This was a nice property but our room was a little run down. For example, our sink faucet was faulty and the sink would not drain properly. The shower also had damaged parts that could have been fixed. Many parts of the room required repair. Additionally, I had to write a note for housekeeping to refill my body wash, as they did not do it on their own. Overall, it was a nice hotel/resort and the staff are very helpful. I would also like to add that the room service food and restaurant food in the property is amazing, but for the price the property needs to repair the rooms.

This was my third time staying here and it was just as consistent as my previous visits. All the staff is so welcoming as soon as I came in to check in they upgraded me to a beautiful sea room on the second floor. I believe I was room 2022! The beach area at the pool area was always kept up and highly maintained and everybody was so nice! The restaurant upstairs was delicious. The service was consistent, and the rooms were absolutely impeccably clean. I also booked a few massages at the spa and as expected, they were wonderful. I cannot wait to return next year because it was just so amazing. The Starbucks on the property and that little café was such a charming touch because if you didn’t want a full breakfast, you could just head there and have some coffee and pastries.
The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. They were on top of everything at all times. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful and I can’t wait to see you guys again- Onur Kutlu July 17-20th

This was our second stay at this property. The facilities are fantastic. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Sea view rooms have great sunset views. Breakfast has large variety and is of very high quality.

We would have given this hotel 6 stars, however a very unfortunate event left a very sour taste in our mourhs. We invited family members for a dinner event. We had checked with the staff 6 times over 3 days on dining options incase the weather did not comply. Upon our guests arrival we went to the restaurant and realized it was too cold to be outside. Having had planned for the weather we headed down to the indoor dining room. We sat at a table and waited for staff to attend. What happened next was appalling. The dining room manager approached our table and asked us to leave. After trying to explain to him our previous disccusions with hotel personnel, his response was, I am the manager and you have to leave. So we got kicked out. We were so embarrassed towards our family members to put it lightly. We made alternative arrangements to go somewhere else.

As a 5 star facility hotel management could have accomodated as promised.

The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony only makes it better. Room service is always trying to come and clean the room and/or fill the mini fridge. Overall though was one of the best experiences I’ve had on a trip and would definitely go back again if I was planning another trip in that area

Hotel has spectacular views and is clean enough. Cleaning needs to be deeper because of the smell emanating from bathroom drain/toilet bowl.
Watchfulness is needed when orders for birthdays are expected from abroad so that what is ordered measures up to the amount paid for it

This is not your typical Swissotel, but I am not sur gif this is a good thing or a bad thing. Overall I must say I haven't enjoyed the service as much as I did at Grand Efes.

However, the beach was really good and you can take a walk for 10km over the shoreline at Turgutreis which was pretty good for what it's worth.

Hotel is good, not Swissotel good.

Great design hotel on beach

The hotel is all you’d expect from a major chain hotel. Clean aesthetic, huge and super comfortable bed, excellent gym and spa area, lovely pool and private beach.
It’s not warm/charming but quite cool and design led if you’re into that. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Major warning: DO NOT give any delicate clothes to the laundry services. I was assured by reception they could handle that and received 3 items back ruined (shrunk, discoloured and stained each).
Only downside is the area is not the most fun in Bodrum so you have to drive to Yalikavak, Gumusluk or Turkbuku

Excellent location for peaceful vacation 40 mins from Bodrum.
Hotel meals were fine with quite a good breakfast but better dinning options are close by.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The gym, indoor pool, private “VIP” spa including Hammam were really first rate.
Beach is small and private with tremendous views to relax by.
Highly recommend.

Too far, got sick, overcharged for laundry

Hotel itself is fine but we think the food made us sick and the laundry charges were absurd. They charged us 75 EURO for laundry when the pricing for everything else in the room is listed in Turkish Lira. An obvious ploy to rip people off. Also too far from the airport. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend to others.

