Had an amazing honeymoon, staffs did amazing, very kind, lady who was the manager was present at breakfast making sure all ok and addressed any issue if occurred, she explained how to bake walnut cake which was really sweet. We had sea view room, airy, comfortable, temperature and cleanness was superb, pool and private beach was absolutely amazing. We had Michelin star dinner experience which was incredible, cocktails to die for! Recommend the zumbie, my absolute new favourite. Can’t thank enough for making our honeymoon so special with little touches and spa experience, Steph and staff at spa, reception and our complementary wine and rose. Highly recommended

This hotel is simply excellent. Every small detail from housekeeping (thank you Paris) to front desk (Jordan you’re a fabulous first aider!!!) to the breakfast team in fact everyone.
The service is fabulous. The breakfast is divine including great options for vegan. There is even kombucha and various smoothies. Everything is awesome about Aqua Blu !

The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk.
The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay at property.
I couldn’t fault anything about the Hotel, beach was very private and well maintained with a member of staff readily available. Thank you Aqua Blu for a lovely holiday.

We stayed in the premium pool suite. Was lovely. Bit noisy with traffic but that didn't bother us. What bothered us was the staff taking smoke breaks and continuously chatting right next to our room which we thought qas a bit much. Other than that, stay was excellent. Aqua Blue is a stylish boutique hotel…Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Managers Kostas and Paris are also very welcoming and very open to feedback.

The only thing to be mindful is that this hotel is very close to main road for the island and rooms at the front could be a little noisy.

Aqua Blu is amazing, probably top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It of course has all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel, but what made our trip so special and memorable was how attentive and hospitable the staff were. They always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile to make your stay special - the front desk lady arranged for us to rent a car within 10 minutes to explore Kos. I will carry with me the lovely memories and friendly smiles with me for years to come. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

The Aqua Blu is a piece of heaven. From the facilities, to the food and the location; every single detail is on point.

But what made our stay even more special is: the staff. We never experienced such an amazing staff. The team is incredible and probably the nicest you can find.

Ideal sun getaways

Very modern design gives a sense of space at the hotel. Rooms are large and plenty of loungers at pool and on beach mean you can relax.

The reason however for full marks is down to the staff. They work so hard to make your stay enjoyable. From breakfast to night there are staff buzzing around making sure you are happy. And all done with a smile on their face

Great hotel, great location. You can walk or bike to Kos town and many beaches or you can stay at the hotel and go to the pool and beach across the street. Staff is excellent. This is a small hotel and they know you here.

I went with a friend and reserved two queen beds and one twin because I thought there might be three of us. It turned out to be two persons only thankfully because no room with two queens and one twin exists at this hotel. And my (just) friend girl and I had to share a bed even though I requested two. I brought this up to management and they said all the two beds were taken - yes, one of them should have been for us! The place is gorgeous, but the service is slow and the hotel should also contact you about arranging a taxi from the ferry because we waited 2 hours at the ferry only to have to take the bus with our luggage. This place needs better staff training to really be 5*

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly. There was an issue with room service as the hotel was full, never-the-less for a 5 star hotel we shouldn’t have had this problem. We could not eat dinner (room service) at 10pm because they were too busy. Other than that it was a great hotel

Really great stay made special by the staff

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel, even though it was just for one night. We stayed here as part of a trip for my girlfriend's birthday, and Maria in guest relations very kindly arranged some nice balloons in the room for us.

The beach area is really nice, clean, and not too busy, and there's plenty of places around the pool too. The Spa is really nice, one of the best I've been to.

Will definately be back at some point, hopefully for longer!

Beautiful Hotel

I Loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the sandy beach across the road and the pool area was beautiful. Very relaxing stay and just the right distance for me to the centre of Kos. It's a long time since I had such a relaxing holiday and I didn't want to leave!!.

