Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too.

I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly.

The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic).

The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well.

We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views.

We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm.

The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk beds. Also it never got warm downstairs. We would stay again beds were comfy and good and big towels.

Probably give it a miss…

One of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Bedrooms are on the inside of the building and there is a strange window between the bedroom
And the landings, noise vibrates around all night making it nearly impossible to get good sleep. Ski lockers are not ‘proper’ ski lockers as in most ski hotels where you’ll find a boot room type setup. Here they’re random metal lockers located throughout the hotel and in many cases outside other people’s apartment doors, meaning that you constantly get the noise of people clattering ski stuff around outside.

The bathroom artwork was also odd and completely inappropriate for a family hotel. ‘Drowning in clunge’ probably isn’t a phrase I thought I’d have to explain to my 7 year old…..

Great stay

Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. Would highly recommend and would stay again….

Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!

V comfortable stay for family (2 adults 2 kids)

V comfortable stay, not too far from lifts and very helpful staff. Would have been nice to have a a few more home comforts in room eg salt and pepper, oil etc for cooking but not a great hardship to get from the shops. V well equipped and duplex v comfortable for family of 4. Made it easy with the kids to stay in if needed.
The guide book could be updated to have restaurant that aren't closed etc, seemed about 7/8 years out of date. Recognized gold benefit and got early check in / late check out.

Perfect base for a family trip to Sierra Nevada

Absolutely perfect base for a ski trip! The staff were incredible - kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our stay. The apartment was cosy, well-equipped and perfect for a family of four. The ski storage was super helpful and the location was excellent- very central but not noisy at night. We can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay in Sierra Nevada

This was our first trip to the Sierra Nevada. The Inside Plaza was a great choice to stay. The hotel is very central and close to everything. A five minute walk to the ski lifts with ski boots.

The room itself was warm and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal during your stay. The main bedroom had two single beds pushed together, we would have preferred a double bed but not a big deal.

The only negative I can think of is that check in time is 5pm. That seems very late and a little inconvenient.

Careful if it’s off-season!

This is a beautiful location, set high in the Sierra Nevada mountains, however I went there at the end of September between seasons, so it was DESERTED! I’m lucky if I saw 10 people on the whole complex.
This ensured i pretty much had the place to myself but the downside was the was NOTHING open! Except for the small “Spar-type” shop. I had to leave the mountains to find something for my evening meal.
Please check if you’re going off-season or during a season, which (I can only imagine) would be awesome. Either way, the scenery is incredible not to be missed.

Unexpected positive summer option

Great experience. Nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Extremely friendly staff. Good and complimentary Wifi service and fantastic location. Very competitive price. As expected, it was quite lonely during the summer and, thus, quiet (although one could hear neighbors at night, which means that walls were not perfectly conditioned).

Great location

It is a great location right in the center of the main plaza very close to ski tickets, lifts, food, grocery store and anything you may need. The couch bed was not very comfortable though it was tolerable. You may get a bit of noise from the plaza, but it quite down reasonably early by Spain standards. The friendly staff will arrange tickets and rentals for you. I really enjoyed having the ability to cook my dinners and breakfasts.

perfect apart-hotel for a trip to the slopes

The hotel is located very conveniently on the square. The ski lifts are close by and there is a desk inside the hotel to buy ski passes. The ski wear and equipment rental is also in the same building.
The room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was also very warm and had plenty of hot water. All very important when staying in a ski resort.
The hotel is also directly above the main car park in Sierra Nevada. Very convenient access, apart from the lift, which only goes to the floor below so you have to take the stairs to get up to the ground floor.
Check in was very quick and efficient. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Located right in front of the village entrance, and have easy access to all the shop and restaurant. Clean and comfort apartment with nice mountain view, and nice staff. Moreover, I made some mistake on the booking, but the hotel allow us to change the stay without penalty. Strongly recommend!

Vi blev uppgraderade till ett väldigt trevligt rum med utsikt och separat sovrum av de supertrevliga personerna i receptionen. Rummet var dock extremt lyhört och värst av allt var när rummer ovanpå spolade i toaletten lät det varje gång som en explosion i vårt sovrum, förstörde nattsömnen.

The apartment was nicely located with a view towards the mountains. If anything:
1. We had a duplex apartment, where the stairs were extremely narrow and hence the luggage was a little bit tricky to carry up and down.
2. Number of power outlets were too few in the bedrooms (considering number of devices each person bring today).

Regarding the village, I was surprised that no bakery opened up before 9 am, so plan your breakfast ahead and don´t expect fresh bread (unless you bake it yourself).

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones, casi todo nuevo.
La única pega que algunos canales de la tele no se veían por falta de señal.

Recomiendo este establecimiento. Hubo un imprevisto el dia de llegada y Belén nos ayudó y lo solucionó muy bien. Todo agradable y muy buena comunicación. El dia de salida nos dejaron amablemente salir mas tarde. Muy recomendable.

El trato fue buenísimo en la recepción y además nos mejoraron la habitación que habiamos reservado.
También habían muchos detalles en la habitación como cafe, te, colacao...
Excelente la calefacción que con el frio que hace se agradece llegar y encontrarse la habitación calentita.

Если для вас главное - удобное местоположение отеля, относительно подъемника- то это хорошее место! Все остальное - сплошное разочарование. Двухместная кровать шириной 160 см, которая стоит посреди комнаты (нет упора для головы и подушки). Для 2х человек- две подушки: одна длиной 100см, другая -120см!!!. Плохой матрас. Самая неудобная кухня, что я видел в своей жизни. А у меня опыт жизни в сотнях отелей. Создатели этого туалета сами пробовали почистить зубы над этой раковиной??? Диван нужно было поменять ещё лет 10 назад. По меньшей мере можно было прикрутить ручки всей мебели на их место. У отеля нет своего паркинга и скидки для жильцов отеля в публичном паркинге - обман! Будте готовы тащить все свои вещи и снаряжение на весьма значительное расстояние из паркинга по брусчатке. Повторюсь: я без преувеличения жил в сотнях отелей и не сильно притязателен, но давно так бездарно не тратил свои деньги! Отель абсолютно не заслуживает своей оценки.

The best service in Sierra Nevada!

Our second visit to Inside Plaza was as good as the first one. The staff is very nice and helpful! My daughter got sick and we asked for later check-out, even though the hotel was fullbooked they arranged so that we could stay there during the entire day. The rooms have a couple of years on their neck but they are clean and spacy.

El Inside está muy bien ubicado y es especialmente cómodo si se viaja con niños a la estación. Tiene lockers en los pasillo y el acceso al parking público está muy cerca, así como las tiendas de alquiler, bares, etc.
El personal de recepción muy amable.
