Staff was lovely. Grounds are beautiful and very European inside and out. Rooms are basic and small but clean. Outside is nicer. Shower needs improvement. Not many places to hang towels etc. need more bathroom shelf space.

Friendly staff! Easy to get to on foot from the port. Lots of restaurants just down the path. Pool is really great to have and very clean, however, its crazy deep! Theres no shallow end whatsoever. As a 5'7\" person, tip toes are the only option in the shallowest part. Also wish there was better signage regarding the snack bar hours, prices etc. Wish the pool bar was actually functioning.

What a beautiful hotel with lovely, gracious staff. Our room was clean and pretty with a view of the gorgeous pool area and ocean. It was a safe and quick walk to the beach and downtown Paroikia. The breakfast served on the large breezy patio was delicious with many options. A Paros bus stop was a 2 minute walk which was so convenient. We would certainly stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eri. The front desk people were incredibly kind and helpful with all questions we had, even helped us rent an ATV and had it delivered to the property for us.

The rooms and property are a little outdated but it does have a nice charm to it. The pool was unusable the way we arrived which was a big disappointment because I had called prior to ask if we arrived before our room was ready if we could store our luggage and use the pool. I was told absolutely, but apparently guests the day before used spray tan in the pool and ruined it for everyone the next day. I booked this specifically because it had a pool and we were unable to use it during our stay due to prior arranged plans for our second day there.

The first day breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, the second day wasn’t great with fried eggs and my husband nor I did not love that. But it is really nice to have a breakfast included as the closest shops & port are a 15-20 minute walk.

The welcoming staff are the core of this hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great and the property is delightful. We booked our hotel based on laundry facilities and there were none on this property although it indicated that there were 'laundry facilities'. They offer to send your clothes out for you but this is very different than having facilities on property. I would suggest the hotel updates this.

Very nice property located within 20 minutes walking distance to the port and is in a quiet neighborhood! They have tie ups with scooter and rental company’s and provide recommendations in terms of moving about within the island as well . Would definitely recommend if your staying here within the island

Lovely property with really friendly, helpful, useful staff. They helped us out with the bus network and gave us tips on how to make our ideas work.
Always smiled and said hello when we walked past and asked about our day.
Room was ideal for 2 people and a lovely balcony with a small table and chair set. Fridge in the room too which was handy to keep our water/drinks cold.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We walked from the port with our heavy luggage and when we arrived we were exhausted. The front desk staff immediately got us some water as they could we needed it. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and helped with getting an atv rental for the day. They also helped us with arranging our transportation to the airport.

I stayed only one day when my ferry out of Paros was cancelled and I needed accommodation for the night. Eleni was instantly warm and welcoming, genuinely pleased to be playing a part in taking care of us, especially under the circumstances. The room was clean and simple, but the view of the pool from the balcony, and especially the sunset, was magnificent. A wonderful breakfast was included and Eleni was also able to arrange a shuttle to the port for us. I would have loved a second night in that atmosphere… what a wonderful host.

The receptionist Helena at the front desk was absolutely awesome. And so was the staff at the breakfast buffet, the pool and the cleaning lady. The property is well located and the rooms are very clean. Helena gave us great information upon arrival and when it was time for our departure, she arranged our transport to the port since the taxi was not showing up. The only negative thing that I found about this hotel was the size of the room. A bit too small.

Lovely hotel!

Lovely hotel off the beaten track. Very clean, and everything was provided. The pool is spotless, and the snack bar was a great addition. I would stay here again. The only thing to note is the check-out time. It is 11:00 a.m., not 11:30 a.m., as hotels.com has listed on its site and our paperwork. It did not matter in our case, but it might be for someone else.

Very happy with our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They offered plenty of information for sightseeing, dining options, and car hire.
Really nice pool area with plenty of space.
Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.
Nice location that is only a 10 - 15 minute walk along a quiet footpath to the beach and restaurants.

