The gentleman that checked us in was great. The water in the room had an odor, but there was a sign on the mirror indicating that the water is from a well and is checked bi-weekly to ensure that it's safe to drink. Complimentary water is provided in the room as a good-will gesture. In the morning, the hot water faucet spewed black water for about 3 seconds the first time I ran it. After having breakfast (about 3 minutes), it ran black again for a second, so it appears there's something wrong with the plumbing in or near the room. I advised the gentleman on check out and recommended that they should at least add a note on the sign to recommend that guests run the hot water for a short time before using. The same gentleman also prepared the complimentary breakfast which was as expected (ie. standard contintental breakfast). Although I found them to be very hospitable, the price seemed high considering the water issue and the room was just adequate (small and aged). In my opinion, the room should be priced around $110 or less.

The room was very stinky and full of flies when we got there. The back door was left open for our arrival but it let in a ton of flies. Website showed a restaurant attached, no restaurant. Thank god for the food truck next door. Showed a pool, pool was a dump site and not operational. Bought pop from the front counter, it was expired and had to throw it out. Just overall horrible and nothing like the website. Just too tired from a day of driving to deal with it all.

If you are just spending one night, and not planning to shower it’s great, can’t beat the location since it’s right off the highway, staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and available 24/7. Bathroom was not cleaned , the bath tub had some… intimate hairs all in it… but all and all I’d stay here again just to crash for a night.

Cigarette burns on the sheets and chairs. External doors could not be opened by our key. Smelt like cigarettes. Bathroom door had duct tape over the bit near the handle like in a spy movie to stop it from locking and trapping you inside.
I would not stay here again.

The property’s location was very convenient for a quick overnight on our way east. however, the front desk was unattended, there was no ice available and the tap water reaked of sulphur. They did supply bottled water but we struggled to get past the smell of the water. Won’t stay again unless they fix the water issue and have ice available, even if we have to purchase bagged ice.

We had booked last minute, and didn’t arrive until after midnight and left before 8 the next morning. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
My only complaints were that lack of motel signage made it difficult to know exactly where the motel was. There was no breakfast included as was indicated on the Expedia business profile.

Disappointed with condition of the hotel. The smell of cannabis at the entry way was strong, one of the bed sheets had a small burn hole, the heat lamp in the bathroom was broken, one of lights came on in the middle of the night indicating a possible electrical short and finally the smell of the water was terrible.

Although the room was reasonably clean, the state of the overall property was very poor and not what would be expected to be listed on the site like Expedia. The only positive out of the whole thing was once we saw the room and really looked around. We decided we could not stay there and they did give us our money back.

Air conditioner didn't work, kept turning on and off after a few seconds all night long. Faucet in bathroom didn't work, kept spraying water all over us every time we tried to wash hands. Bathroom door wouldn't shut and was duct taped together. Water in shower smelled like rotten eggs as they are on a well water. Breakfast was a half bag of bread, jam, cereal with no bowls or spoons and on a little side table that you had to bring back to room. Never going back.

This place needs some work.

It's actually not a Travelodge by Wyndham. The current owner said \"It used to be a Travelodge\". In a picture on Google Maps it shows a restaurant, but it was under renovations. There is a canteen in the parking lot. Finally, the water had a very foul smell. If they can fix these things it might be ok, but for now I would not recommend it.

The rooms were dirty with spider webs with spiders; the rooms smelled like sewage and the toilets didn't flush properly.

There was a tripping hazard at the front door where my father fell and broke his glasses and ended up with scrapes and sores on his face and swelling in his wrists.

We will never stay here again.

There is no live TV connections. It is a smart TV and you need to have a net flex or crave membership to watch anything. The roof is leaking everywhere and it is a very tired place. The only saving grace was that the bed was comfortable. No room service provided any of the three days we stayed there.

