Was good especially in winter month where the snow covers the tree top. Dinner is good. Breakfast is just nice. Not too heavy.

Nice place. Well maintained. Not overcrowded.

Service is good. The bus shuttle service provided is a big plus. Thank you.

Nice design but poor service !

Nice hotel design . But most of the staff don’t speak English well. There are v few choice of food and the Japanese restaurant is not to par , the food is way overpriced . The quality is below average . I hate to say it but the truth is that the food is the worst I have ever tried in Japan . the staff there is not polite and at some point I found them rude . Eg we had dinner in a private room but the air conditioning was hot, without bothering the waitress , I tried to adjust the temperature by remote control . One waitress came in and rudely re set what I have set . She said something in Japanese with an angry face which I was perplexed to see her expression.
Even if she thinks that’s should be her job to do the temperature instead of mine , shouldn’t she at least asked me what I wanted ?
Another similar experience happened during breakfast time when I took the pepper from the buffet counter for my scamble egg and helped my kids with the it, but again , without asking me whether I still needed it, the same waitress came over and took the pepper bottle away rudely without saying a word ！ that’s very very rude of her .
All in all, the staff in catering services are carrying black face all the time , making me feel very bad and our holidays experience is ruined !

The room is big and clean but some of the windows can let light in early in the morning like 6am that you will be waken up by the daylight . We have to ask the staff to block them off with some fabric.

Very stylish hotspring hotel, excellent service

This hotel gave me lots of surprises. Start from the pickup from Saga Station to the hour - which is a 30 minutes ride (complimentary). Upon arrival, warm welcome from their staff, all wearing a smile, leading me to the lounge, offered me a Japanese cold tea with a piece of French dark chocolate. Check-in was done at the lounge, seated comfortably with the nice view of the mountain outside. Stylish decoration of the hotel, indoor and outdoor hot spring, nice breakfast. Not having too many rooms, so the whole stay is quiet and peaceful. Please note map on Hotels.com shows a wrong location, it is far from the centre of Saga, but up to the mountain.

全館ほぼリフォームされており、綺麗だった。せっかくなら新館に泊まりたかったが満室だった。　　料理も美味しく、よるは花火が上がって子どもたちも大満足。　お風呂もたくさんあって、とても満足でした。

A good living experience

The hotel is clean and spacious. The room is a Japanese style one. It is comfortable and clean. The spring is clean and comfortable too. Dinner’s food and environment is good but the breakfast is suitable for vegetarians (nearly no meat) and is not tasty. There is a free children game area in the lobby. Parking is free and when you check out, every exult need to pay for 600yens for the spring free which I don’t know before. But it is also ok for the price.We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

立ち寄り湯にお邪魔したのことがあり、宿泊してみたいと思い、お伺いしました。

お風呂も広くのんびりでき、スタッフの方々もとても親切にご対応頂きました。

楽しみにしていた朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。
とてもイイ時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

ひとつだけ思うところは…
お夕食のお肉を頂く際のご飯は、白米が良かったです。（縮緬山椒の混ぜご飯ももちろん美味しかったです。）
白米も選ばせて頂けたら…と思いました。

またお伺い致します。

501号室だったかと思います。広いお部屋でゆっくりと過ごすことができ、また、お料理も美味しく、何よりぬる湯の温泉がとても良かったです。それらの点はとても良い思い出で、他の方にもお勧めしたいです。
しかし、寝室のエアコンが臭すぎました。最初の「お部屋説明」の時から、寝室に足を踏み入れた途端、エアコンの臭い匂いが充満しており、当然、案内をしてくれた係員の方も気づいているはずだと思うのですが、問題意識がないのか、スルーでした。
夜、臭くて、一息吸うたびに嫌な気持ちになりましたが、寝ないわけにいかないので仕方なく眠りにつこうと努力しました。エアコンを消してもみたのですが、それだとやはり熱くて寝られず、臭さを我慢して夜を過ごすことになりました。
お部屋の担当者や、清掃係の方など、気づいている人は複数いるのではないかと思いますが、それを「自分ごと」として捉えることができていないために、上に報告が上がることもなく、そのまま放置されているのでしょう。社員教育の在り方や情報共有の仕組みに問題があるのかもしれません。今後改善されれば素晴らしいと思います。

