I love this hotel!! Perfect in every way! Our family went at the low season time so there’s basically no one there. We got the pool to ourselves. There are bikes for everyone to ride to the beach which is like 10 minutes away.The breakfast was great too. And the staffs are the most friendly people ever! Highly recommended!!

Ging at the front desk was awesome. Great staff. Room was large with 2 decks, one is a roof top. 10 pools and a fitness center, and the coconut restaurant. Great food and drinks. Aob and others at the restaurant were great too. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Really clean and natural.
I dont think iv enjoyed staying anywhere as much as here.

Wonderful place to stay ! Great for making day trips, we had such a lovely time here, the apartment was perfect with cooking facilities, and nice and big for the children to play and watch the big TV (treat time:) The breakfast buffet was ideal for us as a family and we enjoying ordered room service at night, the food was delicious :) Highly recommend it here and much preferred it to Dolphin Bay Resort as it was nice to be away from the busy zone !

Lovely place, I will definitely come back to stay here. Really friendly staff, providing excellent service. The place was nice and quiet, clean and in very good condition, wonderful garden setting, with several swimming pools. The food in the restaurant, esp lunch and dinner was delicious, with a good choice and very reasonably priced. Very spacy rooms and each apartment with their own roof terrace, and Wifi was good and reliable. The location is convenient, although the village is a bit quiet with not much to do (which suited me fine), although the Khao Sam Roi Yot park is nearby (10-15 kms), nice for hikes.

Super happy. Missed check in by 4 minutes, but they left everything at the desk for us. Could not be happier with our stay.

Reasonable price with all provided facilities in your villa - I loved the ambiance. You can also get a free bicycle to bike by Samroiyot beach for free. It's also close to 7-11, which is important from time to time right?

The only thing that bothered me a bit during the stay was the clogged drain....

Can't wait to go back!

We stayed in a one bedroom pool apartment and absolutely loved it! The apartment was bright and had good air-con throughout! Staff came in every day to make/change the bed covers, empty bins and clean floors etc. The only minor gripe was the top of the fridge (where the mini bar price list was) was quite sticky and needed a good clean, no issue with any other areas. We had a table and chairs outside both front and back of our apartment along with a large roof terrace where there was a large table and chairs and sunbeds. There was also a shower on our roof terrace which was great for a quick cool down when sun bathing! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We hired a moped at the beach village for the duration of our stay which was perfect for getting around. Breakfast was included with our room rate and there was a good choice every morning. The restaurant also served food all day, we dined there once and got room service another night, both times the food was excellent and well presented. The surrounding area was lovely and we can't wait to go back!

It was an idyllic resort for us. We had 4 apartments in a 6 apartment enclave sharing one swimming pool. It was a short walk to the dining area, a relatively recent construction of a round wooden structure of poles and beams supporting a huge thatched roof. The food was affordable and consistently good, breakfast was a good variety with plenty to eat. We ate almost every meal here over 5 nights and the service was great. The resort was a few hundred metres from the beach, a tranquil fishing port for locals but not a swimming beach as even when the tide is in it is still very shallow. Free bicycle use made it easy to get around the beach area – for massage, eating etc. however, for further afield a car is required to reach better beaches, the Burma border, and national parks with various attractions. Massage can be had in the resort or in your room, tours are advertised but it seems they are more transfers/taxis than tours, and therefore not good value, few people are using them it seems. Each room varies, with differing facilities.

An absolutely fabulous resort.Very high quality (not sure why it isn't a 5*, rather the 4.5* it is).Fantastically helpful staff.Great location just back from the sandy 2-mile long beachfront, a short walk away.There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants.Also within relatively easy distance of the surrounding attractions, but we suggest a hire car which we obtained cheaply in Hua Hin.
Lovely and quiet, very relaxing, and beautiful grounds. We had a 2-bedroom apartment which, with 5 other apartments, surrounds the perfectly sized pool.It is spacious and the rooftop patio area is an excellent added bonus.The pool being right outside the front door is very convenient and a very pleasant swim.
Hua Hin is a 40 minute taxi ride, a bit quicker driving and has numerous incredibly large modern shopping centers.There are also various night markets and a floating market to the west of the city - although it is more of an abundance of traders around a lake (take your mossi spray).But some great bargains to be had.
This was a very reasonable cost holiday - albeit just out of the main season.E.g., we had 16 nights in 5* accommodation, with 2 nights in Bangkok for less than the cost of a 9 night Gran Canaria holiday. Thailand is ridiculously cheap by western standards.A 1-2 course meal&drinks for 2 is less than £15.Even pushing the boat out (at the fantastic steak restaurant on the beachfront) our 3 course meal + 2 drinks each was just over £25.
In conclusion absolutely brilliant.

