Ohana was one of the best stay in my 9-day trip in Fukuoka. I am fortunate to stay in rm#405 with my family with 3 kids. I am so happy the staff have prepared all my family's need. Top-rated experience from the moment we check-in to check-out. Staffs are all joyful and friendly, they truly care about us.
One thing I would suggest to hotel management is that hope they can inform guest in advance about upcoming events in their hotels. because we don't know there was a festival event in the hotel 七福神夏まつり until we check in, my kids were little bit disappointed they saw that but can't join because it's late and the event was closing already. If we know about that event, we sure will check-in early and enjoy more and spend more time inside the hotel.

普通のホテルにあってしかるべきお茶や珈琲など、室内でくつろげる仕掛けがない。一階のロビーでは用意してますから、と係は言うが、老人にとっては3階から1階に降りることも大変である。朝食はとても良かったが、ミルクなどは置いてないという。お茶以外はロビーに行けということらしい。夕食も予約しないと食べられないし、高価である。近所のレストランらしいところは全てウナギ一色。来客は全員ウナギだけを食え、ということか。コストパフォーマンスから言えば、駄目、の一言。

유명한 일본 전통가옥 경내에 있는 일본식 호텔이였습니다
숙소는 호텔사진에서의 일본가옥은 아니고 바로옆에 있는 현대식 5충 건물이였고 오하나와 연결되어 해당 건물과 정원을 다 이용가능했어요. 유료 박물관도 프론트에 얘기하면 티켓을 준다고 하더군요.
1. 우선 호텔 서비스는 최상이였어요. 직원들 매우 친절하고 고객의 요청은 대부분 최선을 다해 대응해 줬습니다.
호텔 시설 또한 전통과 현대가 잘 어우려져 너무 특별했어요.
2. 온천욕은 실제 호텔내 특실고객용 작은 욕실이 있는 것 같지만 저희는 일반실이라 바로 옆 호텔 온천시설을 무료로 이용했어요.
온천한다고 하면 프론트에서 해당 호텔 입욕권랑 타올 준비해줬고 호텔 뒷 정원 멋진 산책로를 따라 5분 정도 걸어가면 됩니다
물론 같은 건물내에 온천 시설이 있으면 편리하겠지만 우리가족은 산책삼아 옆 호텔 노천탕 즐겁게 잘 이용했습니다
3. 음식은 아침 조식은 당연히 부페식은 아니고 일반 료칸 아침 가이세키보단 살짝 심플한 정도로 미리 정한 시간에 내려가면 차려져있습니다.
다소 아쉬운 건 저녁 가이세키 예약가능 하냐고 물어봤는데 안된다고 해서 호텔에서 추천하는 해산물요리집이나 조금 시내 걸어나가서 먹었어요
4. 호텔 주변은 대부분 장어요리 전문점으로 음식점이 다양하지는 않고 편의점도 좀 떨어져 있습니다
5. 늦은 저녁이나 아침에 오하나 큰 회랑에서 보는 쇼쿠엔(정원)은 너무너무 멋졌어요. 이 호텔에 묵는 최고의 장점입니다

歴史を感じる佇まいで、スタッフの方も親切でとても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。温泉はすぐ近くのホテルと提携してらして、チケットをいただけるので利用できますが、早朝に温泉に入りたかったので叶わず残念。新幹線を利用したかったので最寄りの筑後船小屋駅までタクシーを利用しました。送迎のサービスがあると嬉しかったのですが、その辺は未確認です。

旧藩主の施設だけににスタッフの気配りは良く行き届いていました。施設ＮＯ1の客室を予約したので名物の庭園を最高のアングルで堪能しました。施設への不満が少有りました。客室のスペースは十分でしたが水周りがビジネスホテル程度でがっかり。ルームの設計がまずかったですね。外風呂もデザインの工夫がなく残念。総対的に各部の設計がＢクラスでした。宿泊者に夜の文化財建築が拝観出来た事は格別な思い出になりました。

柳川藩主の御屋敷にステイ？と、かなり期待していたのですが、宿泊した部屋は普通の狭いめの洋室コンパクトなホテルの一室でしたので、少しがっかり。庭園も眺められますが、ベランダの柵が邪魔だし汚く興ざめで、ユニットバスの浴室にもがっかり。

５万円の朝食は、通路わきで食べさせられた。
初めて御花に宿泊した。最も見晴らしの良い部屋（芍薬の間）に家内と滞在した。いなかにしては結構な値段がするがチェックインからチェックアウトまで二つのことを覗いて、満足いくものであった。特に、フロントの方の対応は（女性も男性も）親切、且つ、いろいろと気配りをしていただき、快適に過ごせた最大の理由である。悪い点の一つは、部屋の壁紙の多くが真っ黒である。清潔感、快適な気分、部屋の広がり、いろんな意味から黒はいただけない。二つ目は朝食の時。二人で朝食付き（夕食無し）で一泊５万円をはらっているので、どのような朝食かと期待していったが、ま、そこそこの朝食であった。最悪なのは、朝食の場所、入口そばの通路のわきで食べさせられた。人が後ろを行き来するし、外も見えないし、最悪の場所。隣の同じ外の見えないところでもしっかりとパーティションで囲われて花などがおいてある少し雰囲気のいい場所は、男女二人に提供されていた（隣なので話が筒抜け、聞きたくもないのにきかされたが）団体客のバスの運転手とガイドさんであった。僕たちはツアー団体の運転手以下。一方、逆側の外（庭側）が見えるところは、だれも僕たちが食べている間こなかった。一つは見ると、シングルの人の準備、もう一つのは３人さんようの準備がしてあった。文句を言おうとしてが、家内が嫌がるので、だまって食事した。いずれにしても、５万／泊もだして通路のわきで食べさせるなど論外と思う。年配の女性が食事の内容説明にきたが、睨みつけてやった（家内は話を聞いてあげていたので僕のにらみなどそっちのけで感じてもいないようだった）。せっかくの楽しい滞在がどっしらけになった。もう泊まらない、いかない。
