Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Warm welcome on checking in. Apartment was amazing, spotless, had everything you need (and clean!) and was so quiet. I got the peace and quiet I needed, plus staff respected my privacy, ie didn't \"try\" to speak to me on entering and exiting, but were there if I \"wanted\" to speak with them. The Hotel was spotless throughout as a whole, including lifts. It's in a great location. You can park there. I would highly recommend and I would hope to stay there again in the future.

We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries provided. Cleaning was offered once (free) for the week, but otherwise you need to pay a small fee for towel changes and room cleanings. It was not a concern for us. The room was quiet and as other have mentioned, they appear to have been soundproofed. The surrounding area is quiet and suburban feeling, but immediately adjacent is a supermarket and one of the largest shopping malls in Britain. Everything one would need is in there. Multiple public transit options are nearby, including several Underground lines, an Overground line, National Rail, local buses and express buses to Stansted Airport (very handy). We could get to anywhere we wanted to go in London within a half hour with one the available lines here. Breakfast is offered in the lobby but at £17.50 - thought it was pricey and passed on it. Besides, so many food options are nearby. This is in the \"East Village\" of Stratford, London - an interesting, culturally diverse area. We felt safe at all hours, and would stay again.

Stayed for 9 nights with my family. Property is great. Staff did what they needed to do, but were not welcoming. They did not greet or acknowledge customers, unless approached by the customer. The clenaing interval is quite long. Rooms are a great size for London and the kitchen is beautifully stocked. Be aware that the freezer section is tiny, with mostly fridge. The facility has clearly been well thought out, with modern equipment, a laundry room and a small play area for kids. TV channels are quite limited, but the basics are available. Great location- shops, transportation, playgrounds- just a short walk away. Overall, a great stay. Will go again.

The room was nice and everything. The only qualms I had were the price for parking (£32 for 2 nights! It’s cheaper to park at Stratford International which is less than 5 mins away if you walk) and repeatedly saying my room number aloud when I was checking in (no hate to the gentleman who checked us in as I don’t think he did it with ill intent. However, I personally think it’s important to not do this from a safety perspective, especially as a female traveler who checked in alone)

They were all very nice even after my family asked multiple times if the rooms were ready. The room itself is exactly how it looks in the pictures and very clean. We appreciate the cleanliness! We have family who live in London so regularly visit and really enjoy staying at the Adagio…. The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful, it’s relaxed, easy going, v convenient for the train network and the rooms with the little kitchenette are fab!! My friend and I stayed here when visiting the Lee Valley Velodrome. The location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the velodrome and so near to the shopping centre and various transport options. Our room was perfect and the facilities allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast in our room before heading out for the day. The only reason I reduced the star rating to 4 for service is because when we returned to the hotel later in the day after leaving our luggage earlier, the lady on reception told us we were too late to check in. We had informed a staff member earlier that we wouldn't be returning until late and were informed that, that would not be a problem as reception staff are there 24hours. She then said she would try to get us checked in but we would have to wait. We had to wait about 30mins to get our room. Her joke about someone already being given my luggage did not go down well. All other staff we encountered were excellent.

The aparthotel is in a good location. Walkable distance from the Stratford International DLR station and the Westfield Shopping center. There is also a Sainsbury’s local about a minute or two away , where you can purchase groceries. The staff was professional and quite welcoming.
The only challenge I faced was a lack of cleaning tools and detergents in the room. Otherwise, it was a good stay. I had great sleep.

Would recommend this hotel. We were visiting London to attend a week long event at VeloPark which was a 5 min walk away. Great location for Velodrome, shopping at Westfield and easy travel into central London. Aparthotel was a great base and felt very safe. We parked at NCP Stratford International which we pre booked. I am very disappointed with the rude service & behavior of a front desk staff. The guy was very racist and rude towards my friends. My friends were having dinner with me & he thought they would stay overnight with me. He said to their face that they have to leave the property by 10pm. Whenever I visit London from USA, I stay in this property because of its convenient location. But after staying here six nights, I have realized they have more negative aspects than positives. They charge money if you ask a few extra towels, they did not clean my room for six nights, it became dirty. If I asked to clean, they would have charged me extra for that, this is ridiculous. They have charged me a significant amount of money, with this price I could have stayed at a better hotel with better service. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I found the Aparthotel Stratford with ease. It's just a 10-minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Center and 20 minutes from the Olympic Park. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, a safe, and even an ironing board. The bed, although it was a pull-out sofa, was a bit uncomfortable as I managed to scratch my leg on its edge.
The morning breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety despite being a small hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Very clean and modern. less than 5 minute walk to train and Mall. polite and helpfull staff. Small room, but adaquate and modern. could use a 110V outlet in the room or an available converter.
