After staying there many times all I can say it’s not what it used to be. They really neglect the maintenance of the place, lights flashing, no TV for the whole week (second time this happen this year they said next day would be fixed never did in months). It’s a great location and the apartment is spacious and great for cooking but that’s about it.

Modern convenience in a charming French town!

I stayed 6 nights in the 1bd apt w/ my 2 college age children.It was very comfortable & we were grateful for the air as it was very hot & humid in Paris during our stay.
My daughter & slept in the bd & son the pullout. The apt was very comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was useful for fruit, snacks & making ice.
Check in was a bit confusing at first. We were dropped off & we weren't sure if we were at the right place or how to get into the building. Another family let us in & as I was trying to figure out how to check in, Antoine found me. He was ready and looking for me too. He helped us to our room and he was just fantastic. Basically, don't worry! They will find you.
The apt overlooked a very busy street but with the windows closed, the noise was barely noticeable. In fact we would open the windows to hear the daily life sounds of the \"town.\" We barely heard any of the other guests, very soundproof.
As far as Montmartre, I thought it would feel like a quaint French town and that is why I chose it over city center. It was extremely touristy and crowded.
Would I stay here again? Yes! It was so very charming & so many narrow cobble stone streets to explore. Make sure to walk the steps to Sacré-Cœur Basilica. It is worth it.
Every morning before heading out, I walked a different route to get a pastry for breakfast. 1of my favorite parts of our trip.
I would definitely recommend
Montmartre Residence, it's modern and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A nice suite but the washing machine didn't work and being 15 days into our holiday we had booked primarily for that feature. The shower is not great at all and the water pipe gets scolding hot nearest the push pin to turn the showerhead on and off. In terms of breakfast, both bother as the on the run option of hot chocolate consists of cold milk and a container of powdered chocolate not at all \"on the run\" and the coffee is also simply the pods. Save yourself the money and walk across to a little cafe across the street. The location is ideal with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We only stayed one night but the location is great and very walkable if you are ok with hills. The Sacred hearts Basilica is a 10 min walk uphill. At your door step are many restaurant options. We stayed on the first floor above the cosmetic shop below. Although our room faced the Main Street with surrounded by restaurants our unit was quiet. The one bedroom apart was spacious with a great layout. The cabinets were stocked with dishes and pots for cooking, large fridge and washing machine. Didn’t see a dishwasher which wasn’t a big deal for me. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

There isn’t a lobby/door person to greet you so when you arrive you need to buzz the main office. Have their phone number handy as I had to call to be let in. Once you are checked in they give you a code so you can come and go during your stay.

We had an excellent stay at this place that feels like a city apartment. It was great to have a little room to stretch out. It is located on a great street in Montmarte, with lots of dining options and shopping. It is far enough away from all of the sex shops, and close enough to walk to Sacre Coeur. Because of the location to restaurants that are open later, it can get loud, but it wasn't enough for us to be unable to sleep. We arrived after check-in, but contacted the hotel and were given entry instructions that were easy to follow. The water went out three times while my husband was in the shower, but management seemed eager to fix the problem. It was great to have a washer in the room, which is a big reason of why we chose this hotel. There isn't a dryer, so be mindful of this. We just did things that would dry quickly. The one other thing to mention is that the exterior photo of the hotel (with the cafe underneath) is NOT the hotel. This was pretty confusing when we arrived. The taxi will drop you off right in front of it, but you have to walk up the hill behind the cosmetics store and then the place will be on your left.

Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're traveling with others. It's nice to have a room where you can hang out in together where you're not all sitting on beds.

My husband stayed here on vacation for 5 days and loved this well designed apartment with lots of light from the large windows. The location was great, very convenient to restaurants, interesting places to see and the Metro. It was great to have a kitchen with a nice table. We had breakfast there most mornings while we planned our day. Mattress was very comfortable. Alex was really helpful and friendly.

This fabulous place is more an apt than hotel room. In a great neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and several metro lines. It’s family friendly as is the neighborhood. Excellent property, fully self contained. My wife and had been travelling for some time, so getting a property with washing facilities was great. Property was super spacious and clean, located in an awesome area called Montmartre. Super safe location. Heaps of tourists and restaurants. Only a short walk to Moulin Rouge. Located about 50 metres from nearest Metro. Paris was an easy city to walk, so you can walk to most major city attractions from this location or use metro if walking is not your thing. Super markets situated near by. I can not recommend this property enough.

RIPOFF

Hotel commits fraud and deception in stating its cancellation policy. They did not honor their termination policy and charged me for a full hotel stay. They ignored my emails purposefully and they are mean spirited and do NOT DESERVE TO HAVE A LISTING ON TRAVELOCITY. Travelocity was useless in helping me and not insisting that the hotel honor what it wrote in black and white.

Area still charming if a bit touristy. 3d floor but there is an elevator. Washing machine but no dryer; large drying rack and heated towel rack. Heating/cooling not intuitive for Americans (nor washing machine) so get instructions if unsure. Staff very helpful. Feels like you live in Paris.

