There were bugs in the bath tub. Pee stains on the bed. Dirty comforter on top. Chair was dirty. Food smeared on door. Stuff flooring in pool. Filthy ice machine. We did not stay. Had to get a room at another motel. Hotels.com didn’t reimburse us. I would never recommend this motel and hotel.com.

Parking was easy and secure. breakfast was good.
Room however, was mediocre. Good size but carpet was peeling away and the faucet in the bathroom was a fine stream. Had to do face washing, filling of water, glasses, etc., in the bath bathtub. Reasonable price and great because their price for pets is very good, but does not make up for the rundown hotel. Could hear the person above me, walking around and murmuring, and turning on the shower.

Property and cleanliness were average. It’s a dated hotel that could use improvement but I can’t complain with the price. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, but the front desk clerk was very apologetic and got us one quick. The pool was small but my kids throughly enjoyed it! Breakfast is very basic and your classic grab and go. Toast, prepackaged oatmeal and danishes with 2 types of cereal. They do also have juice coffee and tea! Their market is cash only but very reasonably priced. It was a quiet stay which is lovely and right next to the outlet mall if you enjoy shopping. Staff overall were very friendly and did a fantastic job. We would be happy to stay here again!

It’s never a good idea to put a whole family above people that are trying to sleep below, especially when there is no sound barrier and all they wanna do is stomp and stomp and stomp. I’ve never in my life been so stressed out in a hotel, never! And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel itself will send you a text at 8 AM asking you what time you’re leaving! It’s a good thing I wasn’t sleeping because if that woke me up when I was trying to relax, I would’ve been so pissed. I was too busy to eat, listening to the inconsiderate bunch upstairs pounding on the floor. I went there to relax, but I had zero relaxation. I will say the room was very clean and nice. There’s nothing against the room, but the place was not a good place to relax. That’s for sure.

This hotel is in need of a very deep clean. There’s blood on the walls in the gym, the room did not look like it was cleaned between guests (except for the linens), overflowing garbage outside with animal excrements. There’s signs that say if you want a refund, you have to ask within 20 minutes of checking in. So, they know it’s bad.

The washing machines are all out of order except one. I’m not sure how the breakfast was as there was no way we were eating there based off the lack of cleanliness.

The staff was very nice, though. This place has potential, it just needs some elbow grease.

Room and property area were very clean. This matters the most to me. Pool was a bit noisy when there some kind of beeping noise the whole time but it was good enough. Lots of towels for drying in pool area. Breakfast was continental with a little extra, very good breakfast sandwich but you have to ask at desk for it. There was cereal, fruit, toast, good pastries, many juices to choose, milk, coffee and tea. One of the better continental breakfast's that I've had. Family of staff were kind an helpful. Overall we will stay again.

Rooms weren't great and certainly not close to 7 rating.
For breakfast, they just had coffee, banana and some juice, which ran out pretty quickly. There were some frozen donut or muffin that the guests are required to heat-up and eat. Horrible service and experience! I will never opt for this hotel ever again!!

This hotel is fine for a price point of $80 a night NOT $175.
When you charge that price, one expects an actual breakfast, comfy rooms, and decent amenities.
This hotel does not have any of that. I repeatedly said, \"I can't believe I paid this much for a place like this\".

I waited 15 minutes at front desk to be acknowledged while staff member was on her cell phone, carpet dirty and stained. My room was filthy and smelled. There was garbage in trash can, refrigerator with old food and door was sticky with dust and food stuck to it. Floors were hardwood and had food crumbs in front of beds. Coffee pot with used pod. I went to front desk to notify staff member and did a walkthrough of room and she agreed room wasn’t clean. I asked for refund and because I booked through a third party she would have to tell Manager to contact third party for refund. My family luckily was able to book a room at Hampton Inn which I would highly recommend staying there.

Though it is branded as part of a chain, this location is a family owned franchise and they work very hard to make customers happy. I was pleasantly surprised by room. Recently painted room. Stayed in room 213. Had mold growing on the wall down by the floor of the bath tub. 12” x 10” patch. Faucet was literally ready to fall off. I didn’t expect a top notch hotel however this property needs a lot of TLC. Now with that said and to be fair the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs! When we checked in the carpet in the room had an order and it really needed to be aired out. I went to the desk and asked if they had any deodorizer and she said yes. She came and sprayed. It helped for a little bit, it didn’t really fix the issue. The water took a bit to warm up in the bathroom as well. The beds were comfortable. If those issues were fixed would have given 5 stars. Still a decent stay overall!

This was a great stay for a quick overnight while on route. However, like many American continental breakfasts, there are such unhealthy, sugary, packaged, carb heavy options. The banana was good! I get the convenience of putting these out, but I wonder if we could put out a few packs of whole grain bagels and cream cheese/butter, yogurt, and some grab and go fruit? Just an idea…. Staff was lovely and lots of nice seating areas. Super close to mall!