Clean and quiet just what we wanted

We hired a motorbike (they had free bicycles too but mostly too hot to ride) and we went out every day for a ride... especially to look at the lovely limestone mountains and rode to small villages too which was great fun.

Our best find was cafe Moroc about 30 mins north and on the water.....great great food especially the chocolate lava cake.

We had a garden villa and walked to the nearby pool and it was lovely if you prefer a bit more quiet!

Good good ( not great) but we also ate down the local strip of a few nice restaurants.

I will be going back for sure !

Unfortunately did not see or use much of the out of room facilities due to illness, what I can say are the rooms are huge, clean and really well appointed, more than comfortable for two days convulsing. I would really like too thank the staff for the concern they showed to both myself and wife always asking after my well being and provinding unprompted assistance....it was appreciated and will never be forgotten Thank you.

Great family get a way! Good value for money!

Stayed here with a friend and my son for a long weekend. Great staff, clean rooms and nice restaurant. The villas are comfortable and located around a pool. All villas have a roof top sun deck and are well designed and spacious.

Great Family experience!

I travelled with my husband and my 2 sons, 22 & 26 yrs old! The best thing was the fact that they accommodate us to check in as early as 10:00 am and then checked out at 12 the following day! Our villa was big enough for the 4 of us! We have enjoyed riding the bicycle provided free for all the tenants to use! Room service body massage, Food and service were superb!

Nice,quiet resort

We were staying there end of March - beginning of April, which is end of season. Was very quiet, hardly any people there, but we didn't mind that. Resort is guite big and very well looked after. Staff super nice and helpful. Free bikes, and scooter rental for reasonably price. About 10 min walk to the sea and local restaurants. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

they sprayed ant killer into the AC and didn't bother to run the AC for a while to get rid of it so the first 24 hours of our stay was pretty bad. it stunk up the whole place and my girlfriend had a headache. we told the manager but she didn't move us to another room or even try to compensate us in any way. the room was also damaged with a big hole in one of the nightstands and one of the drawers had fallen apart. there was also a lot of mold on some of the curtains.
the other staff (front desk and restaurant) were very friendly and took care of us very well.
the restaurant and grounds were very nice.

Highly recommended for a peaceful vacation

We had stayed in the SamRoiYod area before, so we knew what to expect there - it's a beautiful stretch of beach that's not terribly developed and is fairly quiet. The Away Beach, though, that totally blew us away! It was so beautiful, and the rooms were so large, we mostly wanted to stay inside for the first day or two and just enjoy the space, air conditioning and wifi. It even had a decent view! We were looking for something restful, and this definitely qualified. It wasn't exactly perfect - it's just slightly too far away from the beach (400-500m) to be perfect. But it was a fantastic stay! They provide bicycles that you can take out any time, which was the most convenient way to get outside the grounds of the resort, either for a meal or to go to the beach. The people who manage the resort are Danish, friendly and speak excellent English.
The onsite restaurant was great, very convenient, with good food and competitive prices, although it is outdoors so it can be quite warm at times.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you like a peaceful, beautiful resort, and you don't mind biking to the beach or to explore.

Very relaxing area

It's not at Hua Hin and about 40km away, the district is named Sam Roi Yot which is very relaxing area and good place to those wanna escape from crowd.
The resort is very nice, a swimming pool just outside the villa, free bicycle, coconut trees around, restaurant inside the resort. Saw some guests playing badminton and darts, guess they borrowed from the resort.
Approx. 5mins. by bicycle to the beach and there are massages stalls, bars, cafe & restaurants, resorts/hotels and grocery stores on the side.
The assistant front desk officer who can't speak english is very helpful and a caring person. Although she can't speak english, she can understand our needs. The Manager (western man) also helpful and caring.

Nice Hotel with great services

Very relax and peaceful environment. The pool is just right outside the hotel villa and my kids jump to the pool every single day at the villa. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the hotel closed to midnight and the staff allowed us to rest at the villa first and do the paperwork the next day.

Great hotel for a restful vacation

the Beach Village is one of the greatest places we have ever stayed at! The suite was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool was incredible and the grounds were wonderful. The scent of plumeria was everywhere, it was intoxicating! The restaurant was wonderful and had tasty meals. Breakfast was well served with plenty of choices. The stall were all accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet, restful vacation.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the 300 peaks national park. It is located about 1/4 mile from the beach. The rooms and pools at the resort are very nice. I would stay again.