다 좋았지만, 특별히 여행 중 식사에 대해 중요하게 생각하시는 여행객에게 추천을 드립니다. 2층 스미래에서의 만찬은 여행 중 먹어본 식사 중 최고였습니다. 그리고 특산물을 포함 기념품샵이 너무 잘되어 있어서 다른 곳에서 선물을 살 필요가 없었습니다. 쉼, 식사, 쇼핑이 가능한 곳입니다. 이번 여행에서는 일부 가족만 갔었지만, 다음에는 다같이 가서 다시한번 여행하고 싶은 곳입니다. 훌륭한 서비스를 해주신 호텔리어분들께 감사드립니다.

せっかくの名宿なのに。

リピーターですがこれまで宿泊した中で総合的に良くなかったと思います。食事の時にスタッフの方たちのお喋りの声が大きくて私たちの注文が通りませんでした、刺身もせっかくきれいに盛られているのに反対を向いて出てきたり…。もう少し接客に対して気を遣っていただきたいです。

お部屋の洗面所への引き戸とトイレの引き戸がキーキー酷い音がして、寝ている子供が起きてしまうかと思う程でした。
砂風呂への案内表示が少なすぎて一度足湯に向かってしまった。
お風呂の脱衣所が古くてロッカーが開かなくて困った。
朝食が時間ギリギリになり、大丈夫か尋ねたところ女性スタッフは笑顔で大丈夫ですよ〜と答えてくださったのに、リーダー的な男性が不機嫌そうに10時までに終えてもらえないとランチの準備がありますので、と。言い方次第で受け取る感じが変わると思いますが、とても冷たく迷惑そうで（実際に迷惑なのは分かっています）残念でした。
他はお料理が大変美しく目にも美味しく大満足で、他のスタッフさんの笑顔の対応やお部屋のお布団の清潔さ、お湯の良さなど満足しております。また機会が有れば行きたいと思います。ただ扉が静かなお部屋を希望しますが、、、笑

不錯的溫泉酒店

這個溫泉酒店位於一個幽靜嘅地方, 環境優美,溫泉佈局很好.優良服務是這間酒店其中一個賣點.在酒店某些區域假如潔淨度能提高一點便更好了.
因附近沒有餐廳, 只能夠在酒店享用餐飲服務, 但無論他們的意大利餐廳或日本菜館都沒有足夠服務人員, 以至用餐時間相對較長. 意大利餐廳食物質素過得去, 日本菜食物水準比較高.
整體而言, 這個溫泉酒店是可以推薦的.

ゆっくりできました。

チェックイン時に指定したサイズと違ったお部屋着が届いていたのですがサイズ交換は快く応じてくださいました。家族四人での宿泊でしたが洗面台に準備あった歯ブラシセットはふたつでした。とはいえ大浴場で自由に歯ブラシいただけました。繁忙期で夕食時間が早い時間は選べませんでしたがかえって夕食前にお風呂にゆっくり浸かれました。和食でしたがお料理の量、盛り付け、お味も含めとってもよかったです。小学生の息子にキッズプレート、中学生の息子にお子様懐石にしていただきました。どちらも我が子には量多めでしたが充分満足できるものでした。お湯もぬるめと聞いていましたが内風呂はさほどぬるさは気にならなかったです。子連れにはぬるめくらいでちょうどいいと思いました。翌朝もチェックアウトぎりぎりまでゆっくりさせてもらいました。お世話になりました。

酒店在於山上,空氣很好,適合自駕遊人士,房間夠大又舒服的酒店,很喜歡這酒店的温泉,温泉池設有水力按摩非常讚及有露天溫泉,還有熱沙浴(要付費),員工很友善,整體很滿意,如下次來會再次入住.

