From check-in with Charlotte to the very end of the stay everything was absolutely perfect. The resort is tucked away amongst the vineyards, a quick walk/shuttle to just about anywhere you could desire. Their on property restaurant was a delightfully delicious surprise. We loved the pool and hot tub and can't say enough about the comfirt and convenience of the room and amenities. We also loved the incredible night sky view. We will absolutely return on a future visit to the area. Thank you to the entire team for everything.

Have stayed at this property on many occasions over the last several years and was very disappointed this time road. Understand all properties aim to operate economically but to find out units are only serviced after four days; this includes towels & minibar. Only two towels were supplied for our stay (no spares). Bathroom floor temperature had been turned down and we were only able to use once device at a time on the wifi. Made our complaints known to the manager on check out but he didn't to take them on board. Won't be going back.

Simply stunning. Our winemakers' cottage was cosy, beautifully decorated and exquisitely comfortable, with a variety of seating/living spaces and excellent in-room facilities. Wonderful spa bath, and glorious King bed. We got room service for dinner and enjoyed delicious lamb with sides, so plentiful we has leftovers for lunch next day! The staff were lovely, and the environment utterly peaceful, private and perfect. We will return!

We had booked a winemaker’s cottage for one night and were upgraded to a lakeside cottage on arrival. I think they are similar just the lakeside has a nicer outlook from the back veranda. The cottages are spacious and very well appointed with a separate living area, large bathroom, and good-sized kitchen. Everything you could need is included and it is all very comfortable and clean.
Continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was basic but good. Optionally you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast and barista coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and the resort also included a pool and tennis court which would be nice if you were staying longer.

This property was quiet, secluded and in a beautiful garden setting. Close to town but out of town, walkable to vineyards and town. Staff were pleasant and not overly present. Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning our whole visit. Our unit was very clean and tidy. Slightly showing some signs of wear and tear. Wifi was not good and needs improving in today’s modern internet settings. The breakfast was simple and nice. Our hot chocolates were not good, needs to improve. Overall very good stay and highly recommended.

That may explain why the vacuuming missed a few things. Also they were servicing the hot tub and deck while we were there. The hotel is nicely located within a 15-mn walk to the center of martinborough but it is very outdated. It was probably very modern 20 years ago but it needs a remodel now.
All the furnitures, both inside and outside the units, are old. Similarly the kitchen and bathroom are old and in need of a renovation.
The breakfast is average at best. There is only bad drip coffee available for free, the toasts are sliced processed white bread instead of fresh bread, most fruits are canned, etc.
The wifi is barely strong enough to make video calls and the staff is not very helpful either.
All the furnitures, both inside and outside the units, are old. Similarly the kitchen and bathroom are old and in need of a renovation.
The breakfast is average at best. There is only bad drip coffee available for free, the toasts are sliced processed white bread instead of fresh bread, most fruits are canned, etc.
The wifi is barely strong enough to make video calls and the staff is not very helpful either.