Stedet er rigtig hyggeligt og værelserne er i god stand og veludstyret. Fx har de mange tv kanaler og god kaffefacilitet. Stort køle- og fryseskab samt andre køkkenfaciliteter er rigtig fine.

Servicen er rigtig god, og personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme.

Situé dans une plantation de noix de coco, d’une soixantaine de suites, regroupées par 6 autour d’une piscine.
Suites de standing, très spacieuses, avec tout confort. Plusieurs disposent d’un rooftop terrasse.
The Beach Village Resort propose de nombreux services. Le personnel est aimable et au petit soin.
A environ 800m de la plage, mais vous disposez gratuitement d’un parc de vélos.
Loin de la foule, endroit calme, idéal pour vous reposer.
Pas de transport en commun, mais possibilité de louer un scooter ou un side car, top pour découvrir la région avec les cheveux au vent.

Vi var også på Beach Village sidste år og der var der ikke noget at pege fingre af, men i år var det en anden bolig og både vores og naboens toilet virkede virkelig dårligt. Kunne næsten ikke trække ud. Bruseren var heller ikke noget værd da der dårligt kom vand ud af den.
Sengen var rigtig dårlig og det endda på trods af vi fik en ekstra madras ovenpå. Hård som sten og ikke en seng jeg ville have om jeg så fik den foræret.
Morgenmaden var fin og servicen god. Den øvrige mad i restauranten er en smule under middel og temmelig dyr.
Personalet er virkelig flinke og hjælpsomme.
På trods af toiletforholdenes ringe tilstand så havde vi et dejligt ophold og måske var vi bare uheldige med lige den bolig.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at The Beach Village. I have stayed here before so the comfortable, convenient and spacious 2 room apartment with rooftop terrace was quite familiar. The Beach Village is set in a coconut tree forest about 5 minutes walk from the beach and the central area of Sam Roy Yort. The rural area offers a cosy and quiet atmosphere with some breathtaking views of hills and islands. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area although car transportation is necessary after investigating the tranquility of the immediate area on foot or by bicycle. There are several swimming pools and bicycles available for guests.

Will definitely consider coming to Sam Roy Yort again and will most probably book an apartment here again too

Apparemment spacieux situé autour d'une piscine agréable, c'est assez joli mais plutôt complexe de grande taille, bien entretenu, nous avons toujours eu la piscine pour nous tout seul. La proximité de la plage (accessible à pieds en 10 minutes) et des petites restaurants est un vrai plus. C' est beau mais pas beaucoup de charme selon nous.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Ce sont des appartements de plain pied avec un terrasse à l'étage. Le service est très bien. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Resto très bon mais avec le prix d'un resto dans un hôtel.
C'est très confortable. Velo en prêt gratuit.
Nous y étions en basse saison.

Mycket trevlig o hjälpsam personal, vilket egentligen är räddningen för denna resort som ligger ute i ödemarken. Närliggande strand \"Dolpin Bay\" är ett tråkigt kapitel, skulle kunnat vara riktigt fint där men är riktigt nedgånget o skräpigt. På strandgatan blandas det med fina hotell, halvbyggda hus o riktiga stinkande soptippar! Vill man ha lugn och ro kan man åka hit men det är svårt att hitta på något utanför resorten, tråkigt för det skulle kunna vara fantastiskt fint. Villan vi bodde i var nästan för stor o lite nedgången, tätt i avloppet o död gecko med myror på när vi öppnade dörren vid ankomst.

Große Wohneinheit mit Pool vor dem Eingang, jedoch bereits veraltet und stark abgewohnt. Die besten Zeiten des Hotels sind vorbei. Schlaf war schwierig, da man auch bei der kleinsten Stufe der Klimaanlage ständig angepustet wurde, sodass die Atemwege ausgetrocknet sind (die Klimaanlage war gegenüber vom Bett angebracht). Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein.

Suiten mit Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer

Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und großräumig, mit Bad, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer und Sonnendach. Unseres (Garden View) lag allerdings so, dass man von zwei Seiten reinsehen konnte, wenn man zum Restaurant gegangen ist.
Das Personal ist super freundlich, allerdings teilweise so schlecht im Englischen, dass Prawns und Pork verwechselt werden, die Vorspeisen falsch kommen,... und das obwohl sogar in der Speisekarte darauf gezeigt wurde. Die Preise des Restaurants sind deutlich höher als in den Restaurants (ohne dazugehöriges Hotel/Ressort) am Strand. Die Zeiten der Rezeptionsöffnung sind auch ungewöhnlich kurz.
Fahrräder, die in anderen Unterkünften kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen, kosten 100Bht pro Tag, die „besseren“ Mountainbikes 150Bht.
Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen wären sehr angenehm gewesen. Positiv war die Bereitstellung von Frühstück to Go, da unser Taxi zum Busbahnhof bereits um 7.30 abfuhr.
Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 400m. Man kann also problemlos vorgehen.