Stayed 2 nights only as we were passing through to Crete. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are very polite and friendly willing to help whenever asked. It’s a basic hotel providing excellent value for the money; don’t expect 5 star amenities. Yes, the washrooms are small and noise can carry, but you don’t come to Paros to stay in your room or washroom. I would have liked softer beds and a shallower pool, but not a show-stopper for me. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking into town (15 min) or the port (10 min) with a well lit path and if you are with car there is plenty of parking. The included breakfast is basic but decent for what it is. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros - A beautiful property with parking. Beautifully decorated. Restaurant on site. Pool and pool area was clean, towels by the pool. Out room was an apartment sized unit, with a large balcony. It had 2 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen and seating area. It also had and a washing machine with detergent provided. Towles were changed daily. There was an ironing board in the room and an iron was available at the front desk. Room was also mopped daily. This unit was fabulous!!! Breakfast was buffet, with a variety of foods. It was greek style, so fresh bread, cheeses, meat, olives, eggs, yogurt and preserves fruit. Some sweets and cereal and a variety of beverages. Food was constantly toped up. The location was great. There's a well lit, safe, paved path by the pool which takes you to street level and towards the beach (less than 10 min). Located near town (15 min) and port. Lots of shops, grocery, restaurants, clothing stores nearby. The staff was superb. Eleni at the reception desk was kind, friendly, knowledgable. The cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel property was swept and moped daily and it showed. The staff (I think his name was Aldo) in the dining area was also exceptional. Thank you staff, your hard work was noticed and appreciated. Wi-Fi- was very strong and accessible in room too.
Cons- None, except the kids comparing the remaining hotels we stayed at to this hotel! Would fully recommend to others!

Hotel picked me up from ferry and check in was friendly and efficient. Room was large with a private balcony. Great view over harbour. Breakfast was a bonus on a deck overlooking the pool and harbour. The staff were always efficient and friendly. The town was a short walk on a path away from traffic. A very pretty island without hordes of tourists. Restaurants were plentiful. Good food and prices

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, just about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the port, and the walk to the beach and restaurants there is down a safe little path.
The highlights are the lovely staff who can’t do enough, nothing is too much trouble, and the amazing swimming pool. It is a really good size, deep enough for diving, and never over-crowded. There is a friendly pool bar that serves drinks and snacks throughout they day.
Overall, there is a really friendly and laid back air to this great hotel.

Very nice location close to the sites. Breakfast was very nice with a nice area overlooking the valley.
Upon checkin Helen was not very welcoming. Not a great start to our stay. The blankets were dirty. The bathroom had weird stains on the ceiling. Beds were some of the worst we have slept in. We had to practically beg for beach towels. Which were in the end dirty. The man at the reception was so nice and helpful. For the price we could have stayed at a different location.

Hotel Eri was a 'sleeper' gem for us; we weren't sure what to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Lovely property run by a wonderful group of people! It's a little outside of downtown Parikia port area/beach, but the walking path makes getting there a breeze, and it's lit at night if you are coming back after dark. They offer shuttle services for a fee, and parking if you have a vehicle. Staff are helpful and pleasant; if we ever make it back to Paros, we'd happily stay here again

Our stay at the hotel was impeccable. The staff were beyond helpful - provided us with great excursion and dining recommendations. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is a bit secluded, but the hotel has a direct path to the main city area and is directly on the bus route - all you have to do is wave the bus to stop. The hotel room itself was up to standard. The amenities of the hotel were great including the pool, breakfast and car service to the port.

Wonderful hotel owners and staff, a very nice breakfast, lovely pool with day beds and bar, exceptionally peaceful vibe.

Although the walk to the main restaurants and beaches is 10-15 minutes I think its perfectly located. The walk is peaceful and needed after a big lunch or dinner and lounging around!

The hotel is right next to a main road but once in the hotel this is completely unoticable. Also it means that buses leave to Naoussa every 30 or so minutes from right outside the hotel (just wave the right number bus down). Also, if needed there is a large supermarket 3 minutes walk down the road which is very handy.

Number one recommendation would be to ask for a room that looks over the pool (may be more expensive). Second floor pool side rooms have a view of the sea and port and great little balconies with seating. The other side of the hotel still gets views from the second floor but not at all as good, try to avoid lower floor rooms especially those that are not pool side as they are a bit dark and gloomy with no views.

Clean hotel a 10 min walk to bars and shops. Only negative was not sound proofed so heard everyone coming in and not helped when there was a screaming child all night opposite our room that kept us up.
Good bar prices and sun beds always available.

Great staff, nice pool but poor room

The staff were amazingly helpful, especially the lady on reception. She gave us lots of tips on getting around the island, local bus routes and ferries. The pool was really nice and the lady at the pool bar was so cheerful. Unfortunately the room was so small. The beds were awful - like being in a dorm. They literally had a sheet, blanket and one pillow. I didn't sleep for the three nights we were there (so pleased we didn't stay for longer!). The air conditioning was inconsistent. The bathrooms need updating. We were given old, scratchy towels and on the second and third days our hair towel was actually a bath mat!!!!

Both Eleni and Michael were so welcoming in acknowledgement that I had stayed at the hotel before. They made it feel like I was coming home. The staff at the pool and the other staff were great too. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms have everything you need including a fridge and air conditioning, the pool is well maintained, the breakfasts are of a very high quality with lots to choose from in the way of meats, cheeses, tomatoes, olives, breads, yoghurt, fruit, etc. I thoroughly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

About 10 minutes walk through fields on a path to nearest bars/restaurants but not a hard walk at all and lit from sun down. Rooms comfortable and clean. Only one complaint and that was that the safety deposit box in the room did not work.

