A fully integrated resort, a luxurious five-star palace, one of the best resorts in the Alanya region, more than an hour away from the airport. The resort’s drawback is that the receptionist’s name is (Arend.) He charged 50 euros without any reason, even though I booked the number in detail. I hope that you will warn the employees not to exploit them so that the resort does not lose its customers, and I am the first of them. I will not return for this resort

Overall I had a good experience at the property. I enjoyed the all-inclusive concept at the low price point. Pool and Beach for great. The two biggest negatives that I have are 1) I got some serious bed bugs bites, which I've never gotten before, and I never want to get again and 2) they double charged me and Expedia is having a hard time getting them to reverse the charge.

We have been coming to the hotel 3 times. Employees are good and Mr. Onur at the reception is perfect & helpful. The activities and facilities are good. Nice night parties. Food is very good. Alcoholic drinks are normal, only whisky is good. It is a very important issue for us SPA Center can only be used free of charge until 15:00. House keeping it was good too(Mrs Ayse).

+ The hotel is beatiful outside and inside.
+ Rooms are fresh and equipped.
+ Personnel is super friendly and helpful, in this regards it was the best hotel I ever been to!
+ A lot of food and it is very good and there is some place to eat available almost 24 hrs.

- It's a bit too crowded, especially around pools, at kids club pool you literally need to jump over the sun beds and crouch under the umbrellas. At the same time, some areas appear empty.
- There is the only way to the pools and beach, it starts underground and goes through the market. Not a big problem, but I wished there was some alternative path (except through the restaraunt).
- People leaving glasses and garbage everywhere around the pool, I myself have stumbled on somebody's glass several times, my kids were also easy to find a glass of beer to play with on the border of the pool.
- Not enough swimming rings on the slides.

I didn’t get the full Ocean View rooms that I had paid for, But they were in front of each other so I took them. However it could be the 2 next to each other then they were more convenience and full ocean views. What I’m going to do when they told me the whole hotel is booked?

Rooms/beds: No sheets under the blankets, I called nobody is answering the call, I went down and they told me: if you ask we will give it to you! Then a nice thin down comforter plus sheet appeared. One of the single beds had a yellow stained blanket. you know what that means? Never mentioned this because at this point I accepted the fact that this is their routine. I had a queen bed so I didn’t want to be in a bad mood arguing/complaining.

Bathrooms: Bathroom leaked after first use, they came and fixed it. I didn’t bother to complain about the bidet directing to the side of my buttchicks, I thought I shouldn’t complain about everything.

Food: We got there late, the real meal buffet food court closes at 9:00, we were also amazed to hear that 0 food in room service because it causes bugs. By the way there is only 1 restaurant, I called and they assured me there are 5 restaurants, all of them free all inclusive, that’s incorrect. Italian, Turkish, Seafood and I think Chinese, Ala Carte ones are 10€ a person. For 6 it’s 60€ haha, no thank you.

Breakfast was amazing. The other 2 buffets after 9 are sweats mostly. You can’t ask for water/drink to the room neither. Whatever they bring daily! …

A lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond all the time.
The food during the day was lovely, plenty to chose from and lots of it. The pool, communal and eating areas were spotless and well maintained. The entertainment was good, the day staff worked so hard, and there was always something to keep the adults and children occupied.
For me, it was the slight attention to detail that let it down slightly, we’ve previously stayed in Antalya in a couple of 5* hotels and things like branded drinks, bottled beer, ice cream available all day, good quality Al a Carte restaurants really make a difference. These little things were missing, to make it 5* for us. It’s certainly a very good 4* and we would stay again.

Nice room setup— this hotel has water play area for kids and small beach —. Beach needs make over. —. Not so clean to enjoy — lots of derbies and small wood space in beac area and in water side …. Wished managers or owners at least visit beach area to see the condition of the beach—- if beach area looked after , this hotel can be a place to stay longer and enjoy this resort.

Hotel is beautiful— food is great— serving team are great — special thanks to reception team , specifically to Adam for making over stay pleasant.

Отель по внешнему дизайну выглядит, как сказочный замок. В октябре бассейны холодные. Море теплее бассейнов. Взрослый аквапарк совсем не страшный,6 горок. На пляже утром всем не хватает шезлонгов. Есть бассейн 18+ на крыше снек бара. Алкоголь имопортный в баре, делают коктейли. Еда есть 24 часа или в главном ресторане или в барах. Детям было не скучно. В ресторане не все еда понравилась. Выбор большой, обязательно найдете на свой вкус.