Great location off central Paris but very accessible by transit. Spacious apartment. A bit outdated furnishings but comfortable and firm bed and even sofa bed. The apartment was perfect for six of us travelling with 80 year old mom. It had an elevator, the rooms were clean, the staffs were super nice and helpful for gathering local information. The location was close to many things; the bakery, ice cream shop, fruit store and wine shop is right around the corner. Small shops were fun to hang around. The metro is less than 5 min walk. For my mom, we walked to the Funiculais (cable car to the top of the Montmartre hill) so that she didn't suffer from uphill walking to the Sacre-coeur. I would highly recommend this place to any elderly tourist.

When I arrived to this residence, I was simply blown away I found this property at ALL. we walked in to our own apartment in Paris in a neighborhood I would find comparable to Soho. We had several sets of floor to ceiling windows, bright light and a bedroom + living room as well a small kitchen. It over-looked an amazing cafe in which I had my breakfast every morning! We walked to the metro just a few feet away with tons of charm + boutiques...This will be my home when I return to Paris next summer but for a 2 week stay !

Very Good hotel apartments in a perfect location. The only thing was that they don’t clean the apartment everyday. Also there is no private parking for those who have cars with them. This wasn’t a problem for me since we didn’t have our own car. Public transportation is very convenient.

We stayed in the Trocadero for our honeymoon, the smallest room they offer, and it was amazing!! Our view was flawless, and we had all the nice amenities of a hotel but the privacy of a rented apartment. After check-in, we never saw the staff yet they still accomplished all of our requests. Clean, contemporary, and comfortable. Plus the location in Montmartre is a charming street close to the metro station surrounded by shops and cafes.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. Reception was excellent. The apartment is located at a very vibrant neighborhood. Only reason we rated the 4 on staff is that housekeeping sometimes forgets to take out our kitchen trash which attracts fruit flies.
Housekeeping is actually done every 2 days instead of once a week that I was expecting. This is great service considering we were cooking in the room.

This residence was close to a Metro Station and therefore it was easy to get to the main attractions in Paris (Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Gare de Lyon Train Station, etc). It was spacious, clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a Nespresso coffee machine to at least have a quick coffee before heading out for a full day of activities! Kitchen was ideal if one wanted to make a few meals, although we did not. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

My family of four spent a great week there. We had a double bed in a bedroom and a double pull out in the sitting room - the mattress was as a good as a bed. The location is excellent. A Metro station is next to it along with a bakery and a great selection of cafes along the adjoining streets. The neighborhood is safe but a bit noisy at night. The hotel décor and furnishings are first rate - like new. Spacious bathroom and strong hot shower.

The apartment had extremely nice appointments and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the Metro. The only small issue was that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom of our apartment and it just so happened to be over 90 degrees everyday we where there. Nice apartment in a wonderful neighborhood.

Check in was so smooth. We had a family of 10 traveling together. Booked 3 units and they were the perfect size. The separate bedrooms had a queen bed, tv and ample closet space. All had modern kitchens and bathrooms with all needed amenities. There is a sofa bed in each unit and our adult kids did not complain.

The neighborhood was amazing! We had a bakery around the corner for fresh pastries, small supermarkets, and a coffee shop next door. Also a variety of restaurants to choose from and few shopping boutiques. A 5-10 minute walk to Sacré-Coeur, which had a fabulous view of Paris and a lot of souvenir shops. Moulin Rouge was down the street as well. We felt like Paris locals staying at these apartments.

And of course, the staff were so helpful and very friendly.

All of our kids are teenagers to young adults and they felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. We all did not have any issues. The locals welcomed us and were very friendly.

Lovely apartment great location close to monmartre square itself loads of nice little restaurants and bars close by. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful flat in the heart of the city

Traveling as a family of four can be challenging, but this flat had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a restful stay. The flat is beautifully designed and well stocked. L'Occitane soaps in the luxurious bathroom, a washing machine (soap included!) and coffee in the espresso maker. The location is fantastic: steps away from the Metro, lovely restaurants just downstairs, patisseries and boulangeries on the street below for breakfast, easy distances to all the major Parisian sites. We were so comfortable and felt pampered. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We loved it and can't wait to go back!

Perfect Place to Stay in Paris

There is absolutely no reason not to stay here. Stop looking and book.

I am frequently looking for a comfortable place to stay in Paris, and this is it. I will no longer look at others. My only worry is that word will get out and I won't be able to get in! Montmartre Residences has everything! Including a wonderfully decorated unit that feels like home, a new full kitchen and bath that would be the envy of most luxury apartments. A short one-block walk to the Pigalle Metro stop. Bakery and cafes across the street. AND a most wonderful and accommodating staff. (I checked in for a week's stay just as construction started on the building across the street. As the noise was truly annoying, the staff went out-of-their way to move me to another unit without complaint. Truly wonderful customer service.) They even have fruit and drinks waiting for you as you arrive. If only I could find a place like this in all the cities I travel to. I will definitely return.

Great location -unfortunate construction out front

Staying here was everything I thought it would be. The streets around it had everything I needed - groceries, restaurants, jewelry stores, shoe stores, piano bar, tourist sites, metro, bakery, hair salon... I even got my bag repaired at a local shop in 1 day. If I could afford it, I would stay 2 weeks.
