The overall experience was excellent. The venue was simply superb and accommodated all of my needs during my stay. I especially appreciated being able to engage in clear, uninhibited communication within the French speaking province.

Parking is easy and plenty of spots available.

This is the second time that our TV was not working in our room. There were no live outlets beside the bed and we plugged our phones to charge in the bathroom. Hot and cold water control in shower was not working either as we go cold or scolding hot, nothing in between. Not up to standard for a Sheridan

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.5) – Amazing location, great stay… but the bed needs help
This Sheraton really delivers on location—you’re within walking distance of tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and all kinds of shops, which made everything super convenient.
We stayed as a couple, but it’s definitely a spot that would work just as well for families. There’s plenty nearby to keep kids entertained, and the overall setup feels very accessible and easy.
The hotel itself was very clean and thoughtfully maintained, and the staff were genuinely great—friendly, helpful, and efficient without feeling over the top. Parking was also a huge bonus, with both outdoor and underground options included.
The room was quiet, which made a big difference for a good night’s rest. The view was pretty standard (nothing special), but not a drawback. The shower had great water pressure, though the temperature was a bit finicky—it would run too hot at times and took some adjusting.
The biggest downside for us was the bed. It felt soft and cozy at first, but within an hour we were tossing and turning due to lack of support. If you prefer a firmer mattress, this could be an issue. For others, it might not be a deal breaker, but for us, it was noticeable enough that we were glad we only stayed one night.
Overall, this is a really solid hotel with great service, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location. If the mattress situation were improved, it would easily be a top tier choice.

I have to say this hotel is absolutely excellent in every way. We stay often passing through. Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Great warm underground parking in the winter helps. It’s just easy, comfortable, clean, convenient and all around great.

What a disappointing experience.
We paid over $300 per night to stay at this Sheraton in the outskirts of Montréal from December 24–25, and it was far below the Sheraton standard we expected.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel restaurant would be closed on both December 24 and 25, and that only a continental breakfast would be offered. Unfortunately, calling it “continental” is generous. It consisted only of toast and cold cereals. At a Sheraton, we reasonably expect options such as viennoiseries, fresh fruit, or a proper buffet.
To make matters worse, despite having booked a room for four people, the room was clearly prepared for only two:
only 2 hangers,
3 bath towels,
and just 2 coffee cups.
We had to contact reception several times to obtain basic items, which should never be necessary at this price point or for a hotel of this brand.
Next time I visit St-Hyacinthe, I will choose the Holiday Inn, where the breakfast buffet is far superior and the attention to guests is noticeably better.

Room was wonderful, it was extremely large and had great amenities. There was no tea kettle, so I called down and they literally brought me boiled water to my room for my nighttime tea... I mean the service was incredible. Thanks for the great and comfy stay (the bed was awesome).

Great hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The hotel itself was very nice with lots of dining options and entertainment nearby. Would definitely stay again.
Sabrina
Was unfortunate that it didn’t include breakfast
Gina
I love the decor, delicious dining at the hotel, the comfort of the rooms, the location (proximity to the highway and shopping.)
Ginette
Tres propre, confortable accueil courtois
Sara
Exceptional service. Amazing room, clean and comfortable. Easy access to highway. Great lounge and restaurant right in the hotel.
Lai
The hotel was good…however our room was just too close to the pool and gym. The noise from someone dropping weights at 8.00am was disturbing…we were placed on the 3rd floor as it was their pet-friendly floor, however this room was just too close…
Housekeeping need to make sure quality and condition of towels provided are presentable…
Front desk staff excellent! Food at restaurant was good. Room was spacious.

Not for families
For a family trip this is not the hotel. There is no microwave or ice machine. The rooms are loud from the outside and the air/heat system is not good, had many issues trying to get a proper temp. The bathroom’s ventilation is bad and everyone can hear you of what’s going on.
Sarbjit
Very clean and feelings of vip experience in affordable prices
Louise
Good location, close to the highway. Staff were super

We enjoyed this property. The restaurant and food sre good. There are slso several eateries in the area. My only concern was the pillows. I found them too soft but my husband liked them.

There is super loud indian music blaring outside that i can hear perfectly on the 12th floor. Im assuming it will end soon.

This hotel is awful, and the service sucks. The staff was super rude. I wouldn't go there. When I checked in, they told me some stuff about the hotel (there is no free breakfast, and there is a fitness room and a pool on the 3rd floor). I made a 3-minute local call from their phone, and they charged me 50$! When I called the front desk to ask why and why no one told me about the phone charges, the lady said they don't tell guests that. I was really disappointed, I paid almost 300$ for 1 night and I got the worse service ever. It's better to stay in a bestwestern/ holiday inn instead. I regret staying in this Sheraton. I do not recommand. Also they told me that I was in the VIP room but they were no pain on the pillar in the room. I book alot on expedia, but this was the worse.

The pool area was wonderful and the rooms are clean and spacious.

We like this hotel but the TV wouldn’t work and phone didn’t work either so I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel and complain
Jane
Nice pet floor.

This Sheraton is a great alternative to the pricey hotels in downtown Montreal. It's an easy drive back to Montreal or nearest Metro. Decent choice of nearby restaurants/bistros and major retail stores.
Kaiser
Great clean hotel. Reasonably priced. TV did not work during our stay.

Excellent check in. Beautiful room (junior suite).
The hotel is close to a small mall and many restaurants.

Food was amazing. Visiting this resort again after originally visiting 15 yrs ago. Looks as pristine as it did on my initial visit. Family friendly, pickleball and tennis courts, Infiniti pools, courteous and friendly staff. Made some amazing memories here & look forward to making more in the future.