The resort is almost new, rooms are great we used 2 rooms suite, staff is very friendly, food is excellent served almost all day long, nightly entertainment is nice. Thank you to all the staff for the hardwork.

One recommendation is to add a stage at the entertainment (terrace) area and change the lights to be on the performers not in the audience eyes.

Just returned from a one week trip. Hotel is superb, star rating is a true reflection of the hotel. Very clean, food of excellent quality and there is always something for everyone to eat. Friday night gala night is amazing. Only minor issue is with some of the staff there is a communication problem, however they always speak better English than my Turkish! Hope to return soon.

Your service on the face we loved your employees if we were honored 1. Always laughed at us for asking for food 2. There is a worker called Mustafa shouted at us and told us that we are Israelis If you want to be in a hotel is a responsible worker Where is the pool and he shouted at the women and cursed us 4. Barbers Where did the drinkers always tell us that there was no drinking? Everything was closed 5. When we went down to eat with the children, they always laughed at us.

Stayed a week in October 2018. Great room. Room was cleaned daily although the fancy bed covers were always left to the side off the bed despite asking them to be made as they were when we first arrived. The pillows seemed to be dropped into their position without any care. Minibar was meant to be refilled on a daily basis - this only happened once without us prompting the staff.

The food provided was excellent... genuinely excellent. A wide variety of delicious dishes, different on each night, made with good quality ingredients.

Not all staff speak English well thus communication proved to be problematic. This led to service generally (inside and outside the restaurants) not being as good as it could/should have been.

Despite this, the staff did try and ultimately we as a family had a good time.

I wouldn't say this is a genuine 5 star hotel. The food potentially is. However, the difficulty in flawless communication, the prompting for minibar refills, the lack of attention to detail in the housekeeping stops this achieving the level one would expect of a 5 star hotel.

Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel. As long as you're prepared for some of the issues raised in this review I'm pretty sure a good time will be had.

If you like the following then book this hotel:

- very rude staff, which no, appears to be the easy answer to all you enquires/requirements
- at checkin we were not given a welcome pack and when we requested beach towels were told where are your towel cards
- We were 45 mins late for our booked Alcart Restaurant (we had rang reception to notify them we were going to be late - no problems). When we arrived we were told we have missed our slot and cannot eat there...
- very cold swimming pool
- food quality very poor and lacks variety
- I would never recommend this hotel
- lovely looking building, with NO SERVICE/hospitality
- pool bar limited drink options, no rum for 2 days in a row. Dirty plastic glasses/beakers to serve the drinks
- did not change bed sheets over our 5 day stay, even after requesting
- it has a 5 star rating, but would give 1, even that’s to high

The best hotel in the area, had the most incredible stay there, will definitely be coming back. We had a family room with a sea and land view, watching the sunset from our balcony was just a highlight. The rooms were beautiful, the lobby, pools, dining rooms all incredible. Definitely 5 star worthy. The entertainment team, bar staff, hotel staff were all amazing and welcoming, the beach is connected to the hotel which is wonderful, loads of activities available, didn’t even need to leave the hotel. So happy with our stay

Nice facilities and room. Great food in the satellite restaurants outside of the main area but these were only open on certain odd days and extra was payable outside of the all inclusive - although it was worth it. The food in the main restaurant was of the mass catering variety - often cold - occasionally served in unclean conditions and on unclean tables. We are frequent travellers to Dubai where everything is spotless by comparison. The adequate gym had no water or towels available and only one exercise mat in total (apparently you bring your own water,mats,towels).The waiters in the bars often ignore you and when they dont they had very variable English which didnt help - by comparison Russian guests seem to get much warmer and friendlier treatment (perhaps language\culture issues again). We were given 3 room keys initially for 4 adults and asked for 2 more at reception and were told no - they came when I spoke to the Hotel Manager directly. The cashier sign on the reception desk is worthless - I was told to go change cash at the local shopping centre. Reception could not book restaurants or do any thing much - we had to wait 30 minutes for the 1 guest relations person to do that for us. Altogether this hotel has 5 star facilities but 2 star service (at best). I would be happy to write a free report to the Hotel Manager comparing it with the 2 dozen true 5 star hotels we have visited before....the main problems surround training and (for us) English language skills.