性價比高，員工有禮，房景給我心靈放鬆，房間偏大很有空間感。早餐水準高，而且推薦那級色的蔬菜汁（在牛奶旁），從進門到離開都感到飯店的細心照顧，由選擇睡衣的顏色，鋪床的時間選擇，再由往大浴場前有大衣借，時尚又溫暖。是這趟旅程最滿意的飯店，也辛苦門口的工作人員在寒冷的日子裡把我的車開到門外等我。下次必定再入住

Truly relax

taking shuttle bus to Oncri is very convenient.
the consistnet 38C temperature of onsen is very comfortable and can soak in onsen for a long long time than others.
The table in the bar (used as reception while check-in) is really good and elegant, i even want to make a one in my home.

다시 가고싶은 호텔

정말 좋았습니다. 노천온천탕을 자정까지 이용할 수 있어서 몇 번씩이나 다녀왔습니다. 족욕탕도 따로 있어 고즈넉한 분위기 속에 여유를 만끽할 수도 있고요. 호텔에서 제공하는 파자마 스타일의 옷도 너무 편하고 좋습니다. 조식도 무척 만족스럽고요. 위치는 사가 역에서 거리가 조금 있지만 픽업 버스도 잘 준비되어 있고, 정해진 픽업 버스 시간에 맞추지 못하더라도 요청만 하면 따로 버스를 보내주셔서 이동하기 무척 편리합니다. 다음에 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

매일 방청소도 깨끗이 잘해주고 호텔이 매우 청결했다.

快適な旅行

和モダンな感じでとても素敵なホテルでした。雨の中の滞在でしたが、雨でも絵になる外観。4歳の娘が、もののけ姫みたいね、と言っていました。
食事も、温泉もよかったです。熱湯派の主人には少しぬるかったようですが、子連れにとってはちょうどいいかもしれません。
スタッフの皆さんも感じがよかったです。

후루유 온센 온크리는 사가현에 위치하고 있는 현대식 료깐으로서 숙소가 조용하고, 친절하였으며, 온천수도 좋아 보이는 등 휴식을 취하기에 매우 편안하였습니다. 단 예약 상품이 저녁 식사가 포함되지 않는 것이어서 숙소의 식당에서 저녁식사를 주문하려고 하였더니 가능한 메뉴가 너무 적어서 불편하였습니다.

온크리 가족여행 후기

4인가족여행으로 1박을한 온크리. 기대도 은근 했는데 기대보다 훨씬 좋았음. 지금까지 일본 여러군데 온천을 다녀봤지만 종합적으로 봤을때 여러모로 가장 좋았던
곳이라고 생각됨.

주변 환경 (산속에 있음), 모던하면서도 전통적인 객실, 훌륭한 시설의 온천 및 노천온천, 맛있는 음식, 그리고 무엇보다 친절한 서비스. 모두 다 아주 만족스러운 여행이었음.

노천온천을 즐기러 온크리로! 너무 좋았습니다^^

겨울에 춥지 않게 잘 잤습니다. 침구정리를 깨끗이 해주신 것도 감사하고 좋았습니다. 편안하게 입을 수 있는 실내복 제공도 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 영어나 한국어를 조금이라도 더 하실 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다만^^ 그래도 다 만족스러웠습니다. 식사도 맛있었고 특히 온천이 너무 좋았습니다. 노천온천과 족탕 모두 좋았습니다! 노천온천 특히 최고!!

Best place to take a rest

This hotel surrounded by mountains is very quiet and thus a very good place to take a rest by escaping from noise and stress of cities. The room has big windows with a fantastic mountain view. Staffs are very very kind. It was my first trip to Japan and I was so much impressed by their kindness. I enjoyed the outdoor hot springs at one night. I felt my stress disappearing. The food in the Japanese restaurant at 2nd floor was really tasty. I would like to visit this place again in the future.
