They’re amazing hospitality. The hotel is very clean. The staff are amazingly friendly and very hospitable and the room is incredibly clean and warm because it’s cold here in winter. The hotel is a story on its own beautiful hotel beautiful people.

The room was very small and there was not enough space to put away your clothes. We lived out of our suitcase. The noise from the mosque in the early morning woke us up and there were dogs barking throughout the night and early morning.

I had a great experience at the hotel. It’s a beautiful property with wonderful views of the city and very nice rooms an amenities. Property is nice, rooms really need an upgrade. There is no AC only a standing cooler which u have to ask them to put ice every night, but still it was very hot in the room. Staff was very nice beside the lady at the reception dint have a good attitude, made me wait half hr then asked the guy to go check the mini bar so she can charge me for the things we used from mini bar, why make me wait half hr and then call the guy to go check to room. No thank u or bye after paying. Not coming back.

The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.

It was terrible experience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Lady at the reception is very rude. I had to stay in a different hotel because I didn’t wanted to deal with her rudeness. Couldn’t get a refund because this hotel doesn’t have a cancellation option. And I already booked two rooms, so my family had to stay.
The hotel service is terrible. You have to pay to warm up indoor pool 45€ per person, otherwise it is very cold to swim. Sauna is also 45€ per person. Rooms don't have windows. Breakfast is decent but you have to wait a lot and ask for everything separately.
Building and designs are great but service is terrible!
Overall it is not worth to stay at this hotel. Lady at the reception ruined our stay.
From our 8 different hotel during our 20 days trip in Turkey, this hotel was by far the worst. For this amount of money that they ask for rooms and extra services you better stay in a 5 star hotel and still safe some money.

The most incredible place to stay

I have travelled to a lot of places and stayed in lots of different hotels and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed at. The rooms are absolutely stunning, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The views are impeccable and the breakfast was the best food I’ve had in Turkey. I would very very highly recommend staying here, I have never been so comfortable or happy to stay anywhere.

Elika caves was amazing! I loved our cozy cave room! The hotel as amazing views and is located on a quite street so noise is not an issue. The staff here are exceptional! They are always there to help you book an excursion or point you in the direction of something fun to do! I highly recommend. You can also see the hot air balloons in the morning.

Luxury charming boutique hotel

Elika Cave Suites
Upon arrival, the warm welcome at Elika Cave hotel was quite refreshing after the very long drive. Check in was quick and efficient and our suite was just a minutes walk away from reception. The charming walkway with its colorful flower pots and authentic decor instantly filled us with delight!

The Suite 503
I cannot describe the warmth I felt in this gorgeous stone suite. It was as if though we turned back the clock 100 years, in this luxurious cave room, and I absolutely loved it!

Our cave suite featured antique arm chairs, lanterns, ornaments, antique cutlery, beautiful turkish rugs, an enchanting closet, and my favourite: a delightful telephone!
And a TV. A normal tv, that we never bothered using. It was so normal.

The bathroom
I felt like royalty standing infront of the floral designed gold mirror, with its matching vanity and oh-so-pretty bathroom accessories. The jacuzzi, and shower were good too, but the mirror & vanity just took my breath away!

The Restaurant. No 10
Elika Caves Suites features an enchanting restaurant, with beautiful views of the town and a lovely outdoor terrace. The food was delicious, but the decor was what attracted me to go back again! Do visit the bathrooms here, even if you dont need to!! It transports you to a time of magic and splendor!
Ok, you get it. I absolutely loved this place!!

Our stay in this luxurious boutique hotel was just for a night. Service was exceptional & the location was superb.

Not as good as it seems..

During check-in, all was friendly.

During check-out, our request for temporary storage of our luggages were declined until I ‘begged’ them to do it. Initially they just wanted to leave our luggages outside the reception under the sun for 4 hours until we picked them up.

It appears that they do not provide such a service to customers at all.

The room was comfortable, just that it’s very sandy on the ground, probably due to it being a cave suite.

There also wasn’t any air-conditioning in the room. It’s only upon request that they brought a fan to our rooms. Our rooms were literally as hot as an oven during the day.

Despite it being reviewed fairly good over the years, I don’t think my friends and I will ever stay here again during our next trip to Cappadocia.

This hotel is completely fraud.The rooms are not at all as advertised.I booked a delux room on the website and the room they gave us was shabby and dirty and dingy and tiny.When we complained they said we can give you the room exactly like in pictures you are seeing online at time of booking but you will have to pay us more.We refused to pay and complained to cheaptickets and got our refund through cheaptickets.I had to attach and send the pictures of the actual room and even the supervisor couldn’t believe how bad the room is and immediately processed the refund.The manager and the staff are absolute frauds and rude.I would highly advise against staying at this hotel.However they did have an amazing spread of breakfast.Very impressive.

nice attentive and ever pleasing staff; little bit of issue with the lights (one switch controls all the lights) so can't leave one individual light on; They prepared good simple vegetarian food for us; Just that we did not know how \"cave tech\" works in heating the flooring and the whole place; Stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time; there is a nice castle just a stones throw away from the hotel; Wifi can be a little bit challenging ...... but anyway its the caves...we are living in

Elika Cave Suites was the best decision I made this vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful with a great view. The breakfast is delightful. The staff are all lovely and full of good advice about the area. They really make the hotel complete.

I only wish I had stayed longer! Every hotel after this is going to pale in comparison.

