We paid over €220 for a family room - what we got were to two small adjoining rooms. This place is very expensive for what it is - our price should have included breakfast - but did not . The staff are lovely and helpful . But this place is greatly over priced for what it is . The other thing to consider is that it is so noisy

Breakfast was a fiasco - I did not have breakfast but other members of my family staying ( for a wedding) did - they found a room with food run out - no tea or coffee- no cutlery and no one to help.

Good we booked a family room and it was not one.. It was tiny and when we arrived we could not even open the door as the camp bed they put in for my son blocked the door..after moving a desk we could get in..it was a small double room that they tried to pass off for 3 people it was ridiculous and in a way dangerous

Dourdan is charming town only 1 hour from Paris, historic but with nice friendly vibe. Hotel looks like it was recently taken over by Best Western and is in process of being renovated. Room was comfortable. Very nice lobby, dining room terrace and right in the central square of town. Definitely would have stayed a couple of nights but unfortunately had to catch a flight the next day. Thanks J.G

Not good on a Monday!
Not the easiest hotel to find as it wasn't signed as a Best Western. The little village was very pretty but as we arrived on a Monday everywhere was closed which meant we had to eat in the hotel which was fine. The room was very comfortable and quiet which meant we got a good night's sleep and left early on Tuesday to continue our travels through France.

We used the hotel as an overnight stopover on the long drive back from Spain and found it the best place we had ever used for this purpose. Comfy clean spacious room with bunk beds for the kids (i think we had a suite) with plenty to look at in the immediate area if time allows.

TAKE A PORTABLE FAN IN THE SUMMER MONTHS
A very attractive hotel in an interesting small town. One big drawback - NO air conditioning in the rooms, and with very high July/August temperatures this does not make for a comfortable nights rest. The hotel seemed to have been recently extensively refurbished to a quite high standard and the omission of air conditioning seems very shortsighted.

We stayed for 1 night en route to southern France. It was easy to reach from the A10 and great value for money. Its fairly basic - similar to a Premier Inn in the UK - but met our needs. Dourdan is a very picturesque little town if you can spare the time to look around.

We hadden een suite gereserveerd voor twee personen om lekker te kunnen zitten en tot rust te komen na een lange reis. Bleek er in de zogenaamde huiskamer een stapelbed te staan. Ik heb nog een andere kamer gevraagd want ik heb daarvoor geen dure kamer betaald, dat was niet mogelijk. Wel kon het stapelbed weer tot bank gemaakt worden maar dan zou dat later op de avond gedaan worden. Ik vind het echt zo zonde van mijn geld want zo had ik veel beter een goedkope kamer kunnen nemen. Verder moet je in het bad douchen, staat er alleen maar zeep in de badkamer en geen bodylotion of iets dergelijks De kamer was wel schoon, het personeel vriendelijk en heerlijk geslapen. Ook het restaurant is een aanrader

J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 401 : très bien mais il n'y a pas de lumière centrale au plafond et il manque de rangement (une étagère ?) dans la salle de bains pour poser ses affaires personnelles . La table bureau est également trop petite si l'on veut pouvoir travailler .

Réservation 3h avant d'arriver de la suite pr 5 mais en arrivant seulement 4 couchages. Ensuite système de ventilation hyper bruyant même une fois la clim arrêtée qui nous a tous empêché de dormir la nuit.

Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Dourdan. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Les suites familiales sont bien adaptées pour les familles (couple avec enfants). Nous avons apprécié les lits d'appoints déjà préparés pour les enfants... surtout avec notre arrivée tardive. Nous n'avons pas pris de petits déjeuners dans l'établissement, que nous avons trouvés relativement onéreux... surtout pour les enfants (pas de tarifs distincts). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bref arrêt d’une nuit dans ce très agréable hôtel aux chambres communicantes très spacieuses. La literie est très confortable, et étonnamment, le canapé lit se transforme en lits superposés. Seul bémol, aucune séparation possible entre les deux chambres.
Je vous recommande également le restaurant de cet hôtel, tout était délicieux et fait maison (même les nuggets👍). Tout ok mais donner une chambre pour handicapé à une personne de plus d’1m80 pas hhandicapée c’est pas idéal... l’évier qui m’arrive aux cuisses et là paroi de douche qui m’arrive en dessous de la poitrine.

Idéalement situé en dessous de Paris, avec de la place pour se garer, un endroit rempli de charme et avec une décoration intérieure et extérieure top ! le fait qu'il y ait un gardien de nuit est très appréciable. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant ni le bar, mais ce sera pour la prochaine fois ! Chambre spacieuse, tout confort, bonne literie, nous reviendrons !
