Several times we had to ask them to come clean the room. It was at night and not clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone staffing, amenities and kindness was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and everything is easy to get to from there. Thank you for the staff being there whenever we needed them!

The staff at the front was INCREDIBLE

The house keeper was so so. I had to chase him numerous days for toilet paper, tissues coffee, creamers , towels etc.
I felt bad to complain cause he was a very nice kid

Overall stay was pretty decent however, the room given was very dirty. Spiders webs were on the ceiling, chair was ripped and linen was smelling fresh. In the common areas tables had built up dirt in the creases. The food was also not worth the money. The staffs however were very nice and friendly.

We had a great time in the hotel, it’s just a few minute walk to the metro station.

Rooms were nice, the cleaning was great.

The only issue is with the front desk. they are rude and not nice at all. The one that was checking us in, wanted to swtich our room to a more basic one even thought we paid for a better one. Wasn’t helpful at all unil the manager was able to solve the issue. The rest of the front dest stack is just rude and not nice.

Cleaning staff in the other hand are great ans friendly.

I stayed at the property for a month for work. The staff made me feel at home always happy to help. I am a vegetarian and the chef would made a special meal for me. The hotel is close by the Dubai Internet city Metro station. I look forward to returning to the hotel.

Great price, nice pool, great grill food near pool. Near metro. Three bedd were great. Only downside is they don’t really clean the room. They don’t sweep the floor, don’t vacuum the carpet, don’t replace towels and don’t replace bottled water. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Our stay at the Atana was amazing. Amazing breakfast. Rooms were cleaned regularly Suraj always made sure we came back to a clean cool room with water and teas and coffee. The staff were really helpful. Polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend amd will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located a bit far from downtown, but we didn’t mind since we had a rental car. Parking was completely free, which was convenient. The breakfast was great, offering plenty of variety. The staff was friendly, and our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. However, there isn’t much to do in the immediate area.

All balconies are locked , not like other times, safe and weight scales did not work, Ironing board cover was disgusting and unhealthy. Room was not perfectly clean., but service staff were very kind. I will stay in this area again, but not sure if I would pick Atana next time.

Underwhelming and outdated

Ants in the room for the whole stay - told the front desk and they did nothing. Ants were in the kettle, my bag, my clothes etc
Didn't have towels some days as they were forgotten, had to call front desk to get them to give me one and it would take 45 minutes for that.
Pool was filthy and had band aids floating about, people spitting (not the hotels fault) and other things not making me want to use it.
Elevator was ridiculous during the morning breakfast session.
Had to use the bathroom in the lobby and it stunk like rotting excrement, I was nearly sick due to how overpowering the smell was.
The decor in my room was extremely dated.
Could hear the music from the hallway being played in my room which kept me up the first night - hotel did adjust it lower during the night after I told them.

Great hotel if you have a car. The hotel is not close to a Metro station and it is not advisable to walk on the streets of Dubai at anytime. Parking is free and abundant, there is also a valet service for a charge.
Got an upgrade to a family room with a king bed on one side and 2 singles on the other, which worked well for us.
The staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was good value.

Arrived late in the morning & room was ready as I had booked for previous night so that I didn't have to wait hour s for it. Room was extremely small & needed an upgrade, looked nothing like to rooms in the advertised photos.....in. the evening we decided to go for a drink before going out so wanted to sit by the pool in the late evening warmth, then found out this was a DRY hotel which is definitely not in the advertised blurb !! I couldn't even get a soft drink as no bar in the evening near the pool....you have to go into the restaurant which I can only describe as a room turned into an eating area, this is not a restaraunt ! Hotel itself is nowhere near any shops or restaurants, even a bar.....(Emirates Mall is a 35min walk (told to me by a local). Following morning we had breakfast which was already booked but certainly nowhere near the standard that is advertised, staff didn't really want to be there, bolshy & cold is what I'd say. This was the final straw for me so I booked another hotel & moved to it that day. I have tried to complain to Hotels.com without success so far as there is nowhere to actually lodge a complaint & request for refund based on mis-advertising ! I have reached out on FB to their page without success sa far.

We had an excellent stay at the Atana. The entire staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Assisting in helping us with places to go and transportation. We stayed here a week and was so convenient to get around either by taxi or the train 2 blocks away.

Location is perfect, a few meters from the metro station. The check-in and out was fast. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable. The only minor downside I can say is that housekeeping forgot to replace towels one night, and was left with nothing, so had to call at 11:00pm to get a pair.

We only stayed here for a single night, but after specifically asking to put a card on file for incidentals (the room was paid in advance), I was disappointed to find that various staff members, from room service to breakfast INSISTED on cash or card payment at the time of the transaction. This resulted in some back and forth until colleagues at reception intervened and asked the outlets to post our charges to the room.

The hotel lobby is well done and a rather lively place. The rooms felt dated and a bit tired but were clean and in good repair.

Breakfast on a Saturday morning was busy. With an influx of guests arriving just before breakfast closed at 10:30am, I expected a longer extension of the breakfast timing… that was not the case for more than 10/15 minutes…. During which the food was allowed to dwindle without being refreshed. Go well before 10am for the most options.

Breakfast Management is a mess

Although this is a good hotel with comfortable rooms, it has major management issues, specifically the breakfast was terrible

We stayed 5 nights here after spending 10 other nights in other 4 star hotels in Dubai so we were able to clearly see the issues are rising from miss-management not because of lack of resources and employees.

Other hotels with similar number of staff during breakfast were able to give excellent experience but in this hotel there was no protocol, guest were standing for 15 minutes waiting for coffee or toast etc.

buffet food items, dishes were remaining empty for very long periods, at 10:30 they were taking every remaining item without paying attention to guests that still were standing waiting for bread or food or coffee.

tables were remaining full of empty dishes I guest were needed to clean up tables for themselves.

other less important issues: although they have the best pool, pool water was very cold with no sunlight/ no guest could use the pool, steam rooms were broken

Atana has great potential, I sincerely ask hotel owner to bool and stay for couple nights in \"Holliday Inn\" and spend extended time during breakfast and observe their operation (maybe hire their manager as temporary consultant)

We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Our room was spacious and clean. Our room faced the freeway/highway though and was very noisy all hours of the day including through the night. Noise doesn't bother us, 2nd night we didn't notice it as bad. Our room attendant was lovely and gave me the extra items I needed with a cheerful smile and courteous nature. Check in wasnt very welcome though. Busy hotel though. Not much around the hotel just other hotels. There is a day spa that is open long hours in the hotel, which I didn't get time to use for your reference.

Property was nice and reception was friendly.It was my second stay at this hotel i noticed there were no welcome drinks offered this time. The breakfast was great however omlete section needs improvement. My only complain is the rude and aggressive behavior by the life guard at the pool.The guy had no manners and no training on how to talk to customers .He made the stay at pool horrible and was very rude. I would refrain from staying at this property again as the comfort of pool was totally lost during my stay.
