Wish we would have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is authentic, beautiful and clean. We had a room with a canal view and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We ate at the restaurant on site and the chef made me a special dish of fhul madames, even though it was not on the menu. Wine is available for purchase at the restaurant. There is also a gym on site, and a free shuttle to the airport.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hot, staff was very accommodating, food was really good. Had a seafood buffet one night (I’m vegan but there was plenty for me to eat). Sat outside and had a lovely evening. Happy hour deals are decent and pool was nice, but a bit crowded at sunset.
Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Would stay again.

Amazing stay

Went with 12 friends for a weekend stay. Superb hotel and staff! Excellent rooms and views. Service for housekeeping is not the greatest, most of the time had to make 2-3 calls and then things ordered would show up. Breakfast selection is also not the greatest and some dishes were not available towards the end of the b'fast time. But overall a great property and probably the best one to stay at in Musandam.

Best place to Stay in Khasab

Great location. Lovely ambience. Clean. Spacious rooms, beautiful views, courteous staff but timeliness of service is avg. but would certainly recommend this place to stay. Amenities for Khasab town are top notch.

The staff seemed constantly overwhelmed. Dont expect to get picked up from or dropped at the airport on time. The room had no hot water and was far from clean. I realize it is one of two hotels in town (owned by the same provider) but I'd avoid staying here again.

The property aesthetic is beautiful. Wooden pathways, rope and what looks like bamboo walls and roofs. Lots of greenery around the cobblestone like pathways. Rooms were beautiful and clean overall, check-in was flawless and polite. Pool and pool area is small, but pleasant to sit at. The dining options are extremely limited to one restaurant on site and that’s even more limited to buffet only for dinner and a La carte for lunch - Prices for the dinner buffet were outrageous for what it was.

Very comfortable short term stay.

Great for families with kids. Rooms are large and beds very comfortably. It almost never rains there, but when it does the halls are flooded because the roof above them are not waterproof. The restaurant is OK. Not huge choice but one should find something to his or her taste. Mix of western, Indian and middle eastern cousin. Very friendly service. Overall very satisfied.

Calm and quiet get away

We were there for two nights on a busy holiday weekend
So the staff was busy, run out of towels , and the pool and the breakfast buffet, were always crowded

The internet was slow in our room, so we had to make some video calls from the Lobby...
All said...we paid to much for the services avialable.

On the other hand, rooms were clean and spacious and the location allowed to walk to the supwemarket , and a Castle Museum

We booked bb & wee planning to eat for dinner at the hotel after checking online that they have 2 restaurants. When going to the main restaurant the waiter informed us, that we can't order a la carte & must go for the buffet option. It turned out that this was not right as we saw others ordering from the menu. This was unacceptable. We complained to the restaurant manager. He said we could order from the menu, but it would take longer. It was too late as already started eating from the buffet. In addition it took ages to get us a baby cot, even though we asked for one over a message, a call & upon check in.

The hotel is attractive and has very friendly staff. Most would do go to great lengths to please. Only one staff member found it too much effort to show us the two room options available. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. I would recommend the full board option because there are very few options outside the hotel. There are very few attractions in the area. I’d recommend a day trip on a dhow.

Hotel looks fantastic. Loved the building and the location. However, the restaurant was a bit chaotic and the service slow. The pool area is very small and WiFi connection was poor.

Staying at Atana Musandam in April

Our stay was pleasant. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit dark with not enough lighting, even during the day after opening the curtains. The room also had a lot of mosquitoes, but thankfully they were not the kind that bites. The food selection at the restaurant was not great, but it wasn't bad either. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for 1 night, but not 5-star accommodation.

Very nice complex. Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely.

Really nice boutique hotel in Khasab.

10min drive from/to the airport (shuttle provided by Atana Musandam, which was much appreciated!), walking distance from the local castles, a few restaurants, and a big supermarket.

The room was big, super clean and with a really nice little balcony from which we could watch boats coming in and out from the canal.

The food at the hotel was very good, and they also have a happy hour in case you want to have a drink at the bar.

The view from the pool is amazing, next to the canal and surrounded by mountains.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they arranged a tour and the airport transfers for us, thanks again.

But the best of all was all the things you can do around Khasab, it really is an amazing place.

Next time I'm back, I will definitely stay at Atana Musandam again.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Ideally placed for visiting local sites, it provided a small peace of calm and rest. Large spacious rooms, well styled with everything you need. Great pool for cooling off from the Omani heat!

The hotel is beautiful and very well located in Khasab, At a very short distance from the airport (free shuttle ride is provided) and a few minutes walk to the castle and the super market. The rooms are very comfortable and all have a waterfront facing balcony. The restaurant is delicious and priced reasonably for the hotel range in Oman. There is kids club with a designated pool. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is that the rooms are a little dark and could use a ceiling light or at least one bright floor lamp.
