I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade, exactly what you’d expect from a hotel in it’s class, from location to the friendly helpful staff who actually remember a guest by their name. It hardly gets better, from the view to high-end shopping, it’s has it all! Did I mention the great staff… love this place!

The staff was very courteous, the location was perfect and had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower framed by the park next to the Louvre that was right outside the front door. We were in town for our Anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, the next time we are in Paris we would definitely stay again.

Paris before and did not have this good of service so I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris. Location was great and rooms were beautiful and well stocked. We had the junior suite, pretty spacious for 3 people. Hotel is a few steps away from the Louvre. What it lacks is some details: water in the shower runs cold and hot; instant coffee in the room is disappointing for a 5-star hotel; staff overall are not happy with their job and not greeting guests or smiles. For the $1000 / night we paid, we won’t choose it again.

The staff were extremely helpful. They spoke English and many other languages well. It really felt like 5 star service. We were able to drop off our car and they were able to park it and bring up our bags. The parking available does have a fee, but it was worth it for us to not have to worry about it. The rooms were beautiful. They had all the old charm with all the necessary modern amenities. Great location right next to the louvre.

Cons: The internet was very slow, I pretty much had to use my data and turn off Wi-Fi. It was also public, so not sure about safety there. There are almost no English channels other than the news and there was no streaming capabilities with the tv, we were told that upgrade is in progress. The bathroom light would turn off for us at night and would not turn back on until maybe 30 minutes later after playing around with the ancient switch. Thank goodness for the hallway light. The hotel is 125 yrs old so it has old bones. I normally would not get into all of these details but for a 5 star hotel and $700 a night, most of these things need to be fixed or improved. I think it should be advertised as a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Throw in a free breakfast or something too...

The hotel is 125 yrs old so it has old bones. I normally would not get into all of these details but for a 5 star hotel and $700 a night, most of these things need to be fixed or improved. I think it should be advertised as a 4 or 4.5 star hotel. Throw in a free breakfast or something too...

This is our 4th stay at Hotel Regina. We have been coming here for the past 20 years. The location is excellent. For the price, you get a far superior room than you would at any of the other \"fancier\" hotels where we have also stayed (Meurice, Crillon, Ritz, Georges V). The staff is attentive. The concierge helped me arrange Michelin starred restaurant reservations and transportation in advance of our stay. The rooms have been updated. We love the view of the eiffel tower suites. Overall, 5 stars. We will keep coming back. Plus great location, just by the Louvre in the 1st arrondissement, so close to many attractions.
