Our stay here was not too bad, however checking in was a very bad process because the receptionist do no know English and if you don’t not know Portuguese then the process will be very difficult. The pool was nasty and couldn’t be used. But the breakfast and kitchen staff was very nice.

Cafe bom, equipe boa, localização estratégica. Porém, no quarto onde me hospedei ( número 26), tive uma péssima impressão, de desleixo, improviso e descaso com o hóspede. Neste aspecto, o hotel não está à altura de ser anunciado no hotéis.com. Quem procura site como o do hotéis.com pensa que vai ter acesso a uma hospedagem testada e aprovada. Ja viajei muito com o auxílio de vcs, mas de longe, este foi o pior quarto em que me hospedei. Por exemplo, o colchão da cama box foi colocado sobre um movel improvisado; ao usar o chuveiro, molhava-se toda o banheiro, ja que nao há box ou outra proteção; por fim, a janela do quarto estava presa por um fio de cobre. Entendo as precariedades de Boa Vista, mas o quarto que me deram era deprimente. Vale ver as fotos.