First of all i did my reservation all inclusive and i find some things not inclusively like massage and trukish bath the didn't provided soap, also if you lose your card the are going to cahrge you 10$ For that, also alot of kids They are annoying .but in generally good for family with kids. All my ratings were 5 stars but for hotel staff i gave a 4,which is still very good. the reason for 4 would be the language barrier. being an english speaker,there are staff that speak english but not brilliant,there are some that speak very good english and most that dont. The hotels food and beverage manager was absolutely lovely to my children,a wonderful helpful person throughout out stay. breakfast,lunch and dinner buffets were always on a grand scale.Very delicious and diverse.Hotel was very decadent looking inside,no expense spared,it was truly wonderful experience.The music was loud,but come evenings when the kids were put to bed,it was turned off.Shows on every night,turkish bath and sauna within the hotel.I would advise you that when making a purchase it is always more dear in the hotel.I bought a face mask that i used in the turkish spa for 1 3rd of the price
in the market just outside the hotel ,they were offering it in the hotel for 3 times the amount.My daughter got lost for about 10 mins and lovely Erjan the foods and beverages manager Located my daughter in a matter of minutes.

For someone who has been to Turkey on many occasions and stayed at the best hotels on offer, this hotel was a disappointment. Having read the previous reviews, there seemed to be a misunderstanding of what people consider 5 star. My visit with my wife and son started fine but it was the small details like having no coffee and tea replenished in the room for 7 days, one towel left by the cleaner for 3 people to use, I had to ask reception more than twice for more towels and no shower gels replaced. If this was truly a five star hotel then your visit should be issue free. That was not the case and I will not be recommending this hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life

Extremely disappointing stay at this hotel that claims to be a five star. This is not even 3 star quality. When we first checked in, the reception service was unfriendly and cold. My biggest problem here would be the rude, unfriendly, hostile and disrespectful staff, who do everything possible to make a guest feel unwelcome and they just don’t care. A day after we checked in, we went out of the property for some sightseeing and upon returning to the hotel, a man stopped us at the entrance & asked us questions. He was not in uniform & could barely speak english so when we explained that we were already checked in, he was unable to understand and refused to let us enter. Dragged us to the front desk manager who acted like we were intruders. Later found out that guests are supposed to wear wristbands, but we werent given any at checkin!
The toilet in our room had hair everywhere and the room floor was sticky and quite disgusting. The rooms are built in pairs, so there is a common door that leads to a small landing that has entrances to two rooms. So you would be sharing a common external door with complete strangers. You can hear every sound from the attached room. The real nuisance is the doorbell on the common door. Everytime someone rings the common doorbell, it rings in both rooms. The room beside us had several children who rung the doorbell every few mins, even until quite late in the night. The hotel is filled with Russian tourists, and they are not the most friendly.

This hotel needs a lot of improvement to qualify for five star rating . compared to other five star incl resorts in turkey , this hotel falls far short. Food and drinks quality and variety is 3 Star not 5 star. Reception staff not good and don’t speak good English. The room quality , decor and finishes are poor. Electricity went off in our room 3 times during our stay. No iron Or proper hair dryer avaible on Request .. told they do not supply! for use in the room. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the room.. again... not five star...

The hotel looked better from the outside than inside. The staff spoke minimal English and were rude. The hotel is far too big for the amount of staff there are. The spa was shabby and the wall paper was stuck together with drawing pins. Trying to get a table in the \"restaurant\" (canteen) was difficult. I will not be going back there again.

Perfect romantic couple trip.
Swanning in and out of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ever changing menus, and no shortage of top shelf plonk to choose from.
We had a phenomenal few days there and would return.

The activites and events can be a bit cringe.
However, fun if you throw yourself into them.

If your M.O is enjoying your partner and your family time.
The only thing you will have to worry about is your ever expanding waist line and liver..

the hotel is really nice, facilities are amazing, but the food was good but not very good, the room service was terrible, they were not cleaning the room very well, we went to quad safari trip and we had a lot of dust that stuck in the room, they simply did not clean it, once I remember asking if the room service can be delayed for 30 minutes they said now or tomorrow! the staff is lovely and welcomed but the receptionists were always busy, we could not ask them any questions we had, overall its really good hotel and I recommend try it.