Septic gas escapes from the water tap

Yes, the price is low, but there’s a reason. Along with filth, bugs in the bed and foul odors, when you turn on the water tap, a strong septic gas odor escapes with the water. After the water runs for a minute, brown septic slug is delivered with the water. Since water is common to all of the facility, don’t take a chance. The health department should be made aware of this before someone lights a match and blows the place up. I cannot recommend this motel under any circumstance

We had booking for 2 Queenbeds room but when we reached to property, we have been forced to take only 1 queen bed as there was no 2 queen beds room available at that time. This was very strange experience that if we have booked for 2 queen beds how come we did not get it. The property manager was telling that as I have only 1 child so I will get only 1 queen bed and 1 folding even if you have booked for 2 queen beds. Also, he told he will charge full amount as per booking. We reached the property at 12:15 am so we had no other choice so we checked-in as after 12 am we can’t book for Sept 04 as it was Sept 05 for online bookings.
When we reached the room, there were 2 used towels hanging in the bathroom, water was having very bad smell and some repair work was going on in bathroom as wall below basin was broken.
Somehow we were managed to stay till 6:45 am.
We did not take breakfast as those were not up to the mark.
Overall, it was very very bad experience with this hotel.

We booked 2 queen beds. Got 1. Doesn’t work for 3 ppl. The cot we got was horrible.
Cleanliness was horrible. Mat inside door was never cleaned. Paw prints on bedding. Chairs were scary looking. We couldn’t keep luggage in.
Someone smoked outside our door. 3 cigarette butte. Smell came right in.
It was very very old and outdated. Outdated is one thing if kept clean but peeling paint.
Water undrinkable. They give 1 bottle /pp but that isn’t enough. Especially when washing teeth
Shower didn’t look safe
We left well before breakfast as we felt unsafe and afraid of what we might catch.

We booked our room over a month in advance and we got to the hotel after driving for 11 hours to find out we don't have a room. Over an hour later, the man in charge found us a room but had to install curtains and a fire alarm but didn't have a working deadbolt on our door. The room was very dirty, smelly and bugs were everywhere. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night.

Ok, but wouldnt stay again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff though hotel is in rough shape - stained carpet / peeling wallpaper / torn screen doors / bidet didnt work properly / bed worn out / toilet didnt flush properly / jacuzzi didnt drain. The breakfast was a small yogurt, toast, one cold hard boiled egg and some juice. Best bonus was availability and truck parking, laundry is 10 dollars a load and they do it for you.

When I went to check in, there was nobody at the desk. The bell automatically kept ringing to notify the staff that there was someone at the desk, but I waited about 15 minutes before a young man that had obviously been sleeping finally came to the desk.The room was not very clean at all and garbage and old mattress and furniture was piled out back about 5 rooms down from mine. The water was light brown and smelled really bad when I had a bath.
The only good thing was the breakfast in the morning and the gentleman that was working that morning.

The owners of this hotel were very nice but the facility is showing it's age.
No fan in bathroom and room smells from the well water. Bottled water supplied for drinking. Furniture is dated but clean.. Convenient to Route 20 and eating establishments. Free breakfast was not very good at all.

The place had an odour. The couch in the room was stained and discussing. We were unable to sit on it. The water was green. The ceiling above the bed had many water stains that were not appealing while lying in the bed. The
Carpet had quite a few wrinkles
In it and it was difficult to walk without watching where you were going.. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We did not eat the breakfast because it was made with the smelly wTer. I have never been disappointed with Hotels.com until this holiday.i would highly recommend that Hotels.com remove this place from their choices of staying. I am now nervous to use this wed site again unless I know the
Hotel. Even the case the next was in was dirty.

Booked because of the outdoor pool for the grandkids. Arrived and pool is broken and supposedly for a while. No advisory on website. They did though give us vouchers to go swimming in a near by campsite but.... not the same.TV had maybe four channels but advertises satellite TV. Breakfast though was very good. Rooms were dirty but renovated. I'll think twice to stay again

First off we pulled in and the sign says $59 a night. We paid $89. The outside was horrible. Very creepy! It was supposed to include breakfast at 7. We left at 7:15 because they didn’t have breakfast ready. We had to get back on the road. The room appeared clean and then I looked closer. Their was dust on the ironing board and other things in the room.