We liked the clean sandy private beach, the peacefulness of this child-free hotel and the friendly atmosphere.
Although our room had a kettle, there are no teabags nor some coffee, so you have to bring your own or go to shop for them. From such a tremendous hotel we would expect an espresso machine with some capsules in the room. This, however, is our only critique and it can be easily fixed.

Best property on the island!

I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband and I stayed here last year and came back again this year. Not a typical move for us, so it speaks to how much we loved it. The staff is lovely. The breakfast buffet has a ton of variety. The pool is great, if a bit cold, and you always will find a lounge chair. And the Cuvee restaurant is a can't miss. Best food we've ever had.

Superb hotel with very attentive staff.

The welcome to the hotel was warm and friendly. This was a mark of the superb standard of this hotel throughout our stay - nothing was too much trouble for any staff member. Breakfast was of a very high standard. The massages in the spa very excellent.

Lovely spa hotel

very relaxing and peaceful. Could not swim as too cold in october therefore no use made of private pool. Spa was lovely Staff were very helpful - pointed us to good restaurants to eat in Kos.

Nice hotel in a not-so-nice location

Decent property that, in my opinion is more of a four than five star hotel. Very friendly frontline team who were always smiling and helpful. Cold pool was a disappointment. Hotel itself very nice, but at the end of a scruffy, depressing road. 20+ minute walk into the centre.

The precious gem of Kos

Probably the best hotel in Kos. This is small hotel, adults only. Fantastic service and probably the friendliest staff we ever encountered in all our travelling. Make sure you experience the creative haute cuisine of the Cuvee restaurant which by itself is a truly memorable experience. Chef, thank you once again. The hotel has a small Spa that was also great with experienced therapists. We really enjoyed both the very relaxing Saxophone evening and the BBQ evening by the pool area under the beautiful stars.

Staff were absolutely fabulous...nothing was too much trouble. There is a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers,umbrellas and a large grassed area. The hotel is opposite the beach, albeit with a road in between and the beach is very quiet and private. KOS town is a 30 minute walk or 7euros in a cab ride away. As it is very cheap and easy to hire bikes many people seem to choose this option.
The only criticism, which seems quite petty is that if you are unluckily enough to have bad weather there are no comfy chairs in the hotel reception / bar area to sit for a long period of time.
Overall, excellent.

A fantastic stay at Aqua Blue!

This beautiful boutique hotel exceeded or expectations from the get-go. Costas and the team at the front made us feel welcome instantly with exceptional service, lots of smiles and a welcome drink. We were then taken to our room after a tour of the hotel and surprised with a room upgrade to a superior suite with private pool. They even provided me with a pregnancy pillow for my growing bump! And that was all within one hour! The rest of the stay was wonderful...delicious breakfast everyday, fantastic spa and team, the gym, lovely pool and area, and best of all, all the staff at the hotel. Everyone was so lovely and made you feel a million dollars. It's the staff that make the Aqua Blue so special.

Fantastic holiday. Just what we wanted for our babymoon! Hotel is lovely and staff couldn't have done more for us. Everyone was so friendly but not pushy in any way. Hotel is about a half hour walk from Kos town. Not a very exciting walk but very easy and safe. Always plenty of sunbeds around the pool and grounds, great breakfast and also enjoyed some of the events the hotel put on in the evenings including an outdoor film night and the Greek Meze night in the restaurant. Would happily recommend to anyone and would go back

Just wow!

Great hotel, great service, quiet, close to the beach and the signature pool suite is just amazing. Also spending the day on the bigger pool or beach is great. I can highly recommend to rent a car since this way it's very easy to get to Kos Town and surrounding beaches and Tavernas (Ampeli wine yard)

Exclusive boutique spa hotel very close to beach.

