Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so they immediately moved us. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very clean and provides good options. The staff is lovely! When we asked for them to arrange a driver for our visit to a family village, they kindly did so and provided us an excellent driver! Exceptional staff!!! Great location too.

This hotel was really great! Staff were really kind and attentive and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had - loads of different variety and very good quality. I spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace which was very relaxing and quiet - especially with the hot tub. It is very walkable to the town centre but out of the way enough that it isn’t loud and busy outside the hotel. Overall, I really recommend.

Not bad at all. I really like the location, where is about 200m from the beach west end. The west end of the beach is exactly the start point for Cefalu enjoyment. The hotel provides the secure parking lot, which is not too far. The breakfast was good but not excellent with less fresh fruit. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The hotel parking was essential as there didn't seem to be anywhere else to park. Very friendly staff and the hotel was kept very clean. Really good breakfast and the rooftop solarium was a bonus. Easy walk into town. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and welcoming of our children (ages 7 and 9), very clean, the breakfast and coffee were delicious, the beds were very comfortable (both my husband and myself enjoyed them, and it’s difficult to get us both in agreement on the mattress!), and it was easy to walk to everything, the old town, the beach, the rock, all of the sights, we had a car and we left it parked the entire time we were in Cefalù. It was a wonderful stay and I’d recommend it to everyone.

The Artemis is a great experience all around. Make sure to pay for parking (under the building) as there is no street parking available. The staff are very helpful. The room is clean and well appointed. You can easily walk to the beach promenade, and the downtown area. Highly recommend.

A last minute change in our itinerary brought us to this hotel. We were very happy with the choice…it was clean, well appointed and in a perfect location (a five minute walk to the sea and restaurants, a 10-minute walk to the historic center. All the staff are lovely at the Artemis hotel. Dario on reception is super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He was brilliant on telling me places to visit when the weather was bad and excellent on restaurant recommendations. The staff in the breakfast room were super helpful and kind. The cleaning lady in my room was amazing. My room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The room was sizeable with a lovely balcony. Breakfast is a nice buffet. Lovely roof terrace with a hot tub. 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. No complaints at all. Definitely will return.

There is parking, limited and for 10€ extra a night. Our only complaint is that the bed was very firm, although this seems to be the norm for Italy

We were looking for a hotel with parking in the small tourist town of Cefalù and the Artemis provided that. We were impressed most by the staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. While we speak some Italian, virtually everyone on the staff who deals with customers, spoke English quite well. If you have a car, make sure you check with the hotel first as the underground garage only holds 8 cars and is only for the superior rooms. Regular customers park in a remote garage. So, make sure you know where it is. There is no place in front of the hotel to park, check in and unload. Just be aware and coordinate with the hotel first. The restaurant is only open for breakfast but the breakfast is great. Giovanni was wonderful at breakfast! The egg service was empty and he went out of his way to prepare a plate of eggs (properly seasoned!) for us. The only nearby restaurants are trattoria/pizzeria type of places, there are wonderful restaurants in the historic center (centro storico) of Cefalù. The hotel staff provided great recommendations within reasonable (15 minute) walking distance.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, checked in and offered a map and given suggestions. This hotel is about 4 blocks from the train station and a couple of blocks from the beach. You can walk everywhere. The room was very comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is a few steps away from the beach and a short stroll away (by the beach) to the centre. We had 1st class customer service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a lovely terrace with two chairs and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is good and varied. The location of Artemis is also good if you travel by train as the station is very close to it. Great stay!

Beautiful hotel and right in the middle of town and very short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. Can walk everywhere - go to Old Town, it is a must. Loved this hotel and Cefalu. Only thing is, they say they have private parking, which it is, but it is up the street some and sign is not very visible so be on the look out for it. ;)

This modern hotel, quite close to the beach, was prettily designed but to minimalist standards, e.g. the shower would not accommodate most Americans, and there were no armchairs (or any other) in the room.
