Very disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room. My only complaint was when a plumber went to work on the pipes and left me without hot water for hours. I had to take a cold shower in order to be prepared for an event. I would recommend a heads up to the customers next time.

The only decent hotel in Boa Vista
This hotel is situated a taxi ride out of town but, as there's nothing to do in town, that shouldn't be a problem. It's right next to a shopping mall with a foodcourt and opposite a mega supermarket. It's almist like an oasis from the general shabbiness of the town.

O hotel realmente é bom, moderno e muito limpo. O apartamento tem uma iluminação ótima e aconchegante. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O fato de estar localizado ao lado do shopping facilita muito. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, mas é cobrado separadamente. Eu, particularmente, achei caro (R$ 53,00). A academia merece uma moderrnização.

Atendimento cordial e solícito, café da manhã com qualidade (padrão Íbis), quarto com tudo o que se espera de um hotel 3 estrelas. Apenas é necessário que se observe este ponto muito importante. O hotel é 3 estrelas, não 5... O preço da diária, porém, é de 5. Extremamente caro, principalmente para um hotel que sequer tem gerador de energia próprio (faltou luz em um momento da minha estadia). Outra coisa: o valor (alto) ainda é SEM o café da manhã!

Infelizmente não foi agradável! O sinal de TV estava horrível! A tarifa acima da média do mercado! Higiene dos quartos inexistente! Atendentes da recepção nada agradáveis e desinteressandos em solucionar os problemas. Um dos elevadores a meses em manutenção. Café da manhã pobre, comum para o padrão da tarifa cobrada!