Overall I would recommend the hotel. The property is quite new, rooms are large and very comfortable, and the beach is perfect. The hotel’s greatest weakness is its staff, both in the reception and the restaurants. We asked the concierge whether Bodrum castle was open, but we were not given precise and up to date information—they told us the castle was closed, but the castle staff said they were open, and when we visited we found out only very limited sections were open. If the concierge explained the situation we would have planned our day differently. On the dining side, we thought the waitstaff was very polite but at times they were no where to be found. On multiple occasions half a dozen waiters were just chatting among themselves when they could have attended to tables. On a related note, beach service was almost didn’t exist. Waiters came to see if we would like something no more than twice during the entire day.

Finally, for some bizarre reason the hotel had an advertisement shooting for an entire day one day. The film crew literally occupied the entire lobby, the pool, and both decks. I am not sure why they chose high season, but the management did not even communicate that the situation in advance. The crew literally blocked the staircase to the restaurant and the exists to the beach, and we had to push our way through them. When we complained, we were told by the reception that it was not their fault, which was a bizarre excuse to hear.

The sweeis hotel is agood choice because since i arrived every one of the sttaf that i meat is keeping smiling all time and they make you feel that you are in your home.
So they have a nice breakfast on teras of the swiming pool.
Thanks to the sttaf of the Swissôtel for tremendous vacation that i had.

Im so in love with this marvelous hotel its really quity and its nice for new couples as well, the hotel is not that big which i liked it because its easy to go around beach and pool and the hotel facilities regarding the staff they are friendly and quick as well. The room is really nice loved and they put twice a day bottles of water and the room services pass by for any needs. Its just a really nice hotel for tranquility. The only problem is the hotel is really far from the center it took an hour to arrive from the airport + there is no night activites its just a quite and isolated hotel its nice for those who need to relax

Your ultimate family holiday

My family including a 5 months old grandson enjoyed Eid holiday at this family friendly Swissotel resort... the staff were very helpful and nice yet efficient... the fachility is well kept and very clean... food was simply great everywhere... breakfast, lunch at the cafe and the beach bar ... and in room dining was excellent too... the rooftop was a great place for watching the sunset... the beach was great... a bit windy but still excellent... my wife and daughter used the spa service and they were happy with it... I would recommend this resort for families and couples too...

Great hotel but not really in Bodrum city

Everything about this hotel is perfect except for its location, which is about 30 minutes from Bodrum (40 minutes with traffic).
The rooms were always clean, great decoration, good breakfast, clean beach, friendly staff.

Güzel konumda temiz,şık bir otel güzel iki gün geçirdik fakat çıkarken mini bar kontrolün de tüketmediğim iki ürünü tükettiğim söylendi tüketilmediyse sorun değil denmesine rağmen zan altında hissederek otelden çıkış yaptım.
Kimseyi zan altında bırakmak istemeyerek otel içi denetim prosedürlerini gözden geçirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum!!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Aufenthalt gefreut, doch leider sind unsere Erwartungen in nahezu allen Punkten schon am ersten Tag enttäuscht.
Das Hotel verfügt zwar über einen schönen Strandabschnitt, jedoch ist dieser noch nicht vollständig hergerichtet und wirkt nach wie vor wie eine Baustelle – inklusive Schmutz und unvollständiger Einrichtung. Auch von den drei Restaurants ist nur eines geöffnet, das Café ist gänzlich geschlossen. Laut Leistungsbeschreibung sollte ab dem 15. Mai alles geöffnet sein – an der Rezeption hieß es hingegen, dies werde sich wohl bis Juni verzögern.
Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Accor Hotel erwartet. Als wir auf ein Upgrade als kleine Wiedergutmachung hofften, wurde uns lediglich eine Fußmassage angeboten – das haben wir dankend abgelehnt.
Obwohl man uns sagte, das Hotel sei ausgebucht, sind Restaurant und Strand leergefegt. Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Anlage und der Service ließen zu wünschen übrig. Dass das Wasser im Badezimmer stark gechlort ist, ist für uns ein absolutes No-Go. Es fließte gelbes Wasser.
Wir hätten uns von einem Accorhotel deutlich mehr erwartet – schade und ärgerlich. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.