A gem of a hotel with an utterly fantastic staff

I've never seen hotel service like this before! Emir and his staff were utterly committed to making our stay comfortable and effortless. They advised us on day trips, arranged drop offs at local sights and gave us very good advice on restaurants, museums and the like. The hotel itself is a real gem--we arrived during its soft opening, but things were set up beautifully for us:a gorgeous cave suite with a luxurious four poster bed, a huge bathtub, and separate rain shower stall. Everything was gorgeously appointed in a style to match the area--Cappadocia--meaning traditional Turkish fabrics and decorations. The village is a little off the beaten path, but that made for a restful stay, and with the logistical support that they provided, everything worked seamlessly. A long term visitor might consider renting a car--because the area is vast and the roads are generally clear and easy to drive. We did not, and got along fine. I'll absolutely direct friends to this place.

Bu oteli maalesef kimseye tavsiye edemem.
Otelde konakladığımız dönemde, tesisin genelinde ciddi bir tadilat çalışması vardı. Ne yazık ki, girişte bu konuda hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bu yüzden ne dinlenmek mümkün oldu, ne de güzel bir atmosfer hissetmek — çünkü otelin birçok bölümü kazılmış, kapalı ya da gürültülüydü.
Odamızın tam karşısında matkapla çalışma yapılıyordu, bu gerçekten kabul edilemez.
Böyle bir gürültü varken nasıl dinlenilebilir anlamak mümkün değil.
Bu durum özellikle çocuklu aileler veya yaşlı misafirler için hem rahatsız edici hem de güvenlik açısından riskli. Beş yıldızlı bir otelden beklenen standartlarla kesinlikle örtüşmüyor.
Resepsiyon ekibinin yaklaşımı da oldukça yetersizdi — misafirle iletişim ve misafirperverlik anlamında ciddi bir eksiklik hissediliyor.
Kahvaltı çok sınırlıydı; sunum zayıf ve çeşit azdı. Odalar da havasız, biraz eski ve bakım ihtiyacı var.
Kısacası, otel tadilattayken açık kalmamalıydı. Önce yenileme tamamlanmalı, sonra misafirlere tekrar açılmalı.

洞窟ホテルに泊まってみたくて宿泊。彼女と二人　とにかく狭い。信じられないくらい狭い　セミダブルに大人二人か？　シャワールームから流れ出る水でブースは水浸し。カーテン幅が狭く、部屋全体を覆えない。朝食はよかった。

Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, aber das ist alles, was ich loben kann! Wir hatten nicht die Konditionen, die auf der Expedia-Seite angeboten wurden. Anstelle eines Bettes gab es ein unbequeme Klappbett und rund um unser Apartment (eigentlich ich habe ein Deluxe-Zimmer bezahlt, aber wir bekamen ein Apartment mit Küche und eine Mini Toilette, die sehr übel roch) wurde gebaut, es war laut und sehr staubig, es war ekelhaft!
Der Service war nicht aufrichtig, es gab Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die ihre zickige Art nicht verheimlichten!
Nein, das habe ich für so viel Geld nicht erwartet....

Genel olarak iyi bir tatil geçirdik.Yaşadığımız sıkıntılar ise odamızdaki televizyon çalışmıyordu görevli arkadaşı çağırmamıza rağmen çok bilgili birisi değildi kablo kontrol etti kumandayla 2 oynadı ve televizyonda değil yayında diyip gitti televizyonsuz kaldık maalesef..
Minibar ücretleri ve yemek ücretleri biraz pahalı onu bilerek geliniz.
Ortamı ambiyansı gayet güzel havuz olanağı ve oradaki konfor çok iyi resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımsever. Otopark desteği otel sunuyor.
Economic cave oda biraz ufak alırken ona dikkat ediniz diğer odaları tercih edebilirsiniz.

Hidden gem in Cappadocia, a mandatory visit!

Gorgeous hotel with high level of service.
Perfect for special occasion such as honeymoond or anniversary. The location is magnificent and the restaurant superb. Will definitely come back!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sowohl von innen als auch von außen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in Ürgüp ist es wirklich das schönste. Der Pool ist super schön, auch generell die Bebauung, die ganzen römischen und griechischen Eindrücke sind wunderbar.
Der Spa-Bereich ist auch sehr schön, die Preise sind auch vollkommen in Ordnung.
Was mich ehrlicherweise aber gestört hat, war die Kommunikation im Restaurant. Es konnten leider nur sehr wenige gut englisch sprechen, oft wusste man nicht wovon man spricht wenn man etwas aus der Karte bestellen wollte. Zudem hat es wirklich sehr lange gedauert bis die Kellner mal auf einen zugekommen sind und gefragt haben was man essen möchte. Mir hat hierbei ein wenig der Service und das warmherzige gefehlt, was ich zb aus den Hotels in Antalya kenne.
Das Essen allerdings war immer frisch und sehr lecker. Sie hatten wirklich ein großes Angebot.
Das Frühstück war auch gut, nur wird es nach 7 Tagen logischerweise irgendwann langweilig. Aber dafür können sie ja nichts.
Insgesamt war es sehr schön, mir hat aber der zuvorkommende Service, ein paar lächelnde und freundliche Gesichter gefehlt.
Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und sie waren auch sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es geht also nur um das Restaurant was ich bemängelt habe.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Cave Style.
Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern in dem Zimmer mit der Terrasse und Whirlpool. (Eine Nacht ca. 270€)

Sehr Aufmerksames Personal und sehr gutes Essen mit viel Auswahl . ( 960TL Abendessen)

Es gibt ein großes Poll im Hotel der von jedem Kunden benutzt werden kann.

Im Allgemeinen sehr gut gelungenes Hotel mit Osmanischen und Römischen Motos in den Zimmern.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden erneuert dort übernachten.
