The room was very spacious and extremely clean. There were a lot of chairs and tables. There was a room that was part of the suite with its own door, which could be locked. The washroom was good. Nothing was really missing or needed in the room. There were no amenities really available in the hotel, but the staff was very helpful, and they provided us with extra pillows when we asked for them. Overall, a really good experience.

The first room we were given had hair on both pillows and some sort of secretion on the sheets. When I went to complain I was asked if it was my wife’s hair. Why would I be complaining if it was our own hair. We were given a second room where the bed looked ok but there were good crumbs on the dresser and hair in the shower stall. We were tired after a long trip so we dealt with it but we will never stay there again.

The floor was filthy. The couch in the room was shredded and should have been thrown in the garbage. I would not take a chance to sit on the couch because it was so disgusting. I couldn’t use the shower because it was too slippery. If I could give it less than terrible I would.
The pictures on the website are totally misleading to the rooms.

The bedding was clean and so was the bathroom. The floors were very dirty. It was a very basic room with new paint. There were two doors to the room. One to the hall and one to the outside parking lot. The door to the parking lot could not be opened with the room key and there was no way to lock the door from the inside. This felt very unsafe and unsettling. The breakfast that was included was very limited and disappointing.

Room was not cleaned well. There was still a wrapper and shipping label from some previous guest on a shelf by the couch. Couch was quite tired (worn out and stained). Cob webs on all wall lights.

Ice machine didn't work at all. Door was held on by old duct tape
Breakfast was so basic, it could barely be called breakfast.

Our stay was not the greatest experience. First we found the bathroom to be subpar. Black mold on the ceiling, the glass shower door was falling off and the toilet was spraying water on the wall from the back when flushed. Rather than going through the hassle of complaining to staff (who were rude the last time we visited) we fixed the door and toilet in order to use the bathroom after driving for 12hrs. Then we found the floor and furniture covered in dirt like the room was barely cleaned. The dresser even had someone else’s clothing (likely dirty) in two of the drawers. The TV satellite box was unplugged too, no big deal but when we when to plug it in the receptacle had exposed main wires and the receptacle was loose in the wall. Most of the bedding and towels were clean, some were found with stains. Our stay was only for 1 night so we chose not to press the issues but overall a disappointing experience.

Our room was nothing like the posted pictures so a huge disappointment right from the start. The rooms were very poorly maintained and desperately in need of an upgrade. Paint was peeling, holes in the walls, deadbolt wouldn’t work, mold/mildew on the baseboards and very dirty along the floor/walls. The breakfast was all carbs and a few pieces of fruit and yogurt…no protein and nothing for those with dietary needs or diabetics. The parking was free which was a bonus.

I honestly did not enjoy my stay. The hotel had a strong smoke smell, not just the room, but the property overall.

I was on a business trip to Drummondville, but all the hotels nearby were fully booked, so I had to book this one. Maybe because it is located near the highway, it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable or clean during my stay. I noticed marks on the chairs and other areas, and the overall cleanliness did not give me confidence. There was also a ladybug in my bedroom.

I could not sleep properly on the bed because I did not feel it was clean enough. I ended up using my own towel and jacket just to feel comfortable enough to rest.

I really hope the property does proper deep cleaning more regularly, because the stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort.