The hotel and rooms were clean although pretty basic. The balcony was small but had a pleasant view over the garden and lovely pool. There was a small fridge, tiny tv and small safe in the room, just managed to fit an iPad. Breakfast was excellent and staff helpful and kind. All in all good value for money.

Good breakfast. The hotel is clean and it has a nice swimming pool. Some minor updates are needed to the rooms but overall it is clean and with a great view. Don't depend on them for pick from the port or take you back to the port. make your own arrangements. It is not too far from port, can walk there in 15 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful in providing us information about Paros and responding to any of our requests during our stay there. Our room opened out onto the pool which was very convenient. The pool is lovely but is very deep - not really suitable for kids. The walk to the centre of the main town is about 10 mins and about 7 mins to the beach. We would definitely recommend Hotel Eri!

We stayed at Hotel Eri for 3 nights in mid July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Whilst the room was fairly basic, it was comfortable. The pool was awesome (although rather deep and probably not suitable for small children - not that we have children). Staff were exceptional and able to provide detailed information about how to get around using buses etc and able to book excursions or quad bikes easily. The Hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the beach and the main part of town but this is an easy walk along a lit pathway directly to/from the hotel.

We had the most wonderful few days on Paris staying at Hotel Eri. The staff are so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great and the shuttle service to/from the ferry is so helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

Great Hotel with a lovely proud Greek lady owner

The Hotel gave us a great reception and welcomed us. Very friendly towards me and my partner.Balcony overlooked countryside towards the sea. The owner gave us recommendations for local restaurants. The only issue wasa the map on this site - it has been flipped over so the hotel is on the left of the Port as you look inland - and not the right as the map shows - luckily there was a man who collected us from the Ferry

Excellent experience once again at Paros

We were last in Paros 30 years ago and we wanted to stay in a place where we could get that magnificent view , close enough to the beach and restaurants, but away from the main street which is very noisy and busy these days ; Hotel Eri provided that experience . The staff were very friendly and helpful , the room was outstanding for the view and always immaculately clean , with sheets and towels changed daily as you would expect. The 6 or 7 minute walk down the path to the beach and shops we found no problem , and we plan to return next year and stay once again at this Hotel . I would recommend it to anyone .

Great hotel for the Price

This is great hotel for the price....pool is excellent and Paros town is close....Paros is a great Island to visit....the hotel room is basic it has a warm and welcoming feeling.....Breaky is good.....you must do the sunrise boat cruise for 10 euros.....it is truly amazing....the only concern with the room is the bedding......take that out of the equation the hotel is wonderful....

The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the water front taking a well lit walking path. It has its own pool and a large sunning area. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the service is great. Breakfast can be taken indoors or on a covered porch that overlooks the sea. It is Continental style with a good variety of jams and breads. The coffee was great. The desk managers are helpful and the staff is constantly cleaning and ensuring the hotel is in top condition. Next door to the hotel is a natural foods store that guests go to to stock up on items for lunch at the beach.

Nice hotel in a wonderful location

The Hotel Eri was a bit hard to find, but once I got there, the view is spectacular. My room overlooked the swimming pool and beyond that, the town and beyond that the sea. The accommodations were wonderful - clean and spacious - each room had a separate balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast was plentiful - you got your plate and sat outside on the veranda. For the price, this is a wonderful spot.

The hotel should improve the acoustics

The hotel should improve the acoustics of the rooms and the corridors. With tile floors and betone walls the noice is disturbing. Otherwise the hotel is a pleasent one.

The Hotel is not a new building by any mean, but everything is perfectly clean, and the old aspect is really charming. I’ve read comments before and some people said the beds were bad… honestly I slept like a baby and so did my wife. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good! The pool is very nice and the spot is perfect to walk to parikia or to visit the island with a car. Would recommend to everyone.

Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten recht neu gemachtes Bad. Leider sind die Türen etwas hellhörig, aber nach einem Tag in der Sonne auch weniger ein Problem. Frühstücks Buffet ist ausreichend, sollte jeder etwas finden und sich stärken können.

This hotel was amazing because it was easy for us to park our quad and it was so safe. Leaving the key at the desk for me was great because that was one less thing to think about. The path to go to town is very well done and very easy to access. The pool is incredible, and the grounds are very well taken care of. The sunset from this hotel is breathtaking. The room is very basic but everything we needed was there. We had pool view and we loved that we were able to go out on our patio and onto the pool area so easily. The breakfast is definitely a plus and it saved us so much time and money. Loved our 4 night stay.
