The listing did not disclose that this is a pet-friendly hotel. The sheets were filthy and smelled strongly of animals. This was especially problematic for someone with allergies. The cleanliness and lack of accurate disclosure made this a very unpleasant stay.

we had to switch rooms upon arrival as the first one wasn't cleaned properly and had a damaged wall, plus a beeping smoke detector :/ Other things like lukewarm coffee, running out of creamer or waffle mix (waffles were the only breakfast option at 9am), made it not so great.

Upon check in there was food in the fridge from previous visitors. First night as we walked around the room barefoot we found the bottom of our feet to be black !!! Vacuuming isn’t enough on that type of flooring , it needs a wet “Swifter” ! Breakfast buffet was almost nonexistent ! On the positive side they are dog friendly.

Entire hotel was dirty and stinky, room smelled of cigarette smoke & wasn’t clean, people obviously living in the hotel, noisy construction workers everywhere making notice all hours day & night but not working on hotel. My son caught employee’s having sex in the elevator. The laundry facility is disgusting and smells of rats. Very disappointed. Not Wyndham quality at all! Will not be back.

Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out.
One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great.

Checked in super late and the person working front desk was super quick and accommodating about getting us checked in. Really nice guy.

In all honesty, the room needs to be gone over. The shower is pretty scary and the toilet is just straight up cracked. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been remodeled since the 1980s.

We were only staying for a night so it’s not that big a deal but the amount of work the bathroom needs to not look like it’s out of a horror movie is about $100 and four hours of labor

Staff gave us the wrong room. And tried to open our door at 11:30pm that night and threatened to call the police. Once they figured out it was their fault the damage was already done. Not to mention the hotel itself was dated. This was out 1st and last time ever using this hotel.!

We have never had problems with the staff and we are very disappointed in the staff. We think that it had to do with our friend staying with us and she was sick. We couldn’t help that she was sick and we had nowhere else to stay but when she left the staff could have been a lot nice to me knowing that I was homeless and by myself and with a service dog. They should never had banned me for my friends stupidity.

Check-in and checkout was easy and the ac worked ok. That's what was good, but it could never outweigh all the things that were wrong.
The mattress had a sunken section, the pillows weren't pillows, but appeared to be rags stuffed pillowcases. The maid service was left a generous tip but didn't even bother making the bed and the floor couldn't possibly have been mopped anytime recently because after walking on them without shoes, my feet became filthy. The drain in the tub shower was slow. The luggage rack was rusty and unusable. There appeared to be a homeless population living out back and taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The security latch on the door was loose. The furniture was worn and ragged. Hopefully this place will get a complete overhaul. Until it does, absolutely stay away!

While the staff were wonderful and friendly, the room itself lacked any Quality that is in the name. The room was bordeline filthy. After showering and walking from the bathroom to the bed, the bottoms of my feet were black and dirty. I can live without updating and modernization, but there is simply no excuse uncleanliness.

Our sheets were blood stained and oil stained. To make matters worse those sheets looked like they had been laundries but put on the bed stained. Who would do that.
So filthy. I would not want my animals to sleep in those conditions. Had I known this the night before I would have slept in my car. I felt dirty for days afterwards.

Location was convenient, but old/outdated and mediocre describes this hotel. People were friendly, but poor housekeeping and didn't even make up the rooms, had to ask for extra towels (bath towels were almost hand towels).
\"Breakfast\" was a joke. Price was primary factor in staying here, but next time I will pay the extra to stay somewhere else.

Breakfast area was not maintained, no food available when we went to eat. Emergency light units in corridors were inoperable (I'm a fire safety guy). Creepy staff member asked my wife what room she was staying in while they on the elevator. Elevator door opened into the laundry room on several occasions. Building is generally old and worn out.

There were problems with everything. First key didn't work. Then AC was off and difficult to get working. Staff was not of much assistance. Internet was spotty and staff blamed my MAC computer. No problem with my MAC in the lobby by the front desk though. Breakfast was on the horrible side. Tub faucet leaked. Hot and Cold water were opposite of normal. At least elevator worked (but I was on first floor). The other time I was there it was broken and I
was on second floor. As one of my friends said - you get what you pay for. Okay if you don't bring your wife and you are used to camping.

One of the front desk clerk’s was very rude and dismissive toward my husband when he asked for an extra room key card. Advertisement said 5 adults could fit but we didn’t fit comfortably so we left.

Everyone was very nice the room was nice, a few motel normals……..cigarettes burns on the bathtub. Nothing big a deal to complain to about it to the man at the desk who was very very helpful and kind.
The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so nice! The a. C not too loud and very cool!
Checking in, we were greeted so nicely and check out went well.
We had a very nice stay and will stay again when in that area.

while the price was affordable, the hotel is definitely showing all the signs of its age.

Carpet has been removed from the rooms and I'm sorry, but laminate flooring is not very nice in a hotel room.

Hallway trash cans (near vending machines) are filthy from a lack of regular cleaning.

My room was on the 3rd floor and there is a section of the hallway that is supposed to be closed off for the smoking rooms. The only problem with this is that when cleaning is happening the hallway door remains open. It was bad!

The bananas at breakfast were over ripe and the only fruit available.

Again the age of the building is definitely showing.

Window wouldn't close when we went to close it it almost fell into the parking lot. The floor was slippery to the point where if you weren't very careful you would have feel. The room was humid and very sticky feeling and was extremely dirty. For over 300.00 dollars this was absolutely ridiculous and I will definitely not be returning unfortunately