Mahtava kokemus!! Huoneet erittäin tilavat. Meillä oli 120 neliöinen kahden makuuhuoneen talo jossa kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja kattoterassi. Jaettu uima-allas kuuden muun talon kanssa, mutta saimme nauttia altaasta lähes yksin koko kahden viikon reissun.

Henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa. Kaikkeen mihin apua tarvittiin niin saatiin hyvällä palveluasenteella. Siivous hoitui mallikkaasti joka päivä. Yksinkertainen aamiainen, mutta meille riittävän hyvä. Ruokapaikkoja oli lähellä ja pieniä elintarvikekauppojakin löytyi. Shoppailumahdollisuuksia ei ollut, mutta vuokraamalla skootterin pääsi 20 minuutissa kaupoille.

Meillä oli epävirallinen vihkiminen rannalla hotellin järjestämänä erittäin hyvällä hintalaatusuhteella. Saimme kaiken mitä halusimme ja juuri niin kuin halusimme. Mahtava ja ikimuistoinen kokemus ja siitä suuri kiitos resort managerille ja muulle henkilökunnalle. Ehdottomasti vierailisin uudestaan täällä.

Rolig og fint sted.

Bra leilighetshotell med fin beliggenhet. Nydelige omgivelser. Hyggelig betjening. God frokost og ellers god mat. Rommet ok, noe slitt, men harde madrasser/puter. Grei avstand til strand og spisesteder. Fint å kunne leie sykler for å kunne komme rundt. Passer best for voksne uten barn.

Dejligt afslappende hotel i flotte omgivelser

Dejlig lys og rummelig 2 vær bolig m/stor tagterrasse. Flot have og rigtig god restaurant m sødt personale. Fin swimmingpool og super service m/ lånecykler, når man ville et smut på stranden. Rigtig idyllisk, når man er indenfor hotelområdet. Kan anbefales

公司年会一行15个人入住了5个晚上，总体来讲都非常棒，服务还算及时热情。说几个略有欠缺的：1 取名beach resort实际却离海滩有一段距离，好在酒店内有免费自行车租用；2 房间内部装修简单，浓浓的宜家性冷淡风，对于住惯fancy酒店的人来说会不习惯；3 每天都有客房部来打扫房间，这是称赞，但不足的是打扫的效果一般，不是忘记换毛巾就是忘记清垃圾桶；4 我们有一个人一岁的宝宝，入住的时候说没有婴儿床提供

Relaxing place with delicious food

Very nice place to stay, bungalow style semi-detached houses with a pool for a block of several units. Pool with slightly salted water hence no or few chlorine, very comfortable! A beautiful open restaurant with delicious and reasonably priced food, made and served by very nice staff! To discover the surroundings, a car is recommended, some interesting places to visit in the nearby \"national park\" with some demanding hiking paths but awesome scenery. A perfect place to relax with, only 300m from a beautiful stretch of beach with only very few people, mostly there for the scenery. A slight breeze every day makes the sun and heat well supportable. The only disappointing point was the fact that I was charged 2€50 at check-out for a broken glass from IKEA that is probably worth 0,50€ or less (almost the price of a meal). The charge for an alledgedly consumed beer was eventually withdrawn (\"a mistake\").

Fantastiskt ställe

Vi hade en mycket rymligt och fint rum med två sovrum, två badrum och vardagsrum. Totalt 125 kvm.
Nu under lågsäsong är det mycket lugnt här. Nästan inga gäster. De flesta rummen står tomma. Men all service och restaurangen fungerar bra ändå.

Søde personale taler godt engelsk og Manegen Carsten søde og meget hjælpsom.
Ca.300 meter til stranden der er gratis cykler.ellers kan man leje motorbike for ca.250 bath for en dag

Myrproblem, dyrt och dålig service

Ser fint ut på kort, men inte lika fräscht i verkligheten. Problem med myror och andra insekter som tar sig i än i rummen. Vi hade myrbo i vattenkokaren, men fick inte ens en ny även fast de visste att vi behövde till bebis. Fanns ett kök, men ingen köksutrustning så kunde ändå inte laga nån mat. Städarna diskade inte eller plockade med disken från roomservice. Akta er för maten vid deras barbeque-kvällar. Både kyckling och fläsk var helt rosa inuti. Dyrt och dålig service. Thai-personalen i receptionen kunde dessutom inte engelska så bra. Mycket missförstånd.
