amenities like a PHONE! or a TV! Yes, you read that right, neither of those are in the $300 p/night room. On top of that the appartment (which is really what this is) is a 500ft walk up a couble stone hilly alley with no one to assist you with the bags. The appartment is actually two separate bedrooms with a shared kitchen which you walk in through. The “terrace” is really a table & two chairs at the top of the stair that both residents use to go into the apprtment. The appartments are new and otherwise nicely furnished but really strangly set up (you’ll see if you book - I still have kink in my neck from looking at the bathroom mirror sideways) We did encountered other problems like ants, safe not working etc. but they were all eventually addressed. We did, however, have to walk down to the reception every time because well, there was no phone! Anyway, both the hotel and the appartment are pretty central in the old town of Paros close to the ferry port so if your looking for comfy, quiet, amenities free experiace at a premium price this is the place for you! I would personally stay at one of the many comparable apartment in the area for half the price or an actual hotel with proper amenities.

Great hotel with super cute decor. Loved the lounging area on the second floor and the amazing breakfast. It also is in the most amazing location. You walk right off the boat in the port and it is right there and in the middle of the town so very easy to bars and restaurants. My only compliant was I wish they gave you 2 keys so you could keep one in the room to keep the room cool for your return. It took a long time to cool it down when you got back.

Fantastic location in Paros, only a few minutes walk (if that) from the ferry port, with all the restaurants and shopping you could possibly want literally on your doorstep! The bus stop was under a minute walk from the Hotel also. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable and for such a central location it was very quiet and private. The inclusive Breakfast was amazing and the hosts were always on hand to help or answer any questions about the island. Excellent value stay

The hotel grounds are clean and airy. The breakfast provided is amazing, ordering from an a la carte menu, you can order anything you want from the menu and as much as you want. Freshly squeezed orange juice was my favourite!! Breakfast is from 8am-10:30am.

We stayed for only 2 nights and enjoyed our time in Paros at Argonauta. The location is very convenient and the hotel lobby and restaurant are very inviting. We had the only room on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony overlooking the port. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was roomy, but had a sewage smell that wouldn't go away (we just kept the window open).
The made to order breakfast was a really nice way to start the morning and the staff was very nice.
Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near the port. It's an easy walk to other parts of the island and is very close to the bus stop to explore further.

A very beautiful and stylish hotel situated at the heart of Parikia. The highlight of our stay has to be the breakfast! The food was delicious and service was very good!

It was steps away from the port and was very conveniently located. absolutely loved the decor of the hotel.
A couple of things I found uncomfortable was the fact that the shower curtain was too short and wet the whole bathroom after a shower. And the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Looks can be deceiving
We arrived at the Argonauta which was in a nice and central location in Paraikia. Our greeting was simply okay, not overly friendly or helpful, but just a matter of fact (fill out this form, etc.). The common area looked as shown in pictures , nice and quaint, but upon seeing the room, we were quite disappointed. It was tiny, the bed was not comfy and the bathroom (while it states updated) was out of the 80s. I am okay with simple, but beware this is quite outdated. There was no way my husband and I could stay here for even two nights, so we found another hotel quickly and let the host know we were leaving. We still had to pay for our full stay w/ no refund. Apparently, only room 16 is updated as shown in pictures. Beware, looks can be deceiving. I wouldn't recommend such accomodations to anyone lookkng for comforts beyond home.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for only one night. I made a mistake of only putting one person on the room through Expedia. They charged us an extra 25 euros for the extra person.
The room was very clean and the hotel was super cute. One problem is that there was only a sheet on the bed and there wasn't a blanket in the room. The breakfast that was amazing and you could order anything you would like off of the menu. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Central Hotel in Parikia, Paros
Not only is the Argonauta Hotel gorgeous and newly renovated, but the staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast that's included with the room is amazing, plentiful and tasty. I visited Paros with my parents, and we very much enjoyed having Argonauta as our central hub for exploring the island, and coming and going from the main port. Its location is very central. I recommend this hotel for couples and families wanting a beautiful and convenient hub in Paros. Thank you Thassos and staff for a lovely stay!

Very nice and quiet hotel in Parikia. Very well located just a few steps away from shops, restaurants, bus terminal and port. A 20minutes ride from Naoussa and its old port and fabulous beaches.

Clean port area hotel
This hotel was clean and offered a generous breakfast included in the reasonably priced room, along with other ala carte items. The breakfast area is betweek two other cafes in the main square, one which is always lively. The room i had on the top floor was clean and had a balcony with a partial sea view over the tooftops from outside and if you stood up from the inside. There are balconies facing each side of this hotel so choose what you want, in the front it may be noisier. The bathroon was tiny but great for me, although most of the floor got wet when i showered. The tv didnt work and they knew it but didnt tell me. Hair dryer on the wall helps to not go out with wet hair on those chilly nights. 24 hr reception helps you feel safe although the man on the evening shift never seemed very welcoming. All in all it's a clean bright hotel in a good spot and i might stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel with bare basic necessities. Small sparsely furnished rooms, tiny bathrooms, but pleasant overall. Although the hotel is in the center of the town it's not noisy, even on a Friday night. The hotel is walking distance from nice beaches, the ferry port, the bus station for other destinations, and historic sites like churches on the island. The tiny whitewashed streets around the hotel are crammed with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Our experience was marred with a strange price hike after purchasing our rooms on hotels.com (they said the price on hotels.com was \"wrong\") and the fact that TV's didn't work in the rooms (they blamed it on an islandwide problem). The breakfast they serve is pretty good but doesn't compare to anything you get in Turkey.