Beautiful 5star hotel with amazing sea view

Amazing 5star hotel with own private beach, lots of delicious food all day and everyday. Evening entertainment very good, especially the form party and the white party. All staffs are very helpful, especially AYKUT at the dinner lounge who always work very hard and SIMGE lovely waitress, very helpful and make nice tea and coffee at evening tea and coffee place , aswell YASMINE at the reception who help us a lot. Overall this is the best hotel in turkley. Alanya is about 20 km away and can get there easily with a very cheap local bus for only 3€.
This hotel is highly recommended.
We enjoyed our stay at HAYDARPASHA PALACE .

Hotel is wonderful, entertainment is terrible, only Turkish music the whole day , entertainer speaking Turkish like if everyone understands it ;some staff running to serve Turkish, German and Rashian tourists , neglecting other nationalities.Food is excellent.

Beautiful hotel

Minor complaint- not enough bar tenders means lines at the bar and bartenders not nice to non-Russians. Also, they failed to use the air conditioning enough in some of the areas of the hotel in particular the à la cart restaurants. Overall a beautiful hotel and a great experience.

an amazing hotel building and infrastructure

the rooms are wide, has many pools with very nice design and very clean too

the staff was the worst thing in this hotel, they seem always nervous and too busy and dont hurry to help to or serve you and they argue about almost every thing you ask.

one and lonely exception was ms Yasmin from the Hotel reception desk who was wonderful and helpful.

Beautiful hotel

This was our second visit and have booked next month also best hotel in the area. Managers and staff are wonderful efficient and cheerful. There are a lot of Russian customers. A seperate children eating area would have been nice.One of the days free walls ice creams were in the beach snack bar The whiskey was importef which was a nice surprise

Although i wanted to stay in Alanya but somehow i ended up here. It was a nice place with alot of activities for adults and even children. Rooms and food was excellent. Staff are really kind and friendly.

Lush hotel all inclusive not too far from Alanya

I don't know where to start as it was lovely all around. We were worried about the hotel being ready as it just opened when we arrived but everything was ready apart from the original room we booked but they compensated for room change with discounts in spa and transfers and we had all inclusive available to us so that was brilliant. The facilities are of top five star quality the service is the same the cleanliness perfection, and we got more than we expected from our stay there. Food was fresh and none of us got I'll from food there. Rooms spacious and we had lovely sea view and pool view room with two balcony and two rooms to sleep five people (including a cot) highly recommend

Fikk ikke byttet til rene håndklær. Fikk mascara på håndkleet etter dag 2 og dette merket var på håndkle resten av uka. Stranda var vel det beste med hotellet. Harde senger og ikke lydisolerte rom i det hele tatt.

Honnêtement des vacances caumemardesques.
Personnel de l'accueil pas accueillant du tout , chmabre ou on doit reclamer le changement des draps après 5 jousr sans draps changés, treès mal insonorisées donc nuits très agités car super bruyants.
Nous sommes tous tombés malades je ne sais pas si c'est a cause de la nourriture donc je ne me prononcerais pas dessus...
Trop de monde bondés, doit faire la queue pour tout manger aller dans un ascenseur, avoir un simplr transat à la piscine.
Ne vaux vraiment pas un 5 étoile vraiment tout juste un 3 étoiles francais pour avoir comparé avec ailleurs.
Lifeguard de la piscine siffle sur les enfants pour un oui pour un non.
La reception ne s'occupe de rien tout problème est geré par ce qu'on appaelle des \"guests relations\" qui passe leur temps a parler avc le personnel de l'hôtel et nous font poireauter on réclame pour payer du jamais vu!!
Ah oui et si vous voulez manger atte.dez vous a manger aux heures des poules car seulement 2h sont dipos le soir 18 20h sinon vous devrez attendre 21h30 pour avoir accès au snack...
Bref plus jamais me concernant....

Ist wirklich ein Top Hotel tolle Anlage gute Auswahl, aber der Service ist furchtbar das Personal teilweise unverschämt ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt aber sehr schön und uns hat es wirklich gefallen und an Sauberkeit an öffentlichen Toiletten können sie auch noch dran arbeiten