Without doubt the No.1 hotel on Kos. Arrived early morning, check-in quick efficient room already available . Room good size , very clean , calming contemporary design in white and dark grey with views over sea and mountains. V
comfortable bed and beautiful bath products plus fluffy bath robe to relax in early evening whilst having cool gin and tonic on balcony. Restaurant open to allow welcome breeze to flow through at breakfast or dinner. Buffet breakfast excellent, fresh fruits, cheeses,local specialities , delicious honey dripping off honeycomb , freshly baked breads plus al a carte menu (no extra charge) . Very efficient, friendly waiters discreetly around to serve endless supply of fresh orange juice and coffee. BBQ evening around pool at sunset was excellent, portion sizes are enormous be warned(!) menu delicious . Pool is stunning surrounded by very comfortable beds and parasols and grassed area with further beds. Staff on hand to serve drinks and small menu at poolside or open terrace or relax on very comfortable sofas. Sandy beach is across road with exclusive area for hotel. Very comfortable beds and parasols and Angel the beach boy does an excellent job keeping it clean, serving drinks and snacks plus a cooling sorbet at midday.The front of house staff Athena, Iro and Romeo, concierge Kostas, are absolutely outstanding . Always smiling, friendly, efficient, restaurant recommendations brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Spa divine Vivienne excellent. Greek gem.

Come here if you are a foodie!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little gem of a hotel. The food was outstanding, the staff were incredibly attentive, professional and personable and the building, pool and rooms were of a very high standard. A true boutique hotel with lots of individual, arty touches. This place is extremely well managed and all the staff do an excellent job, with a smile and a genuine interest in doing a good job to make your stay the best it can be. Exceptional! I honestly can't fault it.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with amazing facilities

Everything about the room and the hotel was incredible - as soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and shown around the hotel. We were then taken to our room which was immaculate - the bathroom was open plan (expect the toilet) and beautifully finished, the room itself was big and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in one of the pool suites which was incredible - although the main pool was lovely, it was a real treat to have our own space / pool! It was also adults only which was a nice treat for a summer holiday!

Sorry but Disappointed

We had a one week experience at Aqua Blue Hotel, the location is wonderful, stunning sunsets but not ideal for a honeymoon.
We were given 2 single beds pushed together to make one King bed....really for a Luxury Boutique Hotel this is not up to standard.
Also we were under the impression that this was exclusively an adults only hotel, but was also open to the sister hotel down the road, which we should have stayed at!!!
Also we understand that the economics are currently bad in Greece but the cocktail and menu price is over rated big time at this boutique hotel.

Brilliant - Definitely The Place to Stay!!!

Exceptional stay! I had the most wonderful stay at Aqua Blue and can not recommend this hotel more. I booked this hotel for my husbands birthday and from the moment we arrived I knew we'd done the right thing. The service is exceptional! They do EVERYTHING to make your stay better. The hotel facilities are great. We hired bikes and were able to cycle everywhere. The rooms are clean and we had a great view of the sea. The pool and spa facilities were just amazing. I could recommend this hotel more!
This hotel was the highlight of my trip!

Brilliant hotel and beautiful location!

This is a wonderful hotel which is in a beautiful location and has the most brilliant staff. They cannot do enough for you and give a great service. The rooms are spacious (we had a great room with a seaview and balcony), well equipped and the bed is supersized. The pool area is lovely with comfortable sunbeds, and the beach is very close where you have sunbeds, too, and bar service if needed. The restaurant is very good with excellent service (a great sunset thrown in!). It certainly earns its five star status, and being brought towels whether you are at the pool or the beach is a joy. Not having to carry so much, and they even give you a beach/pool bag. The hotel design is fabulous, very contemporary and good quality. The staff are truly amazing with a genuine friendliness and warmth, from the minute you arrive. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have visited (not just in Greece, but elsewhere in Europe, too!) Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice, and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms! A must for us..

A wonderful place to relax

A beautiful hotel next to the beach and within a 30 minute walk (10 minute cycle) of Kos town. The staff are wonderful, couldn't do enough for us and the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was amazing. It's a small, friendly hotel with the facilities of a large hotel. There is a lot to see and do in Kos town so I would recommend hiring a bike. There are miles of cycle paths to enjoy in Kos town and along the coast road. We used the spa during our stay and again I would recommend treating yourself to a session in the spa.
