I just finished my 10days stay at Park INN. The hotel is very safe as a lady traveling alone, I was looking for safe hotel and I found it in Park Inn and at Radison blu(I stayed there in December).

Not far from restaurants, about 5minutes away from the airport. The free hotel shuttle was awesome! My flight arrived at 4AM and the Shuttle was there, waiting for us. The service the Radison/park INN was great.

I love the fact that they have a back up generator in case of power outage. And thank you for the cleaning crew and they are also nice on replenishing your water supply in your room. I truly appreciate having free two large water bottle every morning. Since it’s hot I drank lots of water. So thank for that.

The hotel has two large swimming pool a very nice gym and of course the amazing buffet.
Don’t hesitate to book it. You won’t regret it!

I arrived at 5 am so had easted almost a day due to flight timings.

I tried to negotiate a late checkout, again because of my return flight time, however there was no give and take and a flat no.

The hotel was fine but some of the staff, especially the bar staff, were, on occasion, quite rude (with the exception of one guy who was awesome).

I would like to thank the staff. I have there names and titles. Front Office: Jerzy, Valene, Andre were great and very helpful. I cannot forget the Restaurant Workers: Diane, Valerie and Sarah were very hospitable and nice. Barmen: Dominique, Malick made my orders very well. Franck the manager of the restaurant. Special shout out to Andre and Sarah because there were very helpful. I was here 2 weeks straight. Please give these people a raise because they were very professional. They made my stay so nice, I did not want to leave.

Room was not ready at prescribed check-in time. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Fixtures in the room were falling apart. Lucky I had cash at checkout because they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t accept credit card for the city tax.

The manager on duty tool for ever to do the paperwork. I had to forward the Expedia reservation as they claimed they did not receive it from Expedia.
The room smelled
And I requested to extend until 14;30 and had to pay half the price of a full day.
Was not happy at all with the reception.

Vrij kleine kamers . Een opfrissing is zeker op zijn plaats . Geen minibar .
Fout bij de reservatie . We hadden een kamer meer twee aparte bedden gevraagd . Dit was niet OK . Twee smalle bedden uiteindelijk gekregen . Bij het uitchecken werkten de terminals van hun creditcards niet . Gelukkig hadden we genoeg cash bij om ons twee kamers te betalen .
Restaurant van Park Inn was ronduit slecht .
Ligging van het hotel is wel OK en de combinatie met Radisson maakt veel goed .

Very good hotel with plenty of facilities attached to the Radisson Blue for good restaurants etc. Pool was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just a few small roaches in the room when I arrived.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. However, it is very expensive for what you get. Although I confirmed an airport shuttle pick-up, the airport shuttle was not there when I arrived and only arrived 45 minutes after they were called (even though the hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport). The front desk staff was varied in their level of helpfulness. I needed to call the lost baggage office at the airport to inquire about my lost bag and they would not assist with this even though there was language barrier, so I ended up having to go to the airport baggage office to get an update on my bag. Also, although a free breakfast was listed on the amenities, they said it was not included. When I showed them the booking confirmation, however, they did provide me the free breakfast. It is a decent hotel for the area, but note that no one is going to go beyond the bare minimum to help you.

the rooms had very bas smell , same for the towels it has sweat on it before we use it. the lighting was very in the rooms you can barely see. The restaurants didn't have a tasty food and didn't serve us at night. We arrived frim the airpot and we coudldnt order food because it was 23H.

The check in process was wanting. Despite having communicated a change in my check-in date, the change wasn’t effected and I arrived at the hotel to be informed I was expected the day before and therefore there wasn’t a room for me. Am still waiting for a refund for the one night I didn’t stay, since Expedia had pre-charged my card. Very disappointing.

For a $200 night hotel they did not clean room everyday. And the bureaucracy in just making simple transactions was absurd. One of the elevators did not work when I was there and no signage to say so. Ended up getting stuck in it. Bad management. Place needs a GM who knows the hotel business.

Am pleased that there were no mosquitoes in the Park Inn Hotel room in Libreville Gabon, nor were there creepers in the restaurant.
That was the main reason I stayed in the Park Inn Hotel and NOT in the Radisson Blue Hotel -next door to the Park Inn.
Also, the Park Inn breakfast was included (not so in the Radisson Blue).

I spent a week at the hotel for business and I was very impressed. The hotel staff were fantastic (except for the bar where they were very slow) and the facilities are great. My only issue really was the double bed which was actually two singles pushed together with a double sheet. This made It a bit uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great few days.

Nice room, but be prepared for delays

I booked into the Park Inn. The room was a nice size, and clean, no problems. Bathroom was ok, but literally, the only Amenity is a soap dispenser. For a hotel of the chain/brand name, and at this price, one expects more. I had asked if it was possible to have a refrigerator in my room. Apparently it wasn't. To compensate, I was moved to the other side, to the Radisson Okoume Palace, which was a very nice gesture on the part of the management. The room was a bit bigger and a bit nicer. The bathroom was nicer, and there were toiletries. The fitness center (which is on the Park Inn side of the hotel) is great! My booking included breakfast which I thought was also great.

But be prepared for delays, if you ask for something from Room Service, it may take 45 mins to 2 hours to arrive. I called (before the cut off time) one night asking if a meal on the menu was available. Room service said they'd call me back. They didn't. When I called them back, they said it was past the cut off time and that dish was not on the 24 hour menu....They have a new business center but it doesn't have all the services you would expect. These are both good hotels for Central Africa, but pricey!

Good hotel in Libreville, shall use it for all of my future trips there although it is very expensive so only when work are paying!! Good food available at the hotel and a couple of restaurants on the beach a very short walk away. Slightly damp bedding, but I seem to encounter this across Africa.

I am still trying to resolve the over charging. This hotel is extremely expensive and then when they overcharged me it was overly so. The staff at check-in and checkout seem to be less than competent. Instead of a refund to make things right it appears they have charged my card again for the amount that should have been refunded.

Service de voiturier utile, pratique et très bien organisé par Monsieur Matt. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Service de navette Hôtel-aéroport fiable et pratique.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. C'est comme si Le Radisson avait pris plusieurs vieilleries pour les mettre dans cet hotel. Les serviettes de douche remises sont plus usées que les tapis de douche. L'entretien n'y est pas et encore moins la qualité de service du personnel. Sa localisation et le manque de choix, contraignent à y rester malgré tout.
