Hmm. Much more bad than good. I didn't hate it, but I don't know if I'll book again. I *definitely * wouldn't suggest this place to someone who expects a clean establishment.

This property would be more correctly labeled a \"hostel\". But not even? The other guests I encountered were long-term lodgers doing work-for-stay at the farm. The shared bathroom looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in ages. The \"toiletries \" provided appear to be the owner's personal items, half used and sitting in dirty dishes/containers. The water is not filtered, smells of sulfur, and doesn't come out clear. I took a shower the first night and felt more dirty afterward. I didn't take any more showers. I had to search for a fly swatter bc my room was infested and I never saw an employee. I killed over a dozen each night. The \"coffee station\" was, again, dirty, and I wouldn't trust the water anyways.

The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Wifi worked. No noise issues. Easy to find and good access to much recreation.

If you know what you're in for, it's not terrible. It's better than sleeping on the ground.

I'm not afraid of a little grit. I have stayed in more than a few questionable places, as I prefer local charm over corporations.

The hardest part for me is the water. I hike and I get dirty. My only two \"MUSTS\" are a comfy bed and a decent shower. Not feeling safe to shower really put a damper on my trip.

We enjoyed our stay at No View Farm. The room was clean and nice. We were able to get some chicken stew and raspberry jam at the farm-both were delicious. It was a bit like staying in someone's house with friendly and helpful relatives. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Adorable eclectic artist retreat!

This is a fun, eclectic place to stay. The bathroom is shared the household, but it was clean and spacious. The room was private and the host was awesome! It's a great place away from the commercial motel chains.

The owner’s daughter who checked us in and showed us around was great.

However, there was considerable navigation to the shared washroom where we had to set up and remove a doorstop each and every time we used the loo. We are seniors and the other couple that night were even more elderly.
There were two major areas of tripping hazards between our rooms and the washroom. Let’s face it, we seniors need to go in the middle of the night and the lighting was minimal.

The word “Bakery” is part of the title of this accommodation but there is absolutely no meal/snack offered except Keirig coffee. We had expected a breakfast option. I reread the write up and couldn’t find anything that dispelled the notion of a bakery which would serve the guests.

Finally, if one wanted to crack a window the screens in our room allowed the multitude of bugs to penetrate.

It was a cool place in terms of décor.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable. No one was on the desk. The sole bathroom was at the far end of the guest bedrooms. No coffee or breakfast or even cups for water were provided. It is in a peaceful, bucolic setting, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

The young lady running the place was friendly and helpful. The driveway was treacherous for a motorcycle. It was a very strange place to stay. It looked as though random building materials were used to patch the place together. Very odd.

No View is a quirky, curious space, just the kind we love. The room was basic, but comfortable and secure. Daily fresh towels and linens. No TV, but tons of books for reading on the porch to watch the sunset.

There seemed to have been a break in communication, so we didn't get the breakfast (coffee and pastries) I expected from the Expedia site due to the host having a personal event to attend to. Another guest showed me where they had been informed, so I'm sure the host would have informed us, too, if your site had been more available.

I didn't like the restroom so far from our sleeping quarters. Many already used thin bar soaps in the shower. The rainfall shower didn't work, but the regular showerhead did. There was a septic order in the bath shared lau dry area. The toilet bowl was either stained or dirty. A new toilet is in order. Self serve coffee machine was too complicated. I wouldn't call it a bakery..just pastries under domes. It was more like a rustic, hippy gift shop with many homemade soaps and jewelry.
The bed was VERY HARD and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. Navigation in the house was hazardous as far as step down levels with no warnings. The Inn remains unlocked at all times, however our room had a combination lock. Very remote area with winding roads.
I would not stay here again, however may stop by to shop.

bring your own entertainment because there was no TV. There was no breakfast. The bathroom is a common area in the middle of a bakery. Also there was NO WiFi offered at all. wear long pants and long sleeves to go across the street to the water, tall buggy grass to get there. Farm was beautiful

Be aware that this is a \"no frills\" experience, which is fine as long as you expect it. The bed was so hard, I went to the local walmart and bought a foam pad for the bed just so I could sleep. There was no welcoming word or smile, which to me is the bare minimum if you're going to open your home for travelers. So, unless it was just a bad day/days, you could say this is the \"No Welcome Farm\".

I needed a toom for 1 night for me and my large dog. The price was reasonable and it wasn't hard to find. The place is super cute, the room was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the 2 young gentlemen that i encountered during my short stay were polite, friendly, and accomodating. All-in-all this was the best find of my trip.

Not your average hotel stay

Literally a couple of rooms in a redone farmhouse. The room was clean and comfortable in general. You could tell that the finish trim was not done professionally. One major gripe for me was the lack of any lighting other than overhead. The house itself was nice and rustic, with a large pellet stove keeping it warm. Shared bathroom was spacious, but might be a problem at full occupancy. Yard was all iced up, so that was not ideal too. Overall good bang for your buck. Super cute and friendly cat is a plus :) Place was quiet at night and the mattress was decent.

We did not get the full experience because we did not stay although we had a prepaid reservation. The property description states shared bathroomS, yes, plural. Upon arrival I was shown what would be my room, and then we walked through what I guess is an office, not a private hallway, and then alongside the restaurant to reach the one and only bathroom. The truth is that the one bathroom is shared not only with other room guests, but also the owner's family AND apparently restaurant guests. You know how nasty restrooms can be in a restaurant. If the restaurant were busy, would a room guest have to take a number and wait in line for the bathroom? This was unacceptable to us and the owners refused to give a refund.

You are literally on the farm. The room was clean and warm. The people and breakfast were some of the best ever. They were OK with a later than normal check in. For foliage or as a base to see the lakes it's great. Check out the Edmund Muskie Memorial at the Falls in Rumford.
Hiking trails all over.

Rustic farmhouse with cafe downstairs and bedrooms in the loft. Room was kind of shabby but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a shared communal one downstairs. Left before breakfast since it was late in coming. Interesting stay, I'd do it again but maybe not for everyone.

Inn off the beaten path gets the job done

I booked a room to accommodate four of us skiing at Sunday River, a quick 20 minute drive from inn. The inn is a total homegrown operation, so do not expect anything slick. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home- their home to be exact. The property definitely needs a little TLC, but it was comfortable, colorful and got job done. As mentioned in other reviews, heads up that the shared bathroom is downstairs while guest rooms are upstairs.

The online description is misleading. It does say shared bathrooms but we saw only one that appears to be shared by two other room rentals, the restaurant, the staff, and is also the laundry room for the place. It is located after passing through the kitchen! The website also says that there is a restaurant on site. CLOSED. We booked a King bed but got a Queen. It says loft but is actually the attic. Sadly, we left without consideration of a refund. Overall, the property is misrepresented online and I don't think it is Orbitz's style.

Very welcoming property & stafff. Clean, comfortable & good food. We arrived late, hungry & although after “kitchen” hours, Julie fired up the grill, cooked what we wanted to our heart’s desire until our family of 4

Cleanliness lacks and flies all over

Place was filled with flies. Rest rooms were not maintained well. Flies all over the place. Rooms were somewhat ok. Definitely not worth the price they put in the site.
