This is a terrific hotel well located to Hwy 20 with easy access to Montreal. The rooms were spotless and the front desk couldn’t have been more accommodating. It is a family owned hotel, with very reasonable rates and I would not hesitate to book there again.

Sadly, I was sick with Covid during the day. With the exception of the staff on the day that I left ( I was half an hour late. They were as miserable as sin about that, saying it wasn’t possible to be a further 1/2 hour beyond noon - I said ‘well unfortunately I still have things in the room!’ Magically I was granted 1-2 and hour! There was no passion for someone who was clearly struggling to get out the room due to being unwell.
I was at the hotel three nights. Breakfast was very good. I did my best to keep away from other guests - made possible by the large breakfast room. it was a good place to be sick - hopefully won’t need to do that again.

Highly disappointed in lack of flexibility
Due to an emergency I was unable to check in on the date I booked. Instead I wanted to move the check in date by one day. I realize it was past the policy date but thought the hotel would be flexible considering I still wanted to stay there just one day later. But unfortunately they refused and were not flexible.

Super nice hotel, clean, modern, had a Mac computer in it, really! Walking distance from a delicious restaurant that’s open 24 hours too. Perfect bed, soft, and reasonable late checkout.

Also want to thank the staff and manager. I had booked his reservation and accidentally cancelled a few minutes later. We rebooked the reservation and although it was an ordeal to get a refund on the error, the management was supportive and accommodating, so were the staff. Thank you team.

We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location—less than an hour’s drive to both Montreal and Zoo de Granby. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the quality of service. The rooms are carpet-free, which we really appreciated. The hotel also offers secure, free parking and complimentary breakfast. That said, the breakfast could use some improvement—boiled eggs were served cold, and there were no meat options. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
